Abstract

This study aims to identify the work stress of nurses in Correctional Institutions (LP). The method used is a systematic review by searching articles on the Proquest, Pubmed and ScienceDirect databases with the keywords "occupational stress" AND "correctional facilities". The study results show that nurses' work stress in correctional institutions is closely related to work environment factors, prison inmate population and correctional management. In conclusion, work stress and fatigue among nurses in correctional institutions occur due to work environment factors, including high workload, the characteristics of prisoners and convicts, and the system that regulates correctional institutions, which can decrease work productivity and quality of care. Abstract

Akupresur merupakan terapi yang menggunakan jari atau benda tumpul untuk merangsang titik-titik pada tubuh untuk menyeimbangkan energi. Akupresur telah diteliti memiliki efek yang efisien dalam mengurangi mual dan muntah selama kemoterapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat terapi akupresur pada pasien cancer yang menjalani kemoterapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain literature riview yaitu penelitian yang mengkaji artikel-artikel ilmiah dengan mengintegrasikan dan menarik kesimpulan tentang efektivitas akupresur untuk mengurangi mual dan muntah pada pasien cancer yang menerima kemoterapi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil peneltian yang telah dilakukan peneliti terdahulu. Sumber data berupa artikel atau jurnal yang relevan dengan topik ini. Artikel yang diperolah berjumlah 14 artikel dari tahun 2023-2017. Pencarian data tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan database Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “akupresur pada kanker” Since Direct, Pubmed dan Proquest dengan kata kunci “acupressure and chemotherapy. Akupresur memiliki manfaat dapat mengurangi efek samping psikologis pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi seperti: stres, kecemasan dan depresi dan efek fisiologis salah satunya adalah mual muntah, nyeri, kelelahan, sesak nafas. Abstract

This research aims to identify the relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses in RSUD. Dr. Fauziah Bireuen. This research method is cross-sectional with a random sampling technique. The sample for this study was 138 nurses in the inpatient room at RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used Chi-square statistical test analysis. The research results showed a good work environment. Of the 83 respondents, 54 (65.1%) nurses said they were satisfied with their work and 29 (34.9%) said they were dissatisfied with their work. Of the 55 respondents, 23 nurses said they were satisfied with their work and 32 said they were dissatisfied. The results obtained were p = 0.007 < 0.05, meaning there was a relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses in the inpatient room. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction of nurses in the inpatient room at RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen.
