Abstract

Abstrak: Rusaknya jalan diakibatkan oleh berbagai macam faktor diantaranya penanganan sistem drainase yang kurang baik sehingga badan jalan sering digenangi air hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi campuran Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course ( AC-WC ) yang terendam air hujan terhadap marshallt test. hasil pengujian marshall adalah sebagai berikut : perendaman dengan durasi 12 jam nilai stabilitas perendaman air hujan 1198,8 kg, nilai flow 3,9 nilai marshall quotient perendaman air hujan 415,5, nilai vma 15,89, nilai vim 4,92, nilai vfb 69,1, perendaman dengan durasi 24 jam nilai stabilitas perendaman air hujan 1190,0 kg, nilai flow 4,0, nilai marshall quotient perendaman air hujan 452,5, nilai vma 15,78, nilai vim 4,80,nilai vfb 69,60, perendaman dengan durasi 7 hari nilai stabilitas perendaman air hujan 12,04kg, nilai flow 3,8 , nilai marshall quotient perendaman air hujan 403,3 , nilai vma 16,25 , nilai vim 5,33 , nilai vfb 67,20. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dimasukan untuk menganalisis pengaruhrendaman air hujan terhadap tingkat kekuatan dan keawetan campuran Laston (AC-WC). Hasil persiapan dan pengujian bahan baik agregat dan aspal serta penentuan gradasi campuran AC-WC menunjukan hasil sesuai persyaratan. Selanjutnya dilakukan untuk menentukan kadar aspal optimum (KAO) dengan menggunakan metode Marshall. Selanjutnya pengajuan untuk mencari perbandingan nilai stabiliti setelah melakukan perendaman dalam air asin setelah dilakukan variasi waktu perendaman. Pengujian tahap I memperoleh kadar aspal optimum 5,75%. Dari hasil penambahan kadar aspal sampai 6%, nilai flow,VMA,VFB,MQ semakin meningkat seiring dengan penambahan kadar aspal sedangkan nilai VIM semakin menurun dengan penambahan kadar aspal. Pengujian tahap II perendaman modifikasi waktu menghasilkan nilai stabilitas mengalami penurunan kekuatan dan keawatan campuran laston sering dengan penambahan durasi waktu perendaman terhadap sampel penelitian. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja ruas jalan Soekarno-Hatta Palembang setelah kontruksi preservasi jalan dan pembangunan saluran U Ditch. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk membantu perkembangan pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi lalu lintas terutama preservasi jalan di Soekarno-Hatta dari pemerintah. Proses pengambil data dalam penelitian menggunakan motode survey selama 12 jam perhari untuk satu minggu. Survey dilakukan secara langsung pada lokasi pembangunan. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi analisis kinerja ruas jalan tersebut yaitu kapasitas ruas jalan, Analisis hambatan samping, Analisis derajat kejenuhan (DJ). Hasil analisis bangkitan dalam satu hari di jam sibuk pada segmen3 yang diakibatkan preservasi jalan tersebut sebesar 18.550 kend/jam dan 15.030,7 skr/jam. Nilai derajat kejenuhan (DJ) yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengamatan pada jalan Soekarno-Hatta sebesar 0,77. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bawha kontruksi preservasi jalan dan pembangunan saluran U Ditch pada jalan Soekarno-Hatta mempengaruhi volume lalu lintas menjadi tinggi. Abstract

