Abstract

Kabupaten Bandung is one of regions that has a lot of potential tourism object since it has many alternative destination for tourists to visit.One of the strenght of Bandung tourism are the enormous number of eco tourism objec ts that can be managed as best tourism area.Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini is one out of 28 ecotourism destination that lays in Kabupaten Bandung.Every year the amount of visitors who visit pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini are fluctuated, which is seems to be decreased in the last two years.Based on the data, a research of effort on increasing the amount of visitor through management of physical evidence inside the site had been conducted.The aims of this research is to gain the result of examination about (1) Physical evidence which consist of facililty exterior, facility interior and other tangibles in the tourism object Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini. (2) Visiting decisions which consist of choosing the tourism product, choosing the brand, choosing the travel agent, amount of visiting, and decision of visiting time of the tourist to Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini. (3) The effect of physical evidence to the decision of the tourist on visiting Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini.The object of this research is to acknowlegde the physical evidence which consist of facility exterior, facility interior and other tangibles on the the local tourist’s decisions to visit Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini.The kind of research is descriptive and verivicative which use explanatory survey method.Population in this research was the domestic tourist from accros the country in Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini.100 people had been taken to be the samples of the research which is using simple random sampling.Data analysis technique that is used in this research is Path Analysis MethodThe result on hipothesis examination showed that the physical evidence which consist sub variable such; exterior facilities,interior facilities and other tangibles, gives effects on visiting decisions to Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini Interior facilities deliver the highest effects on taking the visit decision, whereas eksterior facilities give the lowest effects.

Abstract

Travel and tourism in the world is a milestone for the global economy industry today. Tourism is currently standing strong in almost all countries as an industry in their respective countries, including Indonesia. One of the important tourism industry in the implementation of tourism is travel services as tourist facilities required to meet travel. One of the travel services required by tourists is a travel agency. Many travel agents established in the provinces where people often travel potentially that West Java especially in Bandung. In 2011 the number of places of business travels are in Bandung as many as 218. One of the largest travel agency in Bandung is PT. Interlink Tours and Travel. In terms of sales, PT. Interlink Tours and Travel rely more on domestic airline tickets customers in large numbers and repeatedly. In 2011 customers of PT. Interlink Tours and Travel have decreased loyalty. One way PT. Interlink Tours and Travel do to enhance customer loyalty to an airline ticket sales in accordance with the target is to provide quality service to customers with a focus on communication, credibility, security, competence and courtesy. In marketing this is called assurance. Assurance theory used is the theory of the Parasuraman in Ririn Tri Ratnasari (2011:109) and the theory of customer loyalty using the theory Baloglu (2002). The population in this study is the corporate customers of domestic airline tickets in PT. Interlink Tours and Travel Bandung. Sampling technique used is saturated sampling and data analysis technique used is multiple regression. Overview of research on assurance and customer loyalty is in a good position. The results showed simultaneous assurance effect on customer loyalty. However, partially only competence sub variables that influents the loyalty, while the other four sub variables, namely communication, credibility, security and courtesy are no effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Service industry is a collection of various company that centralise their service effort to their consumer. Sort efforts that included to this categoryare hotel, resort, restaurant, coffee shop, bar, pub and other. Tourism developing become an industry then the tourism service marketing, include the hotel industry, will be more important. At the moment, world tourism’s trend is directed to Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition (MICE) industry. MICE is a kind of business that give high contribution on economies especially for hotel industry. Grand Hotel Lembang, as one of the oldest and the biggest hotel in Lembang, also participate to complete tourist’s need especially for them as business guest to have a meeting activity. Various effort have done to attract tourist’s interest to visit this hotel. One of the efforts is direct marketing program which consist of direct mail, telemarketing, and face to face selling directed to business tourist as analyst unit in this research. Based on the available secondary data, there is the phenomenon of a decrease in the number of Grand Hotel Lembang meeting package of business guest.Verificative descriptive and explanatory method of survey used in this reserch. The sample of this research are 63 people by using stratified random sampling approach in cross-sectional method, while for the data analysis techniques used in this study is simple linier regression. This research used independent variable namely direct marketing (X) and dependent variable namely decision to use meeting package (Y). The result showed that significant influence exist from direct marketing program toward the decision to use Grand Hotel Lembang meeting package with telemarketing as the most influential indicator. Meanwhile the lowest indicator is direct mail. This showed that Grand Hotel Lembang has to increase the direct mail performance especially hotel publicity to be more widely recognized by the business guest. Management performance or promotion program implemented by Grand Hotel Lembang need to be improved so that more and more business guest use Grand Hotel Lembang meeting package for increasing hotel revenue.

