Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Altruism, Conscientiouness, Sportmanship, Courtessy, Civic Virtue, on Organizational Performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra, Medan. This study uses primary data obtained directly from the data source through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews to employees of PT Bank Sumut Tbk Medan. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The population in this study amounted to 157 people, with a sample of 61 respondents. The results showed that altruism had no influence on organizational performance. Conscientiouness has no influence on. organizational performance on employees. Sportmanships has a significant effect on organizational performance. Courtessy has a significant effect on organizational performance. Civivvirtue has no influence on organizational performance. R2 value of 0.943 means that the ability of altruism, conscientiouness, sportmanships, courtesy, and civiv virtue in explaining organizational performance is 94.3% while the remaining 5.7% is explained by other variables not included in this research model such as organizational commitment .

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction through employee engagement and to determine the effect of employee empowerment on job satisfaction through employee engagement. The population in this study were 120 employees of PT. Astra International Tbk. - Astra Isuzu Medan (SM Raja Branch). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by employee engagement. The employee empowerment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by employee engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy pada kepuasan kerja melalui employee engagement dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee empowerment pada kepuasan kerja melalui employee engagement. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. - Astra Isuzu Medan (Cabang SM Raja) yang berjumlah 120 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement. Empolyee empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement.

Abstract

This Study aims to describe the performance of female employees in the Medan banking sector in terms of work family conflict and job satisfaction. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers used the distribution of questionnaires (questionaire) and in-depth interviews (indepth interview) with employees, especially women in the banking sector in the city of Medan. The researcher spreads the list of questions (questionaire) directly to the employees. The population in this study were female employees who worked in the banking sector of the city of Medan. The research sample amounted to 100 people. This research is a quantitative and qualitative descriptive study. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis through path analysis. The results showed that (1) Work Family Conflict had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, (2) Work Family Conflict had a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Job Satisfaction mediated Work Family Conflict on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat mengenai sosialisasi diversifikasi dan strategi promosi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengrajin anyaman purun, dan juga agar dapat meningkatkan skala ekonomi, khususnya mitra para pengrajin anyaman purun di Desa Perdamaian Kwala Begumit Kecamatan Binjai Kabupaten Langkat Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Selain itu, juga diharapkan berpeluang memperoleh kerjasama dengan pemerintah setempat juga mengembangkan potensinya sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga. Tahapan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi: tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Melalui sosialisasi yang diberikan mitra sudah mengetahui pentingnya diversifikasi dan strategi promosi bagi produk anyaman purun yang dibuat oleh pengrajin sehingga dapat mempunyai nilai jual yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan beban kerja dan burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh stres kerja. Populasi adalah karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan sebanyak 451 karyawan, pengambilan sampel dengan rumus Slovin sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 212 responden. Sumber data digunakan adalah data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah survei dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunkan analisis jalur, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disampaikan bahwa beban kerja dan burnout secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan, beban kerja dan burnout secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadpa kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine customer orientation as a determinant of business performance whichis mediated by innovation behavior and innovativeness in MSMEs in the field of handicraftproduction in Medan City. The research design of moderated multiple linear regression analysis isused as an analytical tool to determine how the influence between the independent and dependentvariables is moderated by the moderating variable. This research uses associative research with aquantitative approach. The population and samples in this study, namely to fill out the google formquestionnaire based on the owners and employees of the Handicraft SMEs, the population based ongender, based on age (20-60 years), based on the length of business establishment (1-20 years) asample of 100 owners Handicraft business in Medan City.The results show that customer orientationhas a significant effect on business performance (t count 3,007 and significance 0.000 <0.05),customer orientation has a positive and significant effect on innovation behavior (t count 5.741 andsignificance 0.000 <0.05), customer orientation has a significant effect on innovativeness (t count5.212 and significance 0.00 < 0.05), innovativeness has a significant effect on business performance(t count 2.256 and significance 0.026 < 0.05), innovation behavior has no significant effect onbusiness performance (t count -1.253 and significance 0.213> 0.05), innovation behavior mediatescustomer orientation towards business performance (t count 0.0014 and significance 0.00 <0.05)innovativeness mediates customer orientation towards business performance (t count 0.015 andsignificance 0.00<0 ,05 )

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the recruitment process on improving employee performance, to determine the effect of selection on improving employee performance and to determine the effect of job training on improving employee performance. The population in this study were human resources employees at PT. RTKCM (Rahmat Tunas Karya Citra Mandiri) Padangsidempuan, amounting to 115 people, and the sample used is 115 respondents using saturated sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that the recruitment process variable had a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance at PT. RTKCM (Rahmat Tunas Karya Citra Mandiri) Padangsidempuan. The selection variable has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance at PT. RTKCM (Rahmat Tunas Karya Citra Mandiri) Padangsidempuan. And the job training variable has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance at PT. RTKCM (Rahmat Tunas Karya Citra Mandiri) Padangsidempuan. Ways that can be done to improve employee performance include improving the recruitment, selection and job training processes for employees of PT. RTKCM (Rahmat Tunas Karya Citra Mandiri) Padangsidempuan, which is indicated by the coefficient of determinasi (R2) of 0,498. The employees can have better performance skills and are motivated to perform well on the job and in other training programs.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian ini sebagai upaya peningkatan ekonomi rumah tangga dan pengelolaan usaha maupun keuangan rumah tangga yang baik, ketepatan sasaran sehingga kebutuhan rumah tangga dapat terpenuhi dengan maksimal, selain itu dapat memberikan kepastian terjaganya stabilitas dan tumbuhnya ekonomi keluarga. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan diskusi diawal, pelatihan dan pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra tentang pengelolaan/manajemen usaha yang baik, peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam penyelanggaraan pembukuan keuangan rumah tangganya dan penerapan ide-ide kreatif usaha rumah tangga untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work exhaustion, depersonalization, and decreased employee work performance partially and simultaneously toward employee performance. This type of research used an associative, the population was employees who worked in the company as many as 157 people, and sampling randomly so the number of research samples used was 100 respondents. Data sources are primary data and data collection techniques namely questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research conducted, it could be concluded that simultaneously work exhaustion, depersonalization and work performance have significantly affected employee performance in PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Medan. While work exhaustion and depersonalization partially have significantly affected employee performance, employee performance has no significant effect on employee performance in PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Medan. Job exhaustion, depersonalization, and work performance have a very strong relationship with performance. An adjusted R2 value of 0.786 means the performance of employees in PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Medan able to be explained by work exhaustion, depersonalization, and work performance amount of 78.60%, and the other 21.4% could be explained by other variables not examined
