Abstract

Introduction: The initial survey conducted at the Konawe District Health Office shows that the distribution of Public Health Bachelors has not been evenly distributed until now, where there are still health centers in Konawe District which lack public health personnel. In addition, the management of the duties of the Bachelor of Public Health at the Health center is sometimes not in accordance with the main task. So that researchers intend to conduct research on "Analysis of the Needs of Undergraduate Public Health Workers and Constraints on Policy Aspects at the Konawe District Health Office" Method: This study uses two types of research, namely descriptive quantitative and qualitative to analyze the constraints in the distribution bachelor of public health personnel. The sample was sourced from 137 bachelor of public health personnel from the Head of Public Health Center while the Head of Administration and Ordinary Informants were informants in this study spread from 29 Public health center. Result: The need for public health workers in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation No. 75 of 2014 at least 2 people per Health center and aspects of policies that have not been running optimally are obstacles in the distribution bachelor of public health personnel. Conclusion: Local governments should carry out data-based Health Human Resources (HR) planning so that planning documents are able to accurately project the calculation of needs in accordance with the current health situation.

Abstract

Introduction: Organizational functions that include organizational strategy and reward systems have not been fully carried out to the fullest. Based on the preliminary survey, information was obtained that the planning and functions of the organization were not yet fully operational. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between organizational strategy and reward system with employee performance at the Health Center in Konawe Selatan Regency. Method: Quantitative research with approachcross sectional study. The population is all Health Center employees in South Konawe Regency as many as 774 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 86 respondents. Result: The results of the statistical test of organizational strategy using the Chi Square test at = 5% and df = 1, obtained the value of X2 arithmetic > X2 table (8.713> 3.841) and the value of namely 0.318, meaning that there is a significant weak relationship between organizational strategy and employee performance. The reward system at = 5 % and df = 1, obtained the value of X2 count > X2 table (36,203> 3,841) and the value of namely 0.649, there is a strong relationship between the reward system and employee performance. Conclusion: There is a weak relationship between organizational strategy and a strong relationship with employee performance at the Health Center in Konawe Selatan District.

Abstract

Introduction: The Konawe Regency Government has unilaterally terminated the cooperation program with the Social Security Administrator which has been covering health insurance for the poor in Konawe. The Konawe local government has stopped paying premiums to the Health Insurance Agency for the Konawe community with Family Card holders and the health insurance status of family card holders is unclear until now and Family Card participants are no longer able to use family cards to get health insurance either at the health center or other health facilities. Based on this, the researcher wants to analyze the implementation of the National Health Insurance Program related to health services based on the aspect of resources in Konawe Regency. Method: Types of research is qualitative research using a case study approach. In this study, the researcher acts as the main research instrument. Key informants and regular informants as supporting instruments totaling 12 people. Result: In the interview, it was stated that based on our workload analysis, it was sufficient, including the existing health workers, namely 2 (two) general practitioners, 1 (one) dentist, 40 (forty) nurses, 30 (thirty) midwives, 2 (two) analysts people and 15 (fifteen) public health workers. Conclusion: The availability of health workers in 5 (five) public health center is not sufficient. Of the five health centers that became the object of research, there is still one health center that does not yet have a general practitioner.

