Abstract

It is undeniable that the current of westernization has been so strong. Western cultural values ​​and ideologies have entered the minds of most Indonesian Muslims. So unknowingly, he became a worldview. This study aims to examine two things; first. The importance of the Islamic worldview for a Muslim as a feature of his identity in the midst of globalization, and secondly. The role of Islamic education in building and linking the world view of Islam in Muslim societies in the midst of globalization. This research includes library research, so the data collection technique used in this research is literary data collection. The results of this study show that the Islamic worldview is very different from the western worldview regarding reality and truth because the Islamic worldview refers to the main sources, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. For this reason, the role and responsibility of Islamic education are to build and strengthen the worldview of Islam in Muslim society as a system of guidance and control over ideas and values ​​that undermine their identity or identity as Muslims. The education system must refer to the Islamic worldview to produce pious human beings who always base their attitudes and actions on Islamic teachings and values.

Abstract

Sincere repentance needs to earn full consideration, Islam recognizes repentance as a concept that serves a significant purpose in the life of the believers. Spiritually, it is very effective in Islam, especially when it’s connected with the intention of closeness to Almighty God. Therefore, this paper will rapidly showcase the position of perfect repentance through its meaning, condition, benefits, and the perspective of Islam on its notion. Our readers would realize with the result of this research that, oftentimes, the noble religion (Islam) has explained the course of real repentance, in order to enlighten mankind on its benefit. Meanwhile, with repentance, a man will stay closer to God, know the right relationship with a fellow human, and run away from sins and evil. However, the master of repentance (seyyid ul-istigfar) would be addressed to fulfil the real meaning of this special prayer and correct the people’s fallacies connected to it. While in the study, repentance in a meaningful way will be detailed regarding verses of the Qur’an, prophetic tradition, and scholars’ work to derive quality research for this paperwork.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the management of students carried out by teachers at the As-Sunniah Kencong Islamic Boarding School for all students to master Arabic materials to help improve their ability to communicate in Arabic and the implications for student self-determination learning. The research approach used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques utilize observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In this study, researchers used several stages of data analysis, namely the reduction stage, the data presentation stage, making temporary conclusions, and verification activities. The study results concluded that two hours of lessons are scheduled weekly with material according to the level. Meanwhile, the management of students outside the classroom includes Daily Arabic Conversation, Arabic Speech Practice, and Arabic Speech Contests. The management of students in learning Arabic at the As-Sunniah Kencong Islamic Boarding School is that the learning systems and methods are pretty good and effective, learning is in line with Arabic learning theories, the awareness and interest of the students to speak Arabic have grown, and language environment has been built.
