Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkritisi fenomena foto prewedding sebagai salah satu tren yang kini mempunyai massa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan dengan didukung kajian literatur yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pelaku industri foto prewedding, pelaku prewedding, dan masyarakat. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi pengumpulan data, triangulasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran tren foto prewedding tidak terlepas dari pelebaran bisnis foto pernikahan. Para pelaku industry foto menawarkan media representasi yang mampu membentuk wujud kesempurnaan diri serta mampu memfasilitasi ruang privat dalam wujud foto prewedding dengan menggunakan strategi komunikasi bisnis untuk menarik massa. Mix strategi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan media sosial sebagai pendukung dalam pemasaran foto prewedding. Perspektif ekonomi industri foto melihat pasangan calon pengantin sebagai komoditas. Foto prewedding mampu meleburkan kelas sosial dalam masyarakat dan merubah sistem nilai tradisional masyarakat dengan jalan memanipulasi perspektif dalam melihat dirinya dalam sebuah bingkai foto.

Abstract

The digital world is now part of our daily life. Various facilities and We often use the applications available on our devices to search for information solutions to our everyday problems. One that is considered urgent to be pushed the improvement is the ability to think critically about media and data. The development of hoax information makes students a vulnerable group, be it victims or suspects in spreading hoaxes. One of the groups potentially exposed to this issue is the UNU Purwokerto Public Administration Student Association (HMAP). The purpose of carrying out this activity is in response to the increase in hoax issues among students which is troubling, even now students are not only victims but also perpetrators of the spread of hoax issues themselves. The methods used to address partner problems are (1) providing counseling or outreach about the benefits of having literacy competence and digital skills to combat hoax issues, (2) providing training on using information search engines, how to use and select data, (3) providing training how to use chat apps and social media. The results obtained are that there is an increase in literacy competence and digital skills as a digital literacy agent reaching 70% by measuring the pretest questionnaire and post test training activities. The outputs and outcomes of this activity have shaped HMAP as a digital literacy agent capable of breaking the chain of issues spreading hoax news among the public student

Abstract

This research is entitled “Communication and Resources in the Implementation of the E-Warong Kube PKH Program. This research is motivated by the existence of the E-Warong KUBE-PKH program, the distribution of social assistance has shifted from being initially cash to non-cash. The purpose of this study is to describe how communication and resources are in the Implementation of the Electronic Program of the Mutual Cooperation Stalls Joint Business Group for the Family Hope Program (E-Warong Kube PKH) in Banyumas Regency. This study was used qualitative research methods. The informant selection technique used was purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection employed were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Mutual Cooperation Warung Electronic Program for the Family Hope Program (E-Warong Kube PKH) in Banyumas Regency has been running optimally. Communication runs quite optimally and there is coordination between parties. The communication methods used are formal and informal. Informal communication via WA groups is very helpful in exchanging information, especially when it comes to disbursing aid, obstacles and handling them. The intensity of the communication carried out was quite good, it was just lacking in terms of delivering the detailed functions and benefits of the E-Warong Kube-PKH program. Human and financial resources are sufficient, but human resources in terms of competence there are still actors who come from low KPM resources or come from pre-prosperous families so that they have not been able to maximize the implementation of KUBE E-Warong development.