Abstract

Introduction: Hospital is part of a social and health organization with the function of providing complete services (comprehensive), disease healing (curative) and disease prevention (preventive) to the community. The performance of health workers is a problem that must be overcome, it is because health services determine the quality of hospital services. The performance of health workers can be influenced by workload, work stress, work environment, work fatigue, and the application of SOP. Methods: This type of research uses a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional study design. The total population is 49 people, with a large sample of 44 people. The sampling technique in this study used the Cluster Random Sampling technique, using the Chi-Square Statistical test. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between workload and the results of the X2count = 7.079, the X2table value = 3.841, and the Phi value = 0.449, work stress with the X2count value = 8.838, the X2table value = 3.841, and the Phi value = 0.494. Conclusion: The performance of health officers influenced by workload, work stress, work environment, work fatigue, and the application of SOPs. It is recommended that the hospital management can pay more attention to their health workers in order to improve the performance of health workers in the ER Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Background: Health services are an important factor in improving health status. Accreditation data for community health centers in South Konawe Regency show that out of 25 public health centers, there are 6 community health centers (24%) with basic accreditation. This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of accreditation and the quality of health services at public health centers in South Konawe Regency in 2022. Methods:This type of research is quantitative, cross sectional study design. The population in this study were 288 health workers who served in 6 community health centers with basic accreditation in South Konawe Regency and a sample of 73 people obtained by Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling.Result: The results of Fisher's exact test obtained p value (0.022) and phi (0.341) for the implementation of management administration. Then for the implementation of SMEs obtained p value (0.000) and phi (0.588) and the implementation of Individual Health Efforts obtained p value (0.000) and phi (0.572). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the implementation of management administration, the implementation of public health efforts and individual health efforts with the quality of health services at the community health center in South Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Introduction: Parents acceptance of this Covid-19 vaccination is a challenge in the success of the Covid-19 vaccination program. This study was to identify the relationship between parental acceptance (Effectiveness, Risk, and Procedure for Giving the Covid-19 Vaccine). Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a Cross-Sectional Study approach. The population in this study were all children aged 6-11 years domiciled in East Kolaka Regency. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, with a sample of 369 respondents. Results: The study showed that of the 369 respondents who received the Covid-19 vaccination well, 203 (55.0%) respondents and 166 (45.0%) respondents who received poor reception. Based on statistical tests, it shows that there is a significant weak category relationship between parental acceptance and the effectiveness of giving Covid-19 vaccination (p value = 0.000) and parental acceptance with the risk of giving Covid-19 vaccination (p value = 0.000) while the variable procedure for giving Covid vaccination is (p value = 0.117) which means there is no significant relationship with parental acceptance of Covid-19 vaccination. Conclusion: Public awareness is needed to be active and participate in vaccination activities as an effort to protect themselves, their families and others. Also as a form of support for the government's efforts to suppress Covid-19 cases.

Abstract

Backgrounds: The Indonesian Doctor Competency Standards state that doctors must be able to communicate effectively with their patients. Dentists are required to master communication skills so that ambiguous communication does not occur and there is no gap between the patient's expectations and the reality obtained by the patient. This study aims to analyze the relationship between dentist interpersonal communication and patient satisfaction at the Kendari City Health Center. Methods: The research method uses quantitative, using a cross sectional study approach. The population was 24,960 people and the total sample was 96 divided into each health center. Results:The chi-square test obtained p value (0.001) and X2hit (10.293), because the p value (0.001) < α (0.05) and the X2hit value (10.293) > p value (0.002) and X2hit (11.293), because the p value (0.002) < α (0.05) and the X2hit value (11.293) > teeth at the Kendari City Health Center. Conclusion: Health center that have good service, namely by providing facilities that will have an impact on clients and the Health center workforce, one of which is doctors.

Abstract

Backgrounds: When Covid-19 became a pandemic in Indonesia, it automatically changed the face of the administrative structure and work patterns within government agencies. Starting from the term physical distancing that is applied to the work process that has shifted, from working in the office to working from home. The development of online-based service, administration and coordination processes is starting to be pursued as much as possible in each government agency environment, both central government and regional government. This is what attracted the author to conduct research on the Relationship between Standard Operating Procedures for Community Health Center Services and Community Satisfaction during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Kendari City Methods: This research is quantitative research, using a cross sectional survey approach. The population is all people who receive health services and the sample is 385 at the Kendari City Health Center. Results: The pvalue (0.038) and X2hit (6.532) were obtained, because the pvalue (0.038) < α (0.05) and the X2hit value (6.532) > Conclusion: Health center are expected to be able to provide basic health services and become pioneers in driving development in their working areas. Health center are required to provide good quality services in terms of management, resources, facilities and infrastructure so that the services provided are in accordance with standard operational procedures.
