Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan dunia bisnis terutama industri produk smartphone di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat. Hal ini dikarenakan beberapa perusahaan smartphone mengeluarkan produk terbarunya dalam merebut pasar persaingan khususnya pada industri smartphone. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas produk, citra merek dan harga terhadap pembelian smartphone OPPO. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan citra merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan variabel harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada variabel kualitas produk, citra merek, harga bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Social Media Marketing (X1) Citra Merek (X2). Word Of Mouth (X3) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian "SOMETHINC" (Y) Pada penelitian ini, ukuran sampel diambil dengan menggunakan berjumlah 30 orang yang berasal dari konsumen Somethinc. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25.0 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Social Media Marketing (X1) Citra Merek (X2). Word Of Mouth (X3) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian "SOMETHINC" berpengaruh dan positif.

Abstract

Digital financial services in Indonesia, one of which is Flip which provides interbank transfer services for free and also free of charge. This study wants to know and measure the level of acceptance and understanding in using a Flip e-wallet service through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is determined by the perception of ease of use through usage attitude as a mediation variable. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which uses PLS (Partial Least Square) Software. The characteristics of respondents used in data processing are Surakarta people with age criteria of 19-44 years and frequency of use of Flip <1 month in 2023.The results obtained from the data processing above explain that the perceived ease of use has no effect on the behavioral intention to use. Attitude towards using are able to mediate the influence between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention to use Flip e-wallet service.

Abstract

The development of information technology, in terms of the internet is increasing and increasingly making people feel more comfortable to carry out various activities. The transportation business is also not spared from advances in internet technology. Online motorcycle taxis and taxis are a business opportunity that takes advantage of the development of internet technology. Traditional motorcycle taxis and taxis can only be found at the base or contacted by telephone. However, the current access can be accessed using an Android-based application. The emergence of transportation businesses such as Go-jek, Grab, Maxim and Indriver is proof that information technology has also penetrated into public transportation. The type of research used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study were 100 Go-ride service users in Solo Raya. The data collection technique used is questionnaire using the Linkert scale. The conclusions of this study are (1) There is a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction, (2) There is no significant influence between brand image on customer satisfaction, (3) There is a significant influence between price perceptions on customer satisfaction, (4) Simultaneously service quality, brand image and price perceptions have an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Quality control is crucial for the company to minimize the existence of defective products. The research focuses on the quality control section. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of quality control occurs at PT Andalan Mandiri Busana, identify the factors that cause defects in garment products, and determine proposed improvements as an effort to suppress defective products. The results showed that there were factors that caused production defects and the biggest cause was broken stitches, and the sigma value obtained was 4.15, which means that the company has carried out pretty good quality control. Based on this research, the recommendations that can be given are in the improve stage, in the form of a table of proposed improvements using the Five M-checklist approach and Kaizen based on fishbone diagrams. The results of this study are expected to be one of the inputs for companies in implementing quality control and can increase the company's sigma level.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2020, waralaba yang berasal dari negeri tirai bambu China ini kembali menggemparkan dunia khususnya di Indonesia. Berawal dari memulai satu gerai di Cihampelas Walk Bandung, kini Mixue semakin popular dan gerainya mulai bermunculan di seluruh kota di seluruh Indonesia. Hingga Mei tahun 2023, total gerai Mixue mencapai 263 unit gerai dengan penjualan yang meningkat pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi Mixue hingga bisnisnya berkembang pesat dan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh seluruh masyarakat Indonesia di semua kalangan baik anak- anak maupun dewasa juga sangat menyukai rasa es krim yang enak, lezat dan harganya yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif 100 responden dengan menyebar kuisioner ke seluruh karyawan di salah satu pabrik mainan di jawa tengah. Data diolah menggunakan Smart PLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi marketing 4P sangat berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk es krim dan teh Mixue di kota Solo.
