Abstract

This study aims to determine customer orientation as a determinant of business performance whichis mediated by innovation behavior and innovativeness in MSMEs in the field of handicraftproduction in Medan City. The research design of moderated multiple linear regression analysis isused as an analytical tool to determine how the influence between the independent and dependentvariables is moderated by the moderating variable. This research uses associative research with aquantitative approach. The population and samples in this study, namely to fill out the google formquestionnaire based on the owners and employees of the Handicraft SMEs, the population based ongender, based on age (20-60 years), based on the length of business establishment (1-20 years) asample of 100 owners Handicraft business in Medan City.The results show that customer orientationhas a significant effect on business performance (t count 3,007 and significance 0.000 <0.05),customer orientation has a positive and significant effect on innovation behavior (t count 5.741 andsignificance 0.000 <0.05), customer orientation has a significant effect on innovativeness (t count5.212 and significance 0.00 < 0.05), innovativeness has a significant effect on business performance(t count 2.256 and significance 0.026 < 0.05), innovation behavior has no significant effect onbusiness performance (t count -1.253 and significance 0.213> 0.05), innovation behavior mediatescustomer orientation towards business performance (t count 0.0014 and significance 0.00 <0.05)innovativeness mediates customer orientation towards business performance (t count 0.015 andsignificance 0.00<0 ,05 )

Abstract

One of the Strategies that the Company can do in order to survive in competition is to increase service quality. Moreover, to get a positive image of its product, the company should increase its image, which would increase sales. This research aimed to test whether service quality and corporate image affect customer loyalty. The type of research used is associative. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 147 customers with a random sampling method. The research used, multiple linear regression analysis, and teohilever. The results showed that partial service quality has a significant influence on customer purchases in PT. Pokhphand, while the price has not had a significant influence on customer loyalty in PT. Pokhphand Jaya Farm. Simultan early, Service quality and company image significantly affect customer loyalty. Therefore the company should aggressively improve the Service Quality and approach my wards’ customers to find out whether the company image will increase customer loyalty in PT. Pokhphand Jaya Farm.

Abstract

The research was done at Zara and H&M customers in the famous shopping mall in Medan. The purpose of this research was to know the influence given by Shopping Life Style and Fashion involvement on Impulse Buying Behavior in consumer buying activity. The type of research used was associated with the study population which was consumers who visited Sun Plaza Medan with an estimated 950 people per day except for Saturday and Sunday. The sampling was a random sample with the Slovin formula so the number of samples was 91 respondents. Sources of research data that was primary data with data collection technique that was survey and observation. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the research conducted, it could be submitted that partially and simultaneously Shopping lifestyle and Fashion involvement significantly influenced impulsing buying behavior study at ZARA and H & M consumers in Sun Plaza Medan. Shopping lifestyle and Fashion involvement have a very strong relationship with impulsing buying behavior. Impulsing buying behavior could be explained by Shopping lifestyle and Fashion involvement equal to 80,6% and the other equal to 19,4% could be explained by another variable which not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of human resource development and organizational communication on employee performance and job satisfaction at PDAM Tirtanadi Sunggal Branch. This type of research is associative research and applies a quantitative approach method using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data which is analyzed with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The population in this study is the number of employees at PDAM Tirtanadi Sunggal Branch, amounting to 120 people. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula method with a total sample of 92 respondents. The data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is regression analysis technique

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap budaya organisasi serta untuk mengetahui dampak kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui budaya organisasi pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Rispa Medan. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup seluruh karyawan PPKS Rispa Medan yang berjumlah 123 orang, di mana seluruh populasi tersebut dijadikan sampel dengan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Lebih lanjut, kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui budaya organisasi