Abstract

Based on the results of interviews at SMAN 1 Lembang, learning that is usually applied by Economics Subject teachers so far using the expository method is carried out face-to-face in the classroom with the support of adequate facilities and infrastructure, where learning is teacher-centered, passive students, and less involved in learning. This causes students to experience burnout which results in a lack of interest and learning independence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of blended learning assisted by google classroom on the creative thinking skills and independent learning of students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The data collection instrument used an essay test with 15 questions and a questionnaire of 20 questions. The sampling technique of this research was carried out by means of cluster random sampling. Hypothesis testing using independent t-test. Abstract

ABSTRAKKemunculan sebuah organisasi usaha baru disebabkan oleh faktor sumber daya manusia dan keputusan untuk berwirausaha ditentukan oleh faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi seseorang untuk menjadi wirausaha. Minat peserta didik untuk berwirausaha masih rendah sehingga masih perlu penelitian yang lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan minat peserta didik khususnya di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) untuk dapat menjadi wirausaha. Hal tesebut diperlukan guna untuk meningkatkan jumlah wirausaha sebagai salah satu penentu perkembangan suatu daerah maupun Negara. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha peserta didik SMK di Kabupaten Subang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey dimana teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi langsung. Lingkungan keluarga dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha peserta didik SMK di Kabupaten Subang dengan skor 0.000 – 0.043. Penelitian ini memiliki reliabilitas yang tinggi dengan skor mencapai 0.703.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the temporary observation the performance of employees in BPR was still low, less activities of service. As for example the credit administration did not only perform their own duties but also did the transfer, and there were still employees who came late and, there were employees who did not finish the job on time, some employees still looked relaxed in doing the job. So it could be concluded that the performance of employees in PD. BPR was still low. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of compensation and organizational culture on employees' performance in PD. BPR Kuningan.This research used a quantitative approach and survey method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Sample and population was employees in PD. BPR Kuningan, amounting to 89 people. Data collection used questionnaires. The validity test and reliability test of data collection were carried out, the results of instrument test stated that the instruments used in this study were valid and reliable. Multiple regression analysis was used to find out to what extent of influence among variables.The result of this research showed that: (1) both compensation and organizational culture had positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) compensation had positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture had positive and significant effect to employees’ performance.Compensation and organizational culture needed to be improved and maintained on the performance of employees so that the tasks and objectives of the agency could be achieved in accordance with expectations and achieve satisfactory results. Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Culture, and Employees’ Performance ABSTRAKPada pengamatan sementara kinerja pegawai yang terjadi di BPR masih rendah dilihat, kurang berjalanya pelayanan. Seperti misalnya bagian administrasi kredit selain melakukan tugasnya sendiri juga merangkap bagian transfer, dan masih adanya pegawai yang datang terlambat serta, masih adanya pegawai yang dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tidak tepat waktu, pegawai masih terlihat santai dalam mengerjakan pekerjaanya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPR masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PD. BPR Kuningan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survey. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Sampel dan populasi yaitu pegawai pada PD. BPR Kuningan yang berjumlah 89 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian di uji validitas dan realibilitasnya, hasil uji intrumen menyatakan bahwa hasil intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh antar variabel menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) kompensasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kompensasi dan budaya organisasi perlu ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan atas kinerja pegawainya agar tugas dan tujuan instansi tersebut dapat dicapai sesuai dengan harapan dan mencapai hasil yang memuaskan. