Abstract

Abstract :This study aimed to determine the differences between the frequency of VO2max based on Body Mass Index categories and the frequency of VO2max by category flatfoot. This study used survey research methods. Random sampling was applied to 30 people. The research instrument used microtoise instruments, Bathroom scale, style Footprint Clarke, and multistage fitness test. The data analysis used Chi square calculation. The Results of the study are: (1) The Chi square calculations based on the Body Mass VO2max count Chi square resulted = 46.1901, and Chi Square table resulted = 21.026. Thus the null hypothesis is rejected, (2) The Chi square calculation VO2max by category count flatfoot Chi square resulted = 40.7654, Chi Square table resulted = 15.507. Thus the null hypothesis is rejected.Key words :Body Mass Index, flatfoot, VO2max.Abstrak :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan frekuensi VO2Maks ber-dasarkan kategori Body Mass Index dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan frekuensi VO2 Maks berdasarkan kategori Flatfoot. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei. Pengambilan sampel secara acak dengan cara undian, berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan instrument microtoise, Timbangan badan, Footprint ala Clarke, multistage fitness test. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan Chi kuadrat. Hasil Penelitian antara lain: (1) Dari perhitungan Chi kuadrat VO2Maks berdasarkan Body Mass Chi kuadrathitung = 46,1901, Chi Kuadrattabel = 21,026. Dengan demikian hipotesis nihil ditolak; (2) Dari perhitungan Chi kuadrat VO2Maks berdasarkan kategori Flatfoot Chi kuadrathitung = 40,7654, Chi Kuadrattabel = 15,507. Dengan demikian hipotesis nihil ditolak.Kata kunci :Body Mass Index, Flatfoot, VO2Mak s.
