Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Profil kriminal pelaku pembunuhan berencana dan faktor yang melatarbelakangi terjadi pembunuhan berencana dengan menggunakan teori O’Toole (1999). Subjek dalam peneliti ini ada tiga orang yang merupakan narapida kasus pembunuhan berencana yang sedang menjalankan vonis hukuman di Lapas Bangkinang. Ketiga subjek ini akan dianalisa dengan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran profil kriminal pelaku pembunuhan berencana bisa dilihat dari ciri-ciri fisik, demografis, motivasi, gaya hidup, fantasi, proses seleksi korban, prilaku sebelum membunuh dan prilaku sesudah melakukan pembunuhan. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaku pembunuhan berencana berasal dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang merupakan faktor utama terjadinya pembunuhan berencana.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was designed to describe the students’ ability incomprehending English texts. The aim was to find out students ability in comprehendingthe text. This descriptive research took place in SMAN 1 Benai in March 2016. Thesample was 40 students from XI IPA3 class that took by using cluster random sampling.In collecting the data, there were 30 questions that included in this test. The durationtime for doing the test was 90 minutes. The data was analyzed by calculating thestudents’ score individually and finding out the mean score. The students’ scoreclassified into five level mastery; they are: very poor, poor mediocre, good, andexcellent. The data was presented by using graphic. Based on the result finding of thisresearch, the students’ ability in comprehending English texts at second year of SMAN1 Benai was in good level. Meanwhile, the mean score of the whole students’ scores was62.2.Keywords: Students’ Ability, Comprehending English Texts

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur go publik yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa model regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS versi 15.0. Multikolinearitas, Determinasi (R2), Uji-f dan Uji-t dilakukan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis dengan level signifikan 5%. Dari hasil penelitian di dapat persamaan : Y = -1448,005+ 37,59x1 + 837,895X2. ROE diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 37,590 menyatakan bahwa kenaikan ROE sebesar Rp.1 maka total harga saham akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 37,590 dengan asumsi variabel dividen Konstan. Dividen diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 837,895 menyatakan bahwa kenaikan Dividen  sebesar Rp.1 maka total harga saham akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 837,895 dengan asumsi variabel ROE konstan. Key Word : Return On Equity, Dividend, Harga Saham

Abstract

This research aim for PT. Toyota Astra Motor to know how much the influences of Brand Image and Promotion simultsneously and partialy in  Purchasing Decision.  The method of data collection used is  in the form of questionnaire. The analysis methods used are simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.   Based on the Partial Test (Test t) test results of the regression coefficient, Brand Image has t count > t table (3,919>1,990) which means there is a significant influences between Brand Image and Purchasing Decisions. Promotion has a t count > t table (5,190>1,990), which means there is a significant influences between Promotion and Purchasing Decisions. Then, based on simultaneous test (Test F) can be determined F count  value 557,229 > F table  value of 2,71 which means the variable Brand Image, and Promotion significantly influence the Purchasing Decisions variables. And based on koefisien test determination (R2) the value is 0,942. it indicates  the persentage of the contribution variable Brand Image, and Promotion to ward Purchasing Decisions is at 94,2%. the residue is 6,8% influenced by other variables which is not included in the studied variables. Keywords: Purchasing Decisions, Brand Image, and Promotion

Abstract

This research was conducted on the Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2010-2014. This study aims to determine how much influence the Efficiency of working capital (x_1) and Solvency (X_2) partially and jointly to Profitability (Y) using the method of data collection in the form of literature, scientific papers, previous research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research hypothesis I denied, where Working Capital Efficiency has a value of t <t table (-0.259 <1.688) with a significant level of 0.797> 0.05, meaning a partial no significant effect between Profitability Efficiency Working Capital. Hypothesis 2 received, which has Solvency t> t table (3.258> 1.688) with a significant level of 0.002 <0.05, meaning that there is a partial positive and significant influence between the Solvency Profitability. Simultaneous test (F test) can be seen calculated F value of 6.270 with 2.866 F table so that F count> F table (6.270> 2.866) with significant 0.002 <0.05, then Ho is rejected. This means that there is significant influence between the Efficiency of working capital and solvency to Profitability with multiple linear regression equation is: Y = -2.964 - 0.048 X1 + If the variable Efficiency Working Capital and Solvency its value is zero (0), then the profitability of its value is equal to -2.964. Keywords: Efficiency Working Capital, Solvency and Profitability.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Toko Sepatu Padang Holic. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah 80 konsumen Holic Shoes Shop Padang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dengan model penelitian Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat uji analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Sedangkan citra merek bukan merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dan menentukan loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan lain juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan juga merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan citra merek masih merupakan faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Untuk efek tidak langsung, kualitas layanan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sementara citra merek tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and brand image on consumer loyalty at the Holic Padang Shoe Store. The population and sample of the study were 80 consumers of Holic Padang Shoes Shop. The sample collection technique is used the census method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research models with SmartPLS software tools. The results of the study concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction are factors that influence customer loyalty. While brand image is not a factor that can influence and determine customer loyalty. Other findings also indicate that service quality is also a factor influencing customer satisfaction, while brand image is still a factor that does not affect consumer satisfaction. For indirect effects, service quality affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction while brand image does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
