Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan penguatan kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, terkait peningkatan kemampuan dalam menyajikan laporan keuangan yang akuntabel. Metode yang digunakan adalah praktek penyusunan laporan keuangan, dan tanya jawab selama berlangsungnya kegiatan. Kegiatan ini juga menghadirkan beberapa narasumber baik dari Program Studi Akuntansi FEB Universitas Yapis Papua, Unit Pengembangan Karir dan Kewirausahaan serta dari Badan Usaha Milik Daerah Kota Jayapura.

Abstract

Muara Tami Jayapura City is a District that has great fishery potential. This is also supported by the area of ​​land that can be managed. Empowerment of coastal communities is an absolute thing that must be pursued to increase the community's economic income. Training is one of the efforts that can be done to achieve these efforts. Besides increasing people's income, training can also increase knowledge and encourage people to be more empowered and economically independent. For this reason, training on milkfish cultivation is carried out for coastal youth to be more economically empowered. This training was held in Holtekam, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City, using lectures and practical methods. This method is expected to increase the knowledge and skills of coastal youth in the field of milkfish cultivation. From the results of the implementation of the activities, it is known that the understanding of the community increased by 65% ​​compared to before participating in the training activities. This was obtained from the results of the pre-test assessment before participating in the training and the post-test after participating in the training. After attending the training, participants have a better understanding of milkfish cultivation. They can prepare the land from the hatchery, rearing, preparing good feed to harvest, and marketing it. --- Muara Tami Kota Jayapura merupakan District yang memiliki potensi perikanan yang besar. Hal tersebut ditunjang pula dengan luasnya lahan yang dapat dikelola. Pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir merupakan hal mutlak yang harus diupayakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. Pelatihan merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam pencapaian upaya tersebut. Selain bertujuan meningkatkan penghasilan masyarakat, pelatihan juga mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan mendorong masyarakat agar lebih berdaya dan merdeka secara ekonomi. Untuk itu maka dilaksanakan pelatihan budidaya ikan bandeng untuk pemuda pesisir pantai sehingga dapat lebih berdaya secara ekonomi. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Holtekam Distrik Muara Tami Kota Jayapura, dengan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktek. Dengan metode ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemuda pesisir dalam bidang budidaya ikan bandeng. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diketahui pengetahuan masyarakat meningkat sebesar 65% dibandingkan sebelum mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, hal ini diperoleh dari hasil penilaian pre-test sebelum mengikuti pelatihan dan post-test setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, peserta memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai budidaya ikan bandeng, mampu menyiapkan lahan mulai dari lahan pembenihan, pembesaran, penyiapan pakan yang baik sampai dengan panen dan pemasarannya.

Abstract

The aims of this service is to increase the knowledge and skills of fish traders in handling yellowfin tuna by bulking using crushed ice cubes without mixing with water in the box and controlling the quality of fish using an organoleptic table score sheet during cooling process for three days. The method used is the early preparation of the training by conducting a pretest, delivering material and discussion, observing the quality assessment of fish by describing the changes that occur during storage with an explanation of the application theory as well as the implementation of practicum, interviews and evaluation of the final results of the activity by conducting a post-test. The results of the community service implementation attended by 15 participants from fish traders, about 48% was good in understanding and mastering the knowledge of refrigeration fish, about 28% was sufficient in accepting the knowledge and 24% was lacking in understanding the knowledge of refrigeration fish. The average value after given the training is 64.1.

Abstract

A dynamic model was used to obtain optimal value or amount in the application of paddlewheel. Stella 9.1.4 software programing was employed to find relationships among parameters. The aims of this reasearch was to determine the percentage of oxygen uptake by vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) which is supported by 1 paddlewheel. The result showed that the optimal number of paddlewheel was 1 paddlewheel with Standart Aeration Efficiency was 1,31 kgO2/kWh. The percentage of oxygen absorption on vannamei shrimp until final cultivation was 24% during the cultivation, the percentage of oxygen absorption on vannamei shrimp had increased. In this research, total oxygen demand was 567 ppm, shrimp production was 1054,88 kg, the amount of feed was 2278,1 kg with a pond area was 600 m2, stocking density was 133 PL/m2 during a cultivation period of 98 days.Keyword : Paddlewheel, Oxygen, Vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the survival rate (SR), the Average Daily Growth (ADG), and the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with a dynamic system model. The dynamic system model is used to determine the optimal value of the three variables. The results showed that the survival rate, average daily growth, and feed conversion ratio of tilapia cultivation were 93% (SR), 3.2gr/day (ADG), 0.73 (FCR). In this research, tilapia  production were 14,199gr, the amount of feed were 10.344gr and the length of cultivation were 65 days. It was hoped that the dynamic system model design could have tilapia farmers to develop aquaculture businesses that was more environmentally friendly, effective and efficient.

Abstract

Akuakultur merupakan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh Sebagian masyarakat di Jayapura dengan spesies yang digunakan yakni Ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Disamping itu, dengan banyak nya jumlah penggunaan pakan akan berdampak kepada memburuknya kondisi lingkungan kolam perairan yang mengakibatkan banyaknya ikan nila (O. niloticus) yang mati. Masalah ini disebabkan karena pengetahuan pembudidaya di Jayapura yang tidak memahami sistem dan manajemen dalam berbudidaya. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini yakni memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat bagaimana manajemen Akuakultur dan masyarakat mengerti dampak dari ketidaksesuaian jumlah penggunaan pakan. Metode yang dipakai yakni dengan metode edukasi ilmiah, turun ke lapangan, dan dengan menggunakan model sistem dinamis. Hasil dari model ini yakni mendapatkan hubungan sebab akibat yang ditimbulkan dari aktivitas akuakultur dan masyarakat dapat menghasilkan nilai yang optimal dari jumlah penggunaa pakan. Masyarakat sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan dan masyarakat mengerti dari dampak yang dihasilkan oleh pakan. Abstract

Feed was the most important part in aquaculture. Not only affecting growth, but the feed also impacted the cultivation environment. Poor feeding management in the use of feed will have a negative impact on the cultivation process. The purpose of the research was to create a dynamic system model. In the model a systemized algorithm was structured that would assist cultivators in carrying out aquaculture activities and with this model, problems that occurred were immediately resolved. The dynamic system model was the method used in this research. This model was used to determine the optimization of feed use based on several variables that support the process of using the feed. In this research, the production of Oreochromis niloticus was 14 kg, the amount of feed used was 10 kg, which affects the increase in the amount of organic matter, which was 3626.4 g (total feces + uneaten feed) in 65 days cultivation period. The result showed that the total feed was connected with organic waste, namely total N, total P, total feces, and total uneaten feed. The results obtained from this research were then poured into a dynamic system and the results were found, namely the relationship between feeding and organic waste, namely linear or perpendicular. The design of this dynamic system model was expected to enable tilapia cultivators to develop aquaculture businesses that were more environmentally friendly, effective, and efficient.
