Abstract

Regions having higher level of welfare do not always have better indicator values than other regions having lower level of welfare. The problem is the lack of information related to the indicator values needed to determine the health level. Therefore, clustering using health data becomes necessary. Data were clustered to see the maximum or the minimum level of similarity. The clustered data were based on the similarity of four morality indicator values of the regional health level. Morality indicator values used in this research are infant mortality rate, child mortality rate, maternal mortality rate, and rough birth rate. The method used is Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) - Complete Linkage. Data were calculated using Euclidean Distance Equation, then Complete Linkage. Four clustered data were grouped into two clusters, healthy and/or unhealthy. The result, combining from all clusters into two large clusters to see healthy and unhealthy results.

Abstract

An online shop is a way of trading and shopping online via the internet. Online sales in the business sector will significantly help reduce operational costs, especially for customer activities; in its contribution to commerce, online sales can also increase selling power and widely facilitate the marketing of a product. “Seger Waras” Pharmacy is an agency engaged in the business of selling medicines and medical equipment. “Seger Waras” Pharmacy requires an online sales website or online store, which is intended to maximize service to existing or new customers. Therefore, the authors conducted research on the design of the e-pharmacy application, which is a web-based medicine sales system at the Seger Waras Pharmacy. This study aims to increase the revenue of the relevant agencies and provide complete information about drug use to customers. Data collection methods use observation and interview methods for system models using Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and Context Diagrams. The software used by MySQL as a database server, Apache as a web server, Sublime Text 3 for writing PHP and HTML programming languages, and Bootstrap as a framework. The result of the system that has been completed is an online store application that makes it possible to sell and purchase drugs online; the online shop at the “Seger Waras” Pharmacy can increase sales turnover and promote business.

Abstract

Assessment is the last session of a lecture in college. There are several components that form the basis of calculations. A technique to select a clustering attribute based on rough set theory is presented. Dataset is taken from a survey of 150 architectural design studio students. Data are taken on 6th semester students majoring in architecture University of Technology of Yogyakarta Indonesia. Assessment consists of five components, namely three tasks, presentations, midterms and final exams. This assessment was conducted in 2015. The evaluation criteria used range from 0-100. Student name, age, race, and attendance are not required in this assessment. In this study, we show how to determine the dominant attributes of a set of attributes of an assessment list by using the rough set theory (Max-Max roughness). The results obtained can potentially contribute to give a recommendation in awarding the final grade of a course more quickly and accurately.Keywords : Assessment, Clustering, Rough set theory, Attributes

Abstract

Detection of chicken egg embryos using image processing has limitations and needs some processes for improvement. By human vision, the previous process used binoculars and candling using light/beams directed at the chicken eggs in the incubator. In this study, we propose the application of image segmentation using the Otsu method in detecting chicken egg embryos. This method uses image segmentation with increased image quality (preprocessing) by several methods such as resizing, grayscaling, image adjustment, and image enhancement. These processes produce a better image and can be used for input in the segmentation process. In addition, this study compares several segmentation methods in detecting chicken egg embryos, such as thresholding, Otsu basic, and k-means clustering. The results show that our proposed method produced segmentation images to detect chicken egg embryos of 200 datasets images. This method has a faster process and can create a uniform segmentation than other methods. However, other methods can also detect chicken egg embryos. The method’s accuracy proposed in this study increased by 1.5% compared to other methods. In addition, the resulting SSIM value has a percentage close to and more than 90%, which means that the segmentation of the results obtained can be used to detect chicken egg embryos.

