Abstract

Latar belakang: Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi penyebab tingginya angka kematian di Indonesia. Hipertensi adalah faktor resiko utama untuk penyakit kardiovaskuler. Hal ini menjadi ancaman serta tantangan kesehatan global untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Puskesmas Taman Sari kasus hipertensi untuk kategori > 45 tahun mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya dari tahun 2019 yaitu 802 kasus (62,17%), tahun 2020 yaitu 1,061 kasus (82,24%), dan tahun 2021 yaitu 1,261 kasus (97,75%).Tujuan: Faktor-Faktor Apa saja Yang Memiliki Hubungan Dengan Hipertensi Pada Lansia usia ≥ 45 Tahun Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Taman Sari Kota Pangkalpinang.Metode: Menggunakan Desain Penelitian cross-sectional analitik dengan pendekatan survei kuantitatif. Subjek pada penelitian yaitu 103 orang lansia yang berusia ≥ 45 tahun, dipilih secara simple random sampling. Penelitian memakai uji chi-square, Confidence Interval (CI) 95%.Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa lansia yang obesitas hipertensi sebanyak 59 orang, lansia aktivitas fisiknya kurang baik yang hipertensi sebanyak 41 orang, kebiasaan merokok lansia yang hipertensi sebanyak 57 orang, lansia yang konsumsi garam berlebihan yang hipertensi sebanyak 37 orang. Dari hasil pengujian uji chi-square didapatkan hasil p-value = 0,019 < 0,05 pada variabel kegemukan (obesitas), aktivitas fisik, didapatkan hasil p-value = 0,012 < 0,05 pada variabel Kebiasaan Merokok didapatkan hasil p-value = 0,018 < 0,05 dan pada variabel konsumsi garam didapatkan hasil p-value = 0,016 < 0,05.Kesimpulan: faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Taman Sari yaitu obesitas, aktivitas fisik, kebiasaan merokok, konsumsi garam berlebihan. Disarankan pihak Puskesmas Taman Sari harus lebih proaktif dalam memberikan penyuluhan tentang hipertensi kepada masyarakat, Bagi Pasien yang hipertensi sebaiknya melakukan aktivitas fisik agar tubuh menjadi sehat dan juga bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar melakukan penelitian hipertensi pada lansia dengan memilih faktor-faktor lainnya.

Abstract

This research entitled the correlated of the cost of raw material production, marketing costs and salary costs on Return On Investment (ROI). The population in this study is the financial statements of CV. PEPS Advertising from 2020 to 2022. The sample in this research is a report of the costs of production raw materials, marketing costs, labor costs and monthly profit and loss of CV. PEPS Advertising for 3 years (36 months) in 2020 - 2022 (Time Series). The variables used in this study are the independent variables (the cost of raw materials for production, marketing costs and salary costs) and the dependent variable Return On Investment (ROI). This research used analysis tools, namely: normality test, multicollinearity, heterokedacity test, multiple linear regression with t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this research stated that simultaneously variable costs of raw materials for production, marketing costs and salary costs correlated the Return On Investment (ROI). Based on the t test that the variable costs of raw materials for production, marketing costs and salary costs correlated the Return On Investment (ROI) while the most dominant variable influencing the Return On Investment (ROI) is the marketing costs. This research can be concluded that there is an correlated of the cost of production raw materials, marketing costs, and salary costs simultaneously and partially on the Return On Investment (ROI) of CV PEPS Advertising Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

Relationship between mother's anxiety, mother's motivation, and family support to toddlers posyandu visits in pandemi time in the work area of Public Health Center Gerunggang Posyandu is a form of Community Health Based (UKBM) that is managed from, by, for, and with the community with technical support from health workers in the context of achieving NKKBS (Value of happy and prosperous small family), in order to empower the community and provide convenience to the community in obtain basic health services for mothers, infants and children under five. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge, mother's attitude, mother's anxiety, mother's motivation, family support and the role of health workers with visits to Posyandu under five in the working area Gerunggang Public Health Center. This study used a cross-sectional study design using the chi-square test with univariate and bivariate analysis, purposive sampling technique, and data collection using interview techniques through questionnaires. The minimum number of samples in this study amounted to 109 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between mother's attitude (p=0.043), maternal anxiety (p=0.034), mother's motivation (p=0.029) family support (p=0.036). The most dominant relationship with visits to Posyandu under five was the role of mother's motivation (p = 0.029, POR = 2.569). It is hoped that Health workers will further improve counseling and counseling to families and mothers of toddlers on the importance of visiting toddlers to Posyandu.

Abstract

Service quality is an evaluation of the customer's long-term observation of the delivery of a company's services, while the price is one of the determining factors in brand selection related to consumer buying decisions, while the location of service facilities is one of the crucial factors that influence the success of service because the location is closely related. In relation to the potential market for service providers, a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the performance (outcome) of the product that is thought to be against the expected performance. This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of service quality, promotion, and brand image on customer satisfaction, the partial effect of service quality, promotion, and brand image on customer satisfaction. The test results show that the variables of service quality, promotion, and brand image have an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Correlated of Competitive Prices, Product Quality, and Location on Purchasing Decisions on Consumers in Pangkalbalam Pangkal Pinang Rumput Market,The research purpose to analyze and determine the influence of Competitive Prices, Product Quality, and Location on Purchasing Decisions on consumers in the Pangkalbalam Pangkal Pinang Rumput Market, The research variables consist of independent variables, namely: Competitive Prices, Product Quality, and Location while the dependent variable is Purchasing Decisions, analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and followed by simultaneous and partial tests with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study stated that simultaneously competitive price, product quality, and location variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of 97.5%. Based on the t test that the variable competitive prices, product quality, and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis test results indicate the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected all the variables tested, and alternative hypotheses (Ha) are accepted, meaning all independent variables consisting of competitive prices, product quality, and location affect the purchase decisionKeywords: competitive prices, product quality, and location to and buying decision ABSTRAKHubungan Harga Kompetitif, Kualitas Produk, dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Konsumen di Pasar Rumput Pangkalbalam Pangkal Pinang, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Harga Kompetitif, Kualitas Produk, dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada konsumen di Pasar Rumput Pangkalbalam Pangkal Pinang, Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu: Harga Kompetitif, Kualitas Produk, dan Lokasi sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Keputusan Pembelian, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan dilanjutkan dengan uji simultan dan parsial dengan bantuan dari program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa secara simultan variabel harga bersaing, kualitas produk, dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 97,5%. Berdasarkan uji t bahwa variabel harga bersaing, kualitas produk, dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak semua variabel yang diuji, dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, artinya semua variabel independen yang terdiri dari harga bersaing, kualitas produk, dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: harga bersaing, kualitas produk, lokasi dan keputusan pembelian
