Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDS) is a bunch of pathological condition that affects the normal functioning of the delicate tissues a musculoskeletal system that includes the nervous system, a tendon, the muscles and supporting structure like discus intervertebral. musculoskeletal disorders may include inflammation and a degenerative disease that causes weakening. bodily functionsA complaint MSDS is health problems that happen to a job that often use the power of muscles and work attitude that too many bent with the duration of the old. Hence researchers interested in looking at a deeper level analysis with complaints about the risk of a musculoskeletal disorders to a mere computer user at the polytechnic aisyiyah west sumatra years 2021.This study using the approach of cross sectional study with a method of analytic. surveyBy using rapid entire body assessment In their work and nordic body map in musculoskeletal complaints. Polytechnic aisyiyah survey areas in west sumatra in june  december 2021 .A total of 33 respondents in research is .Statistical tests used at the chi squarerank with p = 0,05 .The research suggests that work attitude = 0,037 ) ( p , the work ( p = 0,027 ) and length of employment ( p = 0,010 ) musculoskeletal significantly associated with complaints .Advice for workers always aspect ergonomics a seated position in working and long sits at while working to prevent and alleviating gripes muculoskeletal subjective.

Abstract

Program Indonesia Sehat Pendekatan Keluarga (PISPK) is necessary to have continuous intervention and become a integrated program at the Public Health Center (Puskesmas). The aim purposes of this activities was to analyzed The desired objectives are to optimize home visits to increase the level of family independence and to optimize the competence of nurses in writing and documentation of family nursing care plan integrated with Nanda, Noc and Nic. The implementation phase includes home visits conducted 2-4 times and carrying out cross-program activities and the evaluation phase includes recompiling and analyzed data. There are 18 heads of households who are respondents. This activity showed that home visits through providing family nursing care and education in the family gave change the family independence level. In the future, it is expected that home visits will become priority of Public Health Center (Puskesmas) activities to improve community health status, In addition, the guidelines and modules are able to increase the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and activities of nurses in the implementation of community health services which increase the use of health facilities by families and as a complement to the community health services module in order to improve the performance of Nurse in Public Health center.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan insiden infeksi saluran pernafasan akut (ISPA) di negara berkembang dengan angka kematian balita di atas 40/1000 kelahiran hidup adalah 15% - 20% per tahun pada golongan usia balita. Prevalensi di Indonesia berdasarkanan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) 2007 adalah 25,5 % dengan 16 provinsi diantaranya memiliki prevalensi diatas angka nasional. Kasus ISPA pada umumnya terdeteksi berdasarkan gejala penyakit. Di Sumatera Barat prevalensi kejadian ISPA berdasarkan diagnosis adalah 8,98 % dan berdasarkan diagnosis dan gejala adalah 26,38 %. Angka ISPA di Sumatera Barat ini termasuk dalam kategori provinsi yang mempunyai prevalensi kejadian ISPA di atas angka nasional. Pelaksanaan PKM berupa penyuluhan di Puskesmas X di lakukan secara tatap muka. Penyuluhan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2023 Seluruh peserta penyuluhan berada di lingkungan Puskesmas X. Sasaran pada pelaksanaan penyuluhan adalah masyarakat yang berada di lingkungan lingkungan Puskesmas X. Hasil Kegiatan Diharapkan ada perubahan pola pikir serta perubahan sikap masyarakat tentang penyakit ISPA Dengan adanya penyuluhan ini sebagian besar (80%) masyarakat paham tentang penyakit ISPA pada Balita. Peningkatan pengetahuan keluarga tentang ISPA sebagai upaya pencegahan kejadian stunting pada anak balita dan cara perawatan di rumah.