Abstract

Digital image processing is an important way in computer vision to determine the shape of digital image objects. Many image processing applications have been produced, one of which is pattern recognition. Pattern recognition can be interpreted as the process of classifying a number of objects into several categories based on similarities and similarities in characteristics. In this study, the pattern recognition of traditional houses in Indonesia will be carried out. In the pattern recognition process, several stages of image processing (image pre-processing) are needed which aims to make the pattern obtained can be recognized accurately. For the introduction of this traditional house, several stages will be carried out before it can finally be recognized by the system. First, the image will be converted into a gray image, after the gray image is obtained, it will be converted into a binary image using thresholding and then followed by normalizing the image size (resize). After that, the resized image will be recognized using the Template Matching method. The results of this study, using 20 examples of traditional house patterns categorized into 10 types of traditional houses in Indonesia, the system can recognize 16 traditional house patterns correctly with an accuracy percentage of 80%. But this system also still has imperfections. Imperfections occur due to several factors such as taking the angle of the object in the test image that does not match the angle of the object in the target image, and also the presence of additional objects that cover the shape of the traditional house that will be recognized; such as: trees, cars, etc., as well as poor test image conditions.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi sebagai tempat mahasiswa untuk menimba ilmu dan membekali diri dengan berbagai keterampilan yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakat yang diinginkan, dan sebagai institusi yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan dibutuhkan teknologi sistem informasi untuk sarana pendukung. Pada penelitian ini, perguruan tinggi yang sudah menerapkan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dengan semua unit dan hampir semua proses administrasi akademik sudah ada dalam satu aplikasi. Selain sistem teknologi informasi, sarana prasarana pendukung teknologi informasi seperti jaringan, server, web dan aplikasi pendukung lainya juga membutuhkan pelayanan karena dalam ruang lingkup teknologi selain pengembangan, perawatan, dan pelayanan pun bagian yang harus diperhatikan. Untuk mengetahui apakah pelayanan yang diberikan sudah baik dan sesuai standar operasinal perlu dilakukan audit, framework cobit 5 digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah pelayanan dan tata kelola sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan cobit 5 dengan 10 domain proses menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 4.22 dari target yang diinginkan 4.5 dengan rentang 0 sampi 5, kesenjangan/gap dengan nilai 0.28 menjawab pertanyaan bahwa pelayanan dan tata kelola sudah baik dan mendekati nilai yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Aplikasi Konsultasi Karier merupakan media dan instrumentasi berupa aplikasi berbasis Android yang dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi dan menjembatani kebutuhan individu dalam memahami minat maupun potensi karirnya. Selama berinteraksi dengan aplikasi konsultasi karir, pengguna menemukan beberapa permasalahan seperti aplikasi kurang informatif, kurang atraktif serta proses deteksi minat dan karir yang kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat ulang desain (re-design) tampilan aplikasi KonsultasiKarir agar semakin menarik, informatif dan lebih mudah digunakan. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah metode design thinking untuk optimasi tampilan UI dan UX dengan beberapa tahapan diantaranya, Empathizes, Define, Ideate, Prototype dan Test. Desain baru aplikasi yang telah dibuat mendapatkan rata-rata skor akhir 90.1 poin pada tahap pengujian kepada responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan ulang tampilan aplikasi KonsultasiKarir mampu memberikan usulan opsi solusi terkait desain yang menarik, dapat diterapkan dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna.

Abstract

Dihampir semua instansi pemerintah, teknologi informasi (TI) diterapkan. Setiap instansi membutuhkan tata kelola TI. Instansi pemerintah memerlukan kerangka menyeluruh yang membahas semua aspek administrasi TI. Ada beberapa alasan mengapa hal ini sangat diperlukan, termasuk persyaratan untuk menyesuaikan strategi bisnis dan TI, menerapkan sumber daya TI yang efisien, menetapkan pengendalian internal yang sesuai, dan menghindari masalah terkait perangkat lunak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh beberapa instansi pemerintahan yaitu penggunaan TI belum sesuai prosedur, pengukuran tata kelola teknologi informasi belum terstruktur, manajemen risiko yang masih rendah, dan adanya permasalah pada sistem keamanan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, diperlukan tata kelola terhadap teknologi informasi pada instansi. Audit merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat gunakan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memastikan tingkat kesesuaian antara penilaian dan pengembangan kriteria serta mengkomunikasikan hasilnya kepada pengguna pada instansi pemerintah. Berdasarkan dari analisa literature review maka didapatkan hasil yaitu penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui penerapan audit sistem informasi pada pemerintahan dengan menggunakan Framework COBIT. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menganalisa 10 paper dan 3 perumusan masalah yaitu (Q1, Q2, Q3) untuk menjawab pertanyaan dari penerapan audit sistem informasi. Hasil dari pengukuran tata kelola TI pada level kapabilitas, instansi pemerintahan di Indonesia ada pada level 3 atau level proses. Berdasarkan analisa hasil audit yang telah dilakukan, diperlukan strategi perbaikan untuk mencapai expected capability atau kapabilitas yang diharapkan pada instansi yaitu level 4 (predictable process) dengan melaksanakan hasil dari rekomendasi audit yang telah diberikan. Dilakukannya audit sistem informasi pada instansi pemerintahan, dapat memperbaiki aspek-aspek yang kurang, serta dapat meningkatkan mutu layanan dari instansi.

Abstract

PKM untuk pengentasan pengangguran di Masyarakat dalam persiapan kerja pada karang taruna kalurahan Margomulyo, Seyegan Sleman ini bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan mengenai keterampilan dalam merencanakan dan mempersiapkan karir. Kegiatan terdiri dari 3 tema utama yaitu pelatihan persiapan karir, pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi, dan pelatihan optimalisasi teknologi digital. Peserta kegiatan merupakan 37 orang anggota Sub Unit Karang Taruna Padukuhan Jingin yang masuk pada kriteria usia angkatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah Community Based Participatory Research. yang didasari oleh kebutuhan mitra dan disesuaikan dengan kompetensi tim PKM. Hasil dari seluruh rangkaian pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan peserta kegiatan dalam mempersiapkan karir, keterampilan komunikasi, dan optimalisasi teknologi digital. Indikator ketercapaian diukur melalui skor pre-test dan post-test. Rekomendasi bagi kegiatan selanjutnya adalah menghadirkan Dunia Usaha dan Industri untuk melakukan seleksi kerja langsung sehingga manfaat kegiatan dapat lebih konkret dirasakan.
