Abstract

This paper discusses Monitoring Analytics Tools (MAT) to analyze the management quality of the Mathematics Study Program Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Study program management based on Monitoring Analytics Tools (MAT) is one of strategy for building a study program management system based on data-driven and automated analytics. This method is handy in improving the quality of study programs so that they are more measurable, targeted, effective, and efficient in providing excellent services and developments. Monitoring Analytics Tools (MAT) in this study focused on two management quality developments of the study program, namely Monitoring Analytics Tools (MAT) for Lecturer Quality Development in the Learning Process through a Lecturer Evaluation Survey by Students and Monitoring Analytics Tools (MAT) for the Graduate Development through Graduate User Surveys. The results show that the responsiveness dimension (punctuality in learning activities) has the lowest satisfaction index for Lecturer Quality Development. Meanwhile, for the quality of graduates, the dimensions of specific skills (presentation and writing report skills) are the lowest satisfaction index.

Abstract

Masyarakat milenial tidak membutuhkan pemberitaan yang aktual dan akurat saja akan tetapi juga kecepatan pemberitaan. Media massa yang mampu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut ialah media daring. Paluposcom ialah portal berita daring yang populer saat ini di Kota Palu, Sulawesi Selatan. Berita pada portal tersebut akan terus bertambah sehingga menyebabkan semakin bertumpuknya data berita yang ada. Pemodelan topik mampu membantu mengelompokkan informasi dan juga memetakan informasi tersebut ke suatu bidang tertentu dengan menggunakan metode latent dirichlet allocation (LDA). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dua pendekatan pemodelan topik antara metode Fully Unsupervised dan Semi Supervised. Topik yang digunakan sebagai acuan topik umum sebanyak 8 yaitu Ideologi, Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial, Budaya, Pertahanan, Keamanan dan Olahraga. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai loglikelihood dan coherence score Semi Supervised lebih baik dibandingkan Fully Unsupervised, serta lebih mudah diinterpretasi oleh manusia dibandingkan dengan Fully Unsupervised. Sehingga memudahkan pengguna untuk menemukan berita yang sesuai dengan minat mereka.

Abstract

Social media users in Indonesia are growing over time, this has caused many political actors, both individuals, and political parties, to take advantage of this. According to Hootsuite (We are Social) in the Digital 2022 report, Indonesia has 191 million active social media users, so there will be many political actors campaigning on social media. In the literature that discusses similar topics, it is rare to analyze comprehensive exploratory data analysis such as text analysis, hashtags, and social network analysis. From the data analysis conducted in the 2019 Election, the following results were obtained. In text analysis, the narratives used by the two candidates were very different, it was seen that some used other positive and negative narratives. The hashtag analysis found that consistency in campaigning had an influence on electability in the election. In the analysis of social networks, it is found that users who influence social media campaigns, users who appear are not only politicians but also ordinary people who try to support their chosen candidate. The research conducted is expected to be a basic reference in exploring data on social media in other cases, especially in the political field
