Abstract

The obligation for every student at the end of his study period is research. Students are required to write research to obtain a bachelor's degree. The problem in the field is that most of them do not have experience in conducting research and do not know the right program that can be used to facilitate the process of processing data. Moreover, in operating the data processing program, most students are not capable. Therefore, training is needed for students that aims to provide knowledge and competence to process data using the application of a data processing program, namely Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21. Training activities use lecture, practice, and discussion methods. This training was successful because there was an increase in students' ability to understand and master SPSS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on financial system stability in Indonesia. The quantitative data analysis method is used to look at the causes of a phenomenon by explaining the differences between two or more problem topics that are suspected to be interrelated. The results showed that the corona virus or Covid 19 resulted in the government having to issue several policies, namely through work from home (PSBB) which reduced economic activity, resulting in inequality in the economic sector which was far below the optimal business and financial turnover.  On the other hand, economic growth in 2020 is predicted to weaken sharply from 5.02% (yoy) in 2019 to the range of -2% to -1% (yoy).  Pressure also occurred on price stability in the first semester of 2020 due to the high uncertainty of global financial markets, both due to the spread of COVID-19 and the prospect of a weakening world economy. Likewise, inflationary pressures resulted in weak domestic demand.  However, on the financial institution side, banks are still experiencing fairly good conditions during the pandemic. Financial institutions remain in the resilience of the financial system that is running. This can be seen from the capital actors, the amount of credit, and healthy liquidity

Abstract

Social capital and human capital are two interconnected and mutually reinforcing concepts. Social capital refers to social networks, interpersonal relationships, social norms, and trust within a community, while human capital emphasizes knowledge, skills, education, experience, and individual attributes that enhance productivity and economic value. Recent research indicates that an increase in human capital, such as higher education, improved skills, and broader experiences, can enhance the development of social capital within communities. This is because individuals with high human capital are more likely to engage in social activities and build relationships with others. Strong social capital can also promote the development of human capital through cooperation, access to information, and extensive social networks. This is because social capital can facilitate the sharing of information, resources, and support. Therefore, social capital and human capital are two crucial concepts that should be considered in economic and social development efforts. By enhancing both of these concepts, we can create more productive, prosperous, and sustainable societies.