Simpang jalan berupa ranah kejadian masalah lalu lintas dan tempat bertemunya ruas jalan dari berbagai arah. Volume lalulintas yang bisa ditompang ditetapkan pada daya tampung jalan itu. Keahlian sebuah simpang berupa komponen pokok guna menetapkan pengatasan yang selaras pada peran simpang. Guna menilaikan sebuah kinerja sumpang tak bersinyal memakai parameter; derajat kejenuhan, kapasitas, peluang antrian serta tundaan. Simpang tiga tak bersinyal di Jalan Lintas Sumatera – Jalan Pertanian merupakan persimpangan tidak bersinyal yang dianalisa pada pengkajian ini. Simpang tiga tak bersinyal di Jalan Lintas Sumatera – Jalan Pertanian terdiri dari tiga arah yaitu, Selatan yang mengarah ke Provinsi Lampung, Utara yang mengarah ke Baturaja dan Palembang dan Timur yang mengarah ke Kurungan nyawa dan Belitang. Persimpangan Jalan Pertanian ini atau yang sering disebut sebagai simpang Pom Bensin Kotabaru ini berupa suatu simpang yang kerap kali terjadi kepadatan akibat volume lalu lintas yang besar serta juga di akibatkan oleh antrian transportasi untuk mengisi bahan bakar minyak (BBM). Ringkasan Hasil Perhitungan adalah sebagai berikut : Kapasitas (C): 2150 smp/jam Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) : 0,89 1,0 (Mendekati Macet) Tundaan Lalu Lintas Simpang (DT1) : 11,14 det/smp Tundaan Lalu Lintas Jalan Utama (DTMA) :8,07 det/smp Tundaan Lalu Lintas Jalan Minor (DTMI) : 14,36 det/smp Tundaan Geometrik (DG) : 4,09 det/smp Tundaan Simpang (D) : 15,23 det/smp Peluang Antrian (QP%) : 31,79% - 62,72% Tingkat Pelayanan pada persimpangan tidak bersinyal di Jalan Lintas Sumatera – Jalan Pertanian Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur memiliki tingkat pelayanan D Karena Nilai Tundaan pada persimpangan ini sebesar 15,23 detik /smp yang berarti Volume Lalu Lintas mendekati atau berada pada kapasitasnya, arus adalah tidak stabil dengan kondisi yang sering berhenti.Kata kunci  : lalulintas, kendaraan, dan persimpangan

Abstract

The road is an infrastructure that plays an essential role in the development of a region which is a connection between one region and another. The concrete asphalt layer (laston) is the most commonly used road violence in the Indonesian region consisting of asphalt, aggregate and filler. In an effort to add substitutes of fine material that can be used as a material in asphalt mixture, then easy-toobtained rice husk ash are used in research as an alternative to fine material in asphalt mixture. The asphalt used in this research is the rubber asphalt sir 20 (Standard Indonesian Rubber) which is derived from PT. MBS (Modifikasi Bitumen Sumatera). This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the optimum value of the mixture rice husk ash as a fine material replacement against AC-BCNR coated laston and to find out how much the effect of the smoothness of rice husk ash as a fine material replacement against AC-BCNR coated laston is reviewed from stability and density. The percentage of rice husk ash used in this research is 4 %, 6 % and 8 % for zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2 as well as zone 3 as substitution of fine materials in a mix of AC-BCNR and normal test objects without rice husk ash. The research used marshall testing methods by reviewing the effects of rice husk ash on the value of stability and density. Based on the results of testing the marshall parameter, reviewed by the variety of zones and the percentage of the level of substitution of rice husk ash it can be concluded that the optimum value of the use of the rate of rice husk ash exists in the zone 2 percentage 4 %. Marshall standard optimum stability value is located in zone 2 percentage 4 % by 1301 kg while in zone 2 percentage 6 % there is a drop back to 1285.6 kg. Optimum density value (bulk density) lies in zone 2 percentage 4 % of 2,297 gr/cc whereas in zone 2 percentage 6 % there is a drop back to 2,291 gr/cc.Keyword: Rice husk ash, Rubber asphalt, AC-BCNR, Stability, Density

Abstract

Construction progress, whether for buildings or roads, can be used to determine how well an area is performing. The development of an effective transportation system can facilitate the entry and exit of raw materials or finished goods to other areas, improving the economy of local communities as a whole. The method used in this research is by adding a percentage of rice husk ash of 0% (as a comparison), 4%, 6% and 8% as a substitute material for the fine fraction in the AC-BC nr asphalt mixture. To determine the effect of the fineness of rice husk ash on the durability and flexibility of AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete – Binder Course) nr. To find out what the optimum level of variation of rice husk ash mixture is as a substitute material for AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete - Binder Course) asphalt mixture nr.. The optimum residual flow value in the 2-4% zone is 3.9 mm, while the lowest residual flow value decreased in the 3-8% zone with a value of 3.07 mm. Flow values that are below the minimum limit cause cracking and low durability. The highest residual marshall value is in the 2-4% zone with a value of 96.68%, while the lowest residual marshall value is in the normal range with a value of 91.69%. Abstract

