Abstract

 The madrasa head is a real example or role model for madrasa residents. Therefore the madrasa head must provide an example of the policies and programs that are made. This study aims to determine the efforts of the head of the madrasah aliyah in increasing awareness of the midday prayers in the congregation at the Bahrul Ulum Rantau Jaya Islamic boarding school. The method used in this research is the qualitative method. The number of research subjects was 18 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the efforts of the head of the aliyah madrasah in increasing the awareness of students in the midday prayers in the congregation were by improving oneself, working with teachers, homeroom teachers, waka, student guardians, organizations in the madrasa, and students. Carry out good supervision, following up on the results of supervision carried out in management, regulations, punishments, and others.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is frequently defined as the act of developing something with the intention of adding value to the economy. The results of entrepreneurship can be found in both products and services. Lessons in entrepreneurship should be taught in higher institutions since they are predicted to be able to lower the high unemployment rate, particularly among educated people. In addition, innovative concepts and the most recent advancements are anticipated to surface to encourage student interest in entrepreneurship. MSMEs, the engine of the economy, are the entrepreneurial sector that is currently in the spotlight. Because the time required to manage a business is more flexible and can be self-regulated according to demands, so it doesn't conflict with study time, students can participate as MSME players. Using a sample of 56 students as respondents, this study intends to ascertain the contribution of entrepreneurship learning in generating interest in entrepreneurship among students at the Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau Islamic Institute. A survey is the quantitative method that was used. By sending online surveys in the form of Google Forms with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 4, data was gathered. Both quantitative and descriptive data analysis was done. According to the study's findings, entrepreneurship education helps students develop an interest in the field

Abstract

Abstract:. The purpose of this research is the formation of students who have character and personality traits with a foundation of faith and devotion as well as strong moral values ​​or manners that are reflected in the overall attitude and behavior of everyday life and then give patterns to the formation of national character. Among the missions, namely combining aspects of teaching, practice, learning activities to read Al-Quran, followed by habituation of practicing worship together at home, visiting and paying attention to the surrounding environment and the application of values ​​and moral norms in daily behavior. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study concluded that the management of TPA Ihsaan Unit 023 Dempo Lubuklinggau Timur II used learning and evaluation methods. The supporting factor is the existence of an environment that supports both the school and community environment, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of support from some parents of students, the many challenges from outside such as tv and games, the lack of available learning media such as teaching aids, pictures, books and Islamic magazine, the minimum salary for teachers so that teachers cannot focus too much on the activities of students or students. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya sosok anak didik yang memiliki karakter watak dan kepribadian dengan landasan iman dan ketaqwaan serta nilai akhlak atau budi pekerti yang kokoh dan tercermin dalam keseluruhan sikap dan perilaku sehari-hari dan selanjutnya memberi corak bagi pembentukan watak bangsa. Adapun diantara misinya yaitu memadukan aspek pengajaran, pengamalan, bahwa kegiatan belajar membaca Al-Quran, diikuti dengan pembiasaan pengamalan ibadah bersama dirumah, kunjungan dan memperhatikan lingkungan sekitar serta penerapan nilai dan norma akhlak dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa manajemen TPA Ihsaan Unit 023 Kelurahan Dempo Lubuklinggau Timur II menggunakan metode pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukungnya adalah adanya lingkungan yang mendukung baik lingkungan sekolah maupun masyarakat, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya dukungan dari sebagian orang tua santri, banyaknya tantangan dari luar seperti tv dan game, kurang tersedianya media belajar seperti alat-alat peraga, gambar, buku -buku dan majalah islami, minimnya gaji bagi guru sehingga guru tidak bisa terlalu fokus dalam kegiatan-kegiatan anak didik atau santri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "Management of Hajj and Umrah Services in Increasing Congregational Satisfaction at Agents of PT. Tauba Zakka Atkia, Musi Rawas Regency” Service is the main key in a Hajj and Umrah travel service bureau. Pilgrims satisfaction is the starting point for measuring the success and success of a travel agency agent to be given a good or bad label. The form of service starts from planning, budgeting, implementation and evaluation. The method used is descriptive qualitative. From the results of the study, there is a management of hajj and umrah services at the agent of PT. Tauba Zakka Atkia from services in promotion, registration, rituals and departures as well as the implementation of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia. Supporting factors that support the service are work motivation, giving rewards, many taklim assemblies, good signal connections, and good infrastructure. The inhibiting factors are the shortage of staff and human resources, unstable dollar exchange rate and inadequate infrastructure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Manajemen Pelayanan Haji dan Umrah Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Jamaah di Agen PT. Tauba Zakka Atkia Kabupaten Musi Rawas”. Pelayanan merupakan kunci pokok pada sebuah biro jasa travel haji dan umrah. Kepuasan jamaah menjadi titik awal untuk mengukur keberhasilan dan kesuksesan dari sebuah agen biro travel untuk diberikan label baik atau buruk. Bentuk pelayanan dimulai dari planning, budget, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskriptif Kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat manajemen pelayanan haji dan umrah di Agen PT. Tauba Zakka Atkia dari pelayanan dalam promosi, pendaftaran, manasik dan pemberangkatan serta pelaksanaan haji dan umrah di Arab Saudi. Faktor pendukung yang menunjang pelayanan adalah Motivasi kerja, pemberian Reward, Banyak majelis Taklim, koneksi signal yang baik, dan infrastruktur yang baik. Faktor penghambat adalah kekurangan jumlah dan SDM pegawai, kurs dolar yang tidak stabil dan sarana prasarana yang belum cukup.
