Abstract

Background: Indonesia has the highest prevalence of Non-Communicable Disease (NCD)in 2013. NCD which is always listed in the top 10 diseases in Southeast Sulawesi is hypertension and diabetes mellitus. NCD Integrated Post is an effort to detect and overcome the early presence of NCD threat factors. However, there has been a decrease in the prevalence of integrated post visits from 2017 to 2018 at the Barangka Public Health Centre. The purpose of this study was to analyze the utilization of NCD Integrated Post in the work area of ??Barangka Health Centre in Buton Regency. Methods: This type of research uses a cross-sectional study design. This study was conducted from November to December 2019. The population in this study were all people in the work area of ??Barangka Health Centre, Buton Regency in 2018 with ages> 15 to 59 years, namely 3,584 people. The number of the samples was 134 respondents. A questionnaire was used as the method of data collection. Results: The results showed that the chi square of cadre support X2 count =36,460> X2 table value = 3,841 and health status is X2 count = 32,308> table X2 value = 3,841. Therefore, all variables are influencing the utilization of NCD Integrated Post. Conclusion: Health status and cadre influenced significantly the community in utilizing NCD Integrated Post at the Barangka Health Centre in Buton Regency.

Abstract

Background: Public health center is the spearhead for improving the welfare of the community in the health sector. The health worker's skill needs to be optimized and can be seen from the results of their work, in the form of mastery of science and technology, as well as skills in implementing and providing health services. This is evident from the last three months' report on community visits, namely, in December 2016 the number of visits was 138 people, in January 2017 fell to 108 visits and in February 2017 dropped dramatically 93 visits. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of discipline, motivation, and training with the performance of health workers in the Abeli ??Community Health center. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study was 42 people with a total sampling technique with a total sample of 42 people. The analytical method uses the Chi-Square statistical test and the Phi coefficient (?). Results: Based on the results of the study, there is a strong relationship between discipline and the performance of health workers with a value of X2 Calculation = 17,835 and a phi-efficiency test (?) = 0.651. There is a strong relationship between motivation and the performance of health workers with a value of X2 Calculation = 16,481 and the tested coefficient phi (?) = 0.626. There is a moderate correlation between training and health worker performance with X2 Calculation value = 10.299 and the phi coefficient test (?) = 0.495. Conclusion: For the health, institutions are suggested to increase the health worker's knowledge by increasing towards more discipline, high motivation, and more training in order. Eventually, the quality of human resources and health organizational performance will increase.

Abstract

Background: Based on the results of interviews with researchers, six out of ten elderly said they were not satisfied with the service because the starting time for integrated post services was sometimes late, the lack of information obtained was related to elderly integrated service post activities. First person said he was satisfied with the service but still complained about the irregular timing of the integrated service post activities. Research is aimed to determine Factors-Factors Associated With Satisfaction Elderly In Integrated Service Post In Village Tobimeita District of Nambo city of Kendari. Methods: This type of research uses research quantitative design with cross-sectional study population of fifty six people. Sampling using purposive sampling with a sample size of fifty six respondents. The data is processed by using a test Fisher's exact test and continued with the test Coefficient Phi. Result: Based on the results of statistical tests there is a strong relationship between service quality and the level of satisfaction of the elderly with p value 0.000 < ? 0.05 , there is a moderate relationship between service and the satisfaction level of the elderly with p value 0.000 < ? 0.05, and there is a strong relationship between the attitude of officers with elderly satisfaction level p value 0.000 < ? 0.05. Conclusion: Researchers suggest that active remind and motivate the elderly to follow integrated service post elderly, other than that in running its role officers also should have to be friendly to the elderly so that the elderly feel happy to follow integrated service post elderly.

Abstract

The referral problem in Southeast Sulawesi is still quite complex. Based on preliminary studies conductedat several health centers, it was found that there were several problems related to human resources, time,facilities and infrastructure. The basic thing that was found was lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure. The results of observations at several Public Health Care found that several other complaintsrelated to the BPJS (Social Security Administrator) referral system that were felt were the lack of facilities inprimary health services and some damaged facilities so that cases that should have been handled at primary/ secondary services were immediately referred to tertiary hospitals. This research is a qualitative research,The research was conducted at the Public Health Care of Kendari City and Bau-Bau City from February2020 to completion. aspects of facilities and infrastructure as an important aspect in the implementationof The referral system is still inadequate in terms of the quantity of facilities and infrastructure as well ascompliance with the compendium. The referral system is still inadequate in terms of both the number ofdrugs and the suitability of the formulary.