Abstract

Special service standards for pandemic conditions must be made considering the importance of the safety of service providers and beneficiaries of public services. The legal basis for regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic disaster and Ministry of Health regulations that require the implementation of the COVID-19 protocol. Security and safety guarantees can be applied very strictly to avoid transmission. The preparation of SOPs can serve as a guideline to anticipate various unexpected situations that will be faced by the company (service offices), as well as a reference for carrying out work. In addition, SOPs can also be used as a legal basis in the event of irregularities in the company/public service provider.This Community Partnership Program is implemented on the basis of the urgent needs of partners to be able to realize public services in accordance with government regulations. One of them is the availability of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) during the Covid-19 Pandemic for public services at the Candinegara Village Village Office, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. The stages of assistance carried out are First, socializing the importance of the availability of SOPs for public services during a pandemic. Partners are given material related to the importance of the availability of Public Service SOPs during a pandemic. Second, training and assistance in the preparation of public service SOPs during a pandemic. Partners are given material related to the steps and stages of preparing the SOP for Public Services during the pandemic. Third, training and mentoring on strategies for formulating SOPs for public services during a pandemic that is effective and efficient. Partners are given material related to the strategy for formulating an effective and efficient SOP for Public Services during a pandemic.The results obtained from this community partnership program activity are the availability of a Public Service Standard Guide during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the form of Standard Operating Procedures. The SOP will later be used in the implementation of public service activities at the Candinegara Village Village Office, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi kebijakan dari pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan di Desa Gununglurah Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas. Program keluagra harapan (PKH) merupakan program pemerintah dalam hal peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam bidang ekonomi, pendidikan dan peningkatan produktivitas pemberdayaan bagi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif, yang menggambarkan suatu masalah dalam penelitian berdasarkan jawaban dari masalah tersebut. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber yaitu dengan cara mengecek data yang telah diperoleh melalui beberapa sumber. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan teori implementasi kebijakan publik dengan melihat aspek kebijakan yang ideal, kelompok sasaran, organisasi pelaksana dan faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan implementasi kebijakan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Implementasi kebijakan dalam pelaksanaan program keluarga harapan secara umum dapat berjalan berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan dan kebijakan yang ada. Perlunya upaya dan strategi pada pelaksanaan program keluarga harapan dari berbagai stakeholders agar pencapaian tujuan dari pelaksanaan program tercapai secara sistematis. Program kelurga harapan yang saat ini dilaksanakan saat ini sudah mampu meningkatan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat dengan penghasilan rendah agar secara bertahap berdaya dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup sesuai standar kelayakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi kebijakan pendidikan tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh atau pembelajaran daring (pembelajaran melalui media online) pada masa darurat Covid-19 di SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Rawalo menggunakan teori dari Marille S. Grindle. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: a) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Rawalo kurang efektif. b) Siswa kurang maksimal dalam memanfaatkan waktu dan alat elektronik untuk belajar. c) Meningkatnya kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan alat elektronik untuk membuat materi pembelajaran berbasis TIK. d) Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, seperti: kemampuan dan kemauan guru dalam memberikan materi pelajaran kepada siswa memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi; kurangnya dukungan alat elektronik yang dimiliki siswa; menurunnya minat belajar siswa; dan jaringan koneksi internet yang kurang stabil.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah melahirkan berbagai upaya pencegahan maupun penanggulangan, mulai dari level pemerintah pusat hingga level masyarakat. Melalui Surat Edaran Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi RI Nomor 19 Tahun 2020 tentang Penyesuaian Sistem Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Dalam Upaya Pencegahan Penyebaran COVID-19 di Lingkungan Instansi Pemerintah yang kemudian mengalami perubahan dengan keluarnya Surat Edaran Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi RI Nomor 34 Tahun 2020, salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan pelayanan publik di instansi pemerintah dapat tetap berjalan efektif. Inovasi penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dalam kondisi saat ini menjadi penting adanya agar pelayanan publik tetap dapat berjalan secara efektif. Pemerintah daerah kabupaten banyumas juga telah melakukan perubahan standar pelayanan terutama terkait mekanisme, sistem atau prosedur pelayanan yang manual menjadi online dan menginformasikan perubahan tersebut melalui sistem informasi pelayanan publik yang tersedia. Hasil penenlitian menunjukkan bahwa Standar mal pelayanan publik Kabupaten Banyumas diatur dalam Peraturan Bupati Banyumas Nomor 4 Tahun 2019 Bab II huruf F tentang standar pelayanan, kemudian standar pelayanan tetap mengacu pada prinsip pelayanan publik Peraturan MenPAN-RB Nomor 36 Tahun 2012 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Penyusunan, Penetapan dan Penerapan Standar Pelayanan, terkait dengan pelayanan di masa pandemi mendasarkan pada Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas Nomor 2 Tahun 2020 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Penyakit di Kabupaten Banyumas, dan Peraturan Bupati Banyumas Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 Tentang PPKM di Kabupaten Banyumas.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program is a community protection program organized by the Government of Indonesia since 2007. Through a system of providing sustainable assistance, this program aims to help communities meet their basic needs and stop the poverty line. Of course in its implementation can not be separated from the success and shortcomings, so evaluation must be carried out. With qualitative descriptive methods, interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation, as well as data validity triangulation techniques, this study aims to evaluate the Family Hope Program in Cipete Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency. The results of the study indicate that the Family Hope Program can run well, as can be seen from the initial meeting, disbursement of aid, updating of Beneficiary data and verification of program participants' commitments. In addition, recommendations were obtained that this program is feasible to continue with improvements in the data updating process, considering that there are still underprivileged communities who have not been touched by the program, and beneficiaries who are no longer eligible to receive assistance. In this case, a better coordination and supervision system is needed so that the objectives of this program can be achieved effectively and efficiently.
