Abstract

AbstrakUndang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2013 tentang Ketenagakerjaan (selanjutnya disebut dengan UU Ketenagakerjaan) merupakan pengaturan yang mencakup tentang ketenagakerjaan pada waktu sebelum, selama, dan sesudah masa kerja. Peraturan yang tercantum di dalam UU Ketenegakerjaan dibuat oleh pemerintah dengan tujuan untuk mengatur segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan pekerja, hak dan kewajibannya sebelum ia bekerja, saat ia berstatus sebagai pekerja, dan saat masa kerjanya berakhir. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 50 Tahun 2012 tentang Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (Selanjutnya disebut PP No. 50 Tahun 2012) merupakan peraturan pelaksanaan atas UU Ketenagakerjaan dan UU Keselamatan Kerja yang mengatur tentang keselamatan kerja para pekerja. Perusahaan wajib memberikan hak atas keselamatan sejak seseorang telah berstatus sebagai pekerja/buruh pada perusahaan tersebut. Keselamatan yang dimaksudkan ialah, yang mencakup kesejahteraan pekerja, dan keselamatan pekerja saat melakukan pekerjaan baik secara fisik maupun mental. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami pelaksanaan keselamatan kerja bagi pekerja di SPBU Ngesong, dan untuk mengetahui dan memahami upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha di SPBU Ngesong Surabaya dalam memenuhi hak keselamatan kerja bagi para pekerjanya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian hukum yuridis sosiologis/empiris. Pendekatan sosiologis yang dilakukan melalui pengamatan terhadap perilaku manusia, baik perilaku verbal yang didapatkan melalui wawancara maupun perilaku nyata yang dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung. Hasil pembahasan dari skripsi ini menunjukkan bahwa Keselamatan kerja pada pekerja SPBU Ngesong Surabaya belum terlaksana dengan baik. Pekerja belum mendapatkan hak keselamatan kerja sesuai dengan UU yang berlaku. Hak keselamatan kerja bagi pekerja adalah suatu upaya untuk menciptakan perlindungan dan keamanan dari resiko kecelakaan dan bahaya baik fisik, mental maupun emosional terhadap pekerja, perusahaan, masyarakat dan lingkungan. Fakta di lapangan membuktikan bahwa kurangnya perhatian pihak perusahaan terhadap keselamatan kerja bagi para pekerjanya. Masih banyak perusahaan yang tidak memenuhi standar keselamatan kerja yang sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, sehingga banyak terjadi tindakan-tindakan yang merugikan pihak pekerja. Proteksi atau perlindungan akan semakin mengingkatkan kesejahteraan, kesehatan dan terutama keselamatan kerja pekerja. Keselamatan kerja menunjuk kepada kondisi-kondisi fisiologis-fisikal dan psikologis tenaga kerja yang diakibatkan oleh lingkungan kerja yang disediakan oleh perusahaan. Jika sebuah perusahaan melaksanakan tindakan-tindakan keselamatan yang efektif, maka akan menekan resiko terjadinya hal-hal yang dapat merugikan pihak pekerja, dan juga pihak perusahaan. Keselamatan pekerja nantinya juga berimbas pada hasil-hasil produksi perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Pelaksanaan, Keselamatan kerja, Surabaya Abstract Law Number 13 of 2013 concerning Labor (hereinafter referred to as the Manpower Law) is an arrangement that regulates employment at the time before, during, and during the period of employment. The regulations contained in the Manpower Law are made by the government with the aim of regulating everything that is related to the worker, his rights and obligations before he works, when he is a worker, and when his term ends. Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (hereinafter referred to as PP No. 50 of 2012) is an implementing regulation on the Manpower Law and the Occupational Safety Act which regulates the safety of workers. The company must provide the right to safety since a person has the status of a worker at the company. Safety is intended to cover the welfare of workers, and the safety of workers when doing work both physically and mentally. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the implementation of work safety for workers at Ngesong gas stations, and to know and understand the efforts made by entrepreneurs at Ngesong Surabaya gas stations in fulfilling work safety rights for their workers. The type of research used in this study is a type of sociological / empirical legal research. The sociological approach is carried out through observation of human behavior, both verbal behavior obtained through interviews and real behavior is done through direct observation. The results of the discussion of this thesis show that work safety at the Ngesong Surabaya gas station workers has not been implemented properly. Workers have not received work safety rights in accordance with the applicable law. Workplace safety rights for workers are an effort to create protection and security from the risk of accidents and physical, mental and emotional hazards to workers, companies, communities and the environment. The facts in the field prove that the lack of attention of the company to work safety for its workers. There are still many companies that do not meet work safety standards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, so that there are many actions that harm the workers. Protection or protection will further improve the welfare, health and especially work safety of workers. Work safety refers to the physiological conditions of the workforce caused by the work environment provided by the company. If a company carries out effective safety measures, it will reduce the risk of things that are not wanted that can harm the workers, as well as the company. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk pada periode 2016-2019 dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Altman Z-Score dengan variabel Working Capital to Total Asset, Retained Earnings to Total Asset, EBIT to Total Asset, Market Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan laporan keuangan PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk selama empat tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2016 – 2019. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada tahun 2016 – 2019 tingkat kebangkrutan pada PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dapat dikatakan buruk dan dinyatakan berada pada kondisi bankrupt angka perolehan Z-Score berada di bawah nilai 1.10. Penurunan yang paling jelas terjadi pada rasio Working Capital to Total Asset, khususnya pada tahun 2019. Hal ini disebabkan karena peningkatan kewajiban lancar yang terjadi disetiap tahunnya.

Abstract

The curriculum in Indonesia has changed according to the times. The government offers the concept of the Merdeka Learning Merdeka Curriculum, intending to adjust to the talents and interests of students. The government held a driving teacher training program requiring teachers to be more creative in learning. This study aims to analyze teachers' characteristics, student interests in learning, and the influence of the creativity of driving teachers in developing students' learning interests. This type of research is quasi-experimental quantitative. The population in this study were all fifth-grade elementary school students consisting of 63 students. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Research using validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing. The research results from the driving teacher's creativity by doing ice breaking. Change the classroom atmosphere, use various media and methods, and create various learning materials and media. Students' interest in learning is in the form of liking doing assignments, being enthusiastic about learning, enjoying working with teams, liking practical learning activities, being active and online to give opinions in class. The creativity of the driving teacher influences in developing students' learning interests. It was concluded that the driving teacher's creativity significantly affected the developing students' learning interests. And create various learning materials and media. Students' interest in learning is in the form of liking doing assignments, being enthusiastic about learning, enjoying working with teams, liking practical learning activities, being active and online to give opinions in class.