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Target penerimaan pajak tahun 2012-2016 belum tercapai. Pencapaian penerimaan pajak Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Solok pada tahun 2016 menduduki peringkat ke 6 dari 9 kantor yang berada di Kanwil SumbarJa. Fenomena tersebut mengindikasikan masih rendahnya kinerja pegawai. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai tersebut diprediksi oleh tinggi rendahnya variabel – variabel yang mempengaruhinya, yaitu budaya organisasi,motivasi kerja serta kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan survey dengan jenis verificative explanation reseach terhadap 80 pegawai. Analisis dan interpretasi hasil pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif (Partial Least Square).Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi sedangkan variabel kepuasan kerja serta kinerja termasuk kategori cukup serta  kuat lemahnya budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya motivasi, tinggi rendahnya kepuasan kerja serta tinggi rendahnya kinerja. Tinggi rendahnya motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kepuasan kerja dan tinggi rendahnya kinerja. Kemudian tinggi rendahnya kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah penurunan kinerja karyawan yang tercermin dalam beberapa indikasi seperti menurunnya penilaian kinerja karyawan dan penurunan capaian hasil kerja. Penurunan ini dikarenakan tingkat motivasi karyawan dalam bekerja masih rendah. Permasalahan ini harus segera diatasi, karena karyawan merupakan faktor utama penentu keberhasilan perusahaan. Apabila masalah ini dibiarkan maka akan mengancam, mengganggu dan menghambat aktivitas PT Difa Kreasi dalam mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian penghargaan dan hukuman terhadap motivasi kerja serta implikasinya pada kinerja karyawan. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Difa Kreasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan yaitu eksplanatori survei dengan unit analisis seluruh populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model persamaan struktural Partial Least Square dengan alat bantu software komputer SmartPLS 3.2.7. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pemberian penghargaan dan hukuman berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tingginya turnover karyawan yang diindikasikan manajemen belum fokus terhadap employee engagement. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan 49% karyawan not engaged (tidak terikat) artinya meskipun karyawan bekerja dengan baik akan tetapi memiliki niat untuk berhenti atau mencari pekerjaan baru dalam waktu dekat, mereka juga merasa kurang termotivasi untuk sukses saat bekerja di perusahaan. Fenomena tersebut harus segera ditangani karena sumber daya manusia menjadi sebuah sumber daya terbaik untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi internal terhadap employee engagement. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif, verifikatif dan metode survey. Jumlah sampel 85 orang. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi internal secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement. Adapun besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi internal terhadap employee engagament sebesar 62,25%. Secara parsial, kepemimpinan transformasional mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 86,6%, dan komunikasi internal mempunyai pengaruh 49,2% terhadap employee engagement.

Abstract

The current business development is entering the industry era 4.0. To anticipate the development of the industry era 4.0, employee performance aspect in human resource management becomes very important. Problems in this research is the low innovative behavior of employees described by the phenomenon of decline and increase performance of employee performance PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII (PTPN VIII) in Industrial era 4.0 in Indonesia. If the human resource problem is not addressed immediately, it will have an impact on the achievement of corporate management objectives which in turn also affect the performance, productivity, competitiveness and sustainability of the company. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze employee perceptions on (1) the effectiveness of knowledge creation and the level of innovative behavior (2) Effect of the effectiveness of knowledge creation on the level of innovative behavior. The research method used a quantitative approach that is descriptive and verification through descriptive survey and explanatory survey. Respondents and research population are employees of PTPN VIII as many as 3999 people, with sample size of 364 people. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS and AMOS 24 software tools. The findings of the research show that (1) Knowledge creation is in effective category and innovative behavior is in high category. (2) Knowledge creation has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior
