Abstract

There are shopping hotel in Bandung, which are Hyatt Regency Hotel, Sensa Hotel, Aston Braga Hotel Apartement, Harris Hotel, BTC Hotel and Anggrek Shopping Hotel. Anggrek Shopping Hotel is one of the hotel with two stars classification which is located in heart of the city of Bandung in Martadinata street number 15 where is connecting directly with Riau Junction shopping mall with only 41 rooms and better service than before. Over last two years with new mangement, Anggrek Shopping Hotel is still has fluctuatif occupancy, so that in third years internal management make a new strategy on product and pricing for the guest. The responden of this research is individuals guest who stay in Anggrek Shopping Hotel Bandung. This research was conducted for two months, from September 2012 until October 2012. This type of study is a descriptive and verifikatif, and for method are using survey explanatory method ans simple random sampling technique, and for number of samples to be studies were 100 respondens. The data analysis technique is regression with SPSS 17.0 as the computer software. The data collection technique are interviews and questionnaire distribution. The finding of this research is there an impact of product mix pricing strategy which consists of product line pricing, optional product pricing, and product bundle pricing. On decision to stay. The dimension of product mix pricing strategy which has the highest influence is product bundle pricing and the one with lowest influence is product line pricing. While the most appealing factor of decision to stay is product and service. Suggestion to Anggrek Shopping Hotel Bandung is about internal facilities to increase the interest to stay in Anggrek Shopping Hotel Bandung.

Abstract

South Bandung is one of the districts in West Java province which offers nature tours and much in demand as a travel destination for people from various regions, especially during the weekend, one of which is the Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini-Ciwidey. Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini have contributed to the development of tourism Bandung regency, but in the year 2008 Bathing Water Heat Ciwalini traffic decreased by 2.2%. This is expected because of the level of brand equity Ciwalini Hot Water Bathing, because of declining traffic levels indicated in the brand equity Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini the less powerful. Therefore Ciwalini Hot Water Bathing should consider implementation of the sense in the experiential in order to improve brand equity Ciwalini Hot Water Bathing. In connection with these two research studies conducted on the influence of sense and feel of experiential marketing on brand equity Ciwalini Hot Water Baths. Problem studied is how the response to visitors on the implementation sense, how the responses regarding the implementation of visitor feel, how visitors respond to the brand equity Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini how the influence of a sense of brand equity Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini how the influence of a sense of brand equity Ciwalini Hot Water Bathing. As the population in this study are visitor Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini-Ciwidey Kab. Bandung. The sampling technique is a systematic random sampling. The method used was survey explanatory. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Analysis technique used is the regresion analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate that the sense of the experiential marketing significant influence on brand equity Ciwalini Hot Water Baths.

Abstract

Decrease of D’Batoe Boutique Hotel’s room occupancy that continue happen from 2011 until 2013 makes hotel management find ways to increase room occupancy’s back, one of them is by increasing the decision to stay. One way that is used is performing product bundling and price bundling. The purpose of this research was to obtain discovery regarding product bundling, price bundling, the decision to stay as well as the effect of product bundling and price bundling to the decision to stay. The research used is descriptive verification, the sampling technique is cluster random sampling, as well as the number of samples 102 individual guests who stayed at D'Batoe Boutique Hotel. Techniques of data analysis and hypothesis testing used is multiple regression. The results showed that the product bundling, price bundling and the decision to stay has a high enough response. The most influential factors is the suitability of the price bundling package and bonuses offered. The weakest factor is the suitability of the price package offered by D'Batoe Boutique Hotel as a 3 star boutique hotel. Suggested to the hotel is to maintain and / or improve the product bundling strategy and price bundling with more attention and improve indikator that are still considered low by guests.

Abstract

Kabupaten Cianjur is one of regencies in West java has tourism potential can be relied, and the one of destination is Alam Imajinasi Taman Bunga Nusantara. Alam Imajinasi Taman Bunga Nusantara is a recreation area that offers a variety of tourist attraction with the unique feel for the tourist. The number of tourist visits on Alam Imajiansi Taman Bunga Nusantara has decreased from 2005 to 2009. The most drastic decrease of tourist visit happened in 2009 till 65%. Promotion mix is one of marketing strategy that can be used to increase the number of visit. In connection with these to research studies conducted on the influence promotion mix toward visitin decision Alam Imajinasi Taman Bunga Nusantara. The purpose of this research is to find promotion mix influence visiting decisions to Alam Imajinasi Taman Bunga Nusantara. Promotion mix consists of direct marketing, sales promotion, advertising, interactive/internet marketing, and public relations. Technique of sampling is systematic random sampling. The method in that used in this research is explanatory survey by using ordinal scale. Analyze from this research use Path Analysis with a computer software tools SPSS 18.0. The result of this research is promotion mix influence significantly 86,3% and the rest influence other factors. Based on the result of statistical test results were obtained, there were four variables of promotion mix which had an influence on visiting decisions of direct marketing, sales promotion, interactive/internet marketing, and public relations and there was one variables that had no effect on visiting decisions was advertising.That it can be concluded that direct marketing, sales promotion, interactive/internet marketing, and public relations strong influence the visiting decision on Alam Imajinasi Taman Bunga Nusantara.

Abstract

Service industry is a collection of various company that centralise their service effort to their consumer. Sort efforts that included to this categoryare hotel, resort, restaurant, coffee shop, bar, pub and other. Tourism developing become an industry then the tourism service marketing, include the hotel industry, will be more important. At the moment, world tourism’s trend is directed to Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition (MICE) industry. MICE is a kind of business that give high contribution on economies especially for hotel industry. Grand Hotel Lembang, as one of the oldest and the biggest hotel in Lembang, also participate to complete tourist’s need especially for them as business guest to have a meeting activity. Various effort have done to attract tourist’s interest to visit this hotel. One of the efforts is direct marketing program which consist of direct mail, telemarketing, and face to face selling directed to business tourist as analyst unit in this research. Based on the available secondary data, there is the phenomenon of a decrease in the number of Grand Hotel Lembang meeting package of business guest.Verificative descriptive and explanatory method of survey used in this reserch. The sample of this research are 63 people by using stratified random sampling approach in cross-sectional method, while for the data analysis techniques used in this study is simple linier regression. This research used independent variable namely direct marketing (X) and dependent variable namely decision to use meeting package (Y). The result showed that significant influence exist from direct marketing program toward the decision to use Grand Hotel Lembang meeting package with telemarketing as the most influential indicator. Meanwhile the lowest indicator is direct mail. This showed that Grand Hotel Lembang has to increase the direct mail performance especially hotel publicity to be more widely recognized by the business guest. Management performance or promotion program implemented by Grand Hotel Lembang need to be improved so that more and more business guest use Grand Hotel Lembang meeting package for increasing hotel revenue.