The filler material in the asphalt mixture has the function of increasing the binding capacity of asphalt concrete, so it can improve stability, the filler mixture can fill the voids between the aggregate particles (Fauziah, 2014). If the material is tested for sieve analysis, it must pass the N0 sieve. 200. In this study the author used coffee husk ash as an asphalt filler, coffee husk ash is the result of burning coffee husk waste after grinding coffee, and the characteristics of this coffee husk ash are not fully utilized, so that with this coffee husk ash can be used as a variation in the use of asphalt filler,This research was conducted at the Civil Engineering Study Program Laboratory, Buchori Building 3, Bina Darma University, Palembang, located on Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani No. 15, 9/10 Ulu, Lintas Ulu 1 sub-district, Palembang city, South Sumatra. The materials used in this research are as follows: The fine aggregate used is stone ash that passes through sieve no. 8 and stuck no. 200, Coarse Aggregate used is split stone/crushed stone retained on filter no. 8, Rubber Asphalt Sir 20 obtained from PT. Sumatra Bitumen Modification, Jl. Across Sumatra Muara Enim – Prabumulih, the coffee skin ash is ground by pounding it so that the coffee skin ash can pass through filter no. 200 and can then be used as a filler. Found in Lubuk Dalam Village, Tanjung Sakti PUMI, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra.Reviewing the test results from variations in coffee skin ash, it can be concluded that the influence of the density value on the optimum coffee skin ash is at a percentage of 2% with a value of 2.242 gr/cc. Meanwhile, based on the Marshall parameter test results in terms of variations in coffee skin ash, it can be concluded that the influence of the stability value on the optimum coffee skin ash is at a percentage of 4% with a value of 1679 kg/cmᵌ.

Theresearchmethodinvolvesthepreparation ofseveralAC-WCasphaltmixtureswithvaryingratiosof usedtirepowder.Theresultingasphaltmixtureisthentestedusingvariouslaboratory tests,including stabilityand densitytests.Inaddition,analysisofmechanicalpropertiessuchasmodulusofelasticityand tensilestrengthwasalsocarriedouttoevaluatetheperformance ofasphaltmixturescontainingusedtire powder.Basedonthe resultsofMarshallparametertestingintermsofvariationsinused tire substitution, itcanbeconcludedthattheinfluenceofthestabilityvalueonoptimumtirerubberisatapercentageof4% witha valueof1,846kg.Meanwhile,basedonthetestresultsintermsofvariationsinusedtires,itcanbe concludedthattheinfluenceofdensityvalueonoptimumtirerubberisatapercentageof4%witha value of2.377gr/cc.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of variations in coarse aggregate mixtures on concrete compressive strength and to compare the effects of using split and coral aggregates on the resulting concrete compressive strength. The experiments were conducted at the laboratory of Bina Darma University, Palembang, South Sumatra, using 54 test specimens in the form of 10 x 20 cm cylinders, divided into 27 test specimens for each split and coral aggregate mixture. The research results indicate that a 10% split aggregate mixture has a significant effect on concrete compressive strength, while a 30% coral aggregate mixture also has a substantial impact on concrete compressive strength, with an inverse relationship to the split aggregate mixture. Furthermore, this study achieved optimal concrete compressive strength test results at 28 days of age, with a 10% split aggregate mixture reaching a compressive strength of 61.34 MPa and a 30% coral aggregate mixture reaching a compressive strength of 47.88 MPa.Keywords: Concrete, Variation of Mixture, Compressive Strenght

Abstract

At present, paving blocks are widely used as building elements for making building construction, especially for yard pavement, parking lots, and environmental roads. Paving blocks are often used because they have good compressive strength properties, can withstand loads within certain limits, longer plan life, and are easy to install. In addition to these advantages, paving blocks are also better than other pavements in terms of economical maintenance, also in terms of the exterior of a building, and also when viewed in terms of environmental sustainability, as a water absorption system. Sawdust is the material (generally powder) that remains from burning wood. Generally, 6-10% of the mass of wood burned produces ash. From the results of research and discussion in the manufacture of paving blocks with wood dust ash additives planned to increase the compressive strength of paving blocks at the age of 28 days, it was found that the compressive strength of normal paving blocks with 0% wood dust ash was 16.08 MPa, while the compressive strength of paving blocks added with wood dust ash with a composition of 5%, 10%, and 15%, produced a compressive strength of 18.05 MPa; 15.24 MPa; 12.20 MPa;. The effect of sawdust ash on the addition of composition materials in the manufacture of paving blocks can increase the compressive strength of the paving block itself. The compressive strength of paving blocks increases after the addition of sawdust ash from the lowest sawdust ash of 0% to 5% ash only, while paving blocks with 10% and 15% sawdust ash experience a significant decrease in compressive strength value from normal sawdust ash. Keywords: Paving Block, Wood Powder Ash