Abstract

Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Kesehatan menetapkan kewajiban membayar iuran yang harus di ikuti masyarakat guna mendapatkan jaminan kesehatan. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu banyak peserta BPJS yang menunggak membayar iuran BPJS-nya. Pada bulan juni 2018 terdapat 711 jiwa yang masih menunggak pembayaran iuran BPJS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penunggakaan pembayaran iuran BPJS kesehatan Mandiri di Puskesmas Abeli Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi adalah seluruh peserta BPJS yang menunggak di Puskesmas Abeli Kota Kendari sebanyak 711. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil uji statistik pada tingkat signifikasi α = 0,05, diperoleh hasil ada hubungan cukup kuat antara pengetahuan dengan penunggakan pembayaran iuran BPJS (p-value = 0,000), ada hubungan cukup kuat antara pendapatan dengan penunggakan pembayaran iuran BPJS (p-value = 0,000), ada hubungan cukup kuat antara presepsi dengan penunggakan pembayaran iuran BPJS (p-value = 0,000). Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa penunggakan pembayaran iuran BPJS berhubungan dengan semua variabel penelitian. Olehnya itu disarankan perlu adanya sosialisasi dari pihak BPJS agar peserta lebih memahami tentang BPJS sehingga dalam pembayaran iuran peserta BPJS tidak menungak.

Abstract

Data yang diperoleh di Puskesmas Perumnas menunjukkan padat ahun 2015 ditemukan jumlah penderita TB Paru sebanyak 28 kasus BTA positif, tahun 2016 ditemukan jumlah penderita TB paru BTA positif sebanyak 33 kasus BTA positif sedangkan pada tahun 2017 mengalami peningkatan dengan jumlah penderita TB paru BTA positif sebanyak 42 kasus BTA positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesembuhan penderita TB paru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Perumnas Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan desain case control study,populasiadalahsemua pasien yang positif TB BTA+ yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Perumnas berjumlah 42 pasien dengan jumlah sampel kasus 39 orang dan kontrol 39 orang sehingga totalnya sebanyak 78 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, Metode analisis menggunakan UjiChi Square dan uji Phi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan minum obat merupakan factor risikoterhadapkesembuhanpenderita TB paru(OR= 37,400; CI= 95%), dukungan keluarga merupakan factor risiko terhadap kesembuhan penderita TB paru(OR= 7,500; CI= 95%), dan pelayanan kesehatan merupakan faktor risiko terhadap kesembuhan penderita TB paru(OR= 3,571; CI= 95%), Diharapkan kepada Puskesmas Perumnas agar rutinturun kelapangan dalam memberikan penyuluhan kepada penderitaTB Paru agar rutinminum obat secara teratu rtanpa henti sampai 6 bulan, sebab penyakitTB Paruhanya dapat sembuh total jika patuh minum obat secara teratur.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Strategi yang diperlukan dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan adalah melalui implementasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peranan Good Coorporate Governance dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Oheo Kelurahan Linomoiyo Kecamatan Oheo Kabupaten Konawe Utara Tahun 2019. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien rawat jalan yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Oheo. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 56 orang. Metode analisis menggunakan uji Statistik yakni uji chi square dan uji Phi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan sedang antara fairness (kewajaran) dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan (X2 hitung = 17,352, dengan nilai φ = 0.557), ada hubungan lemah antara disclosure dan transparency (transparansi) dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan (X2 hitung = 7,289, dengan nilai φ = 0.361), ada hubungan sedang antara accountability (akuntabilitas) dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan (X2 hitung = 13,763, dengan nilai φ = 0.496) dan ada hubungan lemah antara responsibility (responsibilitas) dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan (X2 hitung = 6,310, dengan nilai φ = 0.336). Saran sebaiknya perlu adanya peningkatan terhadap penerapan prinsip – prinsip GCG.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Buton Utara saat ini memfokuskan pemberian pelayanan kesehatan berkualitas yang diharapkan dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien Rawat Inap terhadap pelayanan RSUD Kabupaten Buton Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey deskriptif. Sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan besaran sampel 45 Responden. Data primer diperoleh dari responden yang dikumpulkan oleh peneliti melalui pengisian kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecepatan mendapatkan pelayanan sudah baik karena ada sekitar 51,1% yang menyatakan telah mendapatkan pelayanan dengan cepat. Kecepatan mendapatkan layanan di semua aspek akan mendukung kepercayaan masyarakat dalam hal memilih pelayanan kesehatan untuk menangani masalah kesehatannya oleh karena itu kualitas layanan rumah sakit harus tetap ditingkatkan untuk menjaga mutu rumah sakit. Untuk sikap ramah dan sopan petugas di Rumah Sakit Umum daerah Buton Utara menunjukkan bahwa secara garis besar pasien atau responden menganggap bahwa petugas kesehatan sebagian besar bersikap ramah serta sopan santun terhadap pasien yang berkunjung ke Rumah sakit. Pelayanan yaang diberikan oleh rumah sakit yang berupa kemudahan, kecepatan, hubungan, kemampuan dan keramahtamahan yang ditujukan melalui sikap dan sifat dalam memberikan pelayanan untuk kepuasan konsumen.
