Abstract

COVID-19 has become a virus spreading quickly across the world.The government of Indonesia also immediately adjusted theconditions to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus byimplementing the health protocols 5M namely, wearing a mask,washing hands, keeping distance, avoiding crowds, and reducingmobility. With the advancement of technology, games can be used aseducational media to support users learning processes and increasetheir knowledge. Therefore, we conducted a study using the learningsupport media, namely interactive games based on a personalcomputer platform with the Windows operating system to help theusers understand the prevention of the COVID-19 virus byimplementing health protocols. This study proposes using a structurefor the iterative cycle process called the ADDIE model framework andusing the Unity game engine for its game development tools. Tomeasure the feasibility of interactive games as educational media, weuse the System Usability Scale method. Based on the applicationtesting of 50 respondents, interactive games get a score of 90 on a scalethat is acceptable. The results also indicate that interactive games aseducational media will improve the users learning process andmotivation about implementing the health protocols.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengetahui penyebab kerusakan atau kurangnya ketersediaan Head truck pada pelabuhan Indonesia menggunakan metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Jumlah Head truck pada Pelabuhan Indonesia sebesar 140 Head truck. Dengan menggunakan metode yakni mengambil dan mengumpulkan data dalam penulisan ini adalah Sistem Literatur. Data dikumpulkan menurut data utama pembugaran truk menurut bulan agustus hingga oktober, lalu data tersebut diolah memakai performance maintenance dan analisis memakai fishbone diagram dan langkah-langkah pemugaran menggunakan pelaksanaan memakai TPM. Pada akhir penulisan ini, bisa digaris bawahi jika penulis sedang menjelaskan sebab dan dampak menurut kegagalan alat/mesin tunggangan timbal. Untuk menerima mesin yang bisa menjaga kehandalannya, diharapkan desain yang benar. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) adalah rancangan yang benar buat mencapai permasalahan ini. Bahan yang dipakai adalah data waktu operasional, kerusakan, waktu menunggu / alat berhenti dan keseringan kerusakan pada 3 bulan agustus - oktober 2020 menggunakan memperhitungkan nilai Mean Time Beetwen Failure (MTBF) yang didapatkan Head truck menggunakan memakai data rekam Head truck Volvo D9B 380 dan Volvo D11A 370.Kata kunci: Maintenance, Volvo, Head truck, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Mean Time Beetwen Failure (MTBF), Availability
