Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi asupan gizi, aktivitas fisik, persepsi tubuh, dan status gizi siswa SMA di Kota Bogor selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional study dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring menggunakan google form dan zoom. Data asupan gizi didapatkan dari estimated food record 3x24 jam. Aktivitas fisik siswa diukur menggunakan International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form (IPAQ-SF). Status gizi ditentukan menggunakan indikator z-score IMT/U. Persepsi tubuh ditentukan berdasarkan hasil pengisian Figure Rating Scale (FRS). Terdapat 12,0% subjek yang memiliki status gizi lebih dan 6,0% obesitas. Mayoritas tingkat kecukupan energi, protein, lemak, dan karbohidrat subjek tergolong defisit berat. Subjek laki-laki (30,0%) cenderung memiliki kecukupan protein normal, sedangkan perempuan (43,0%) tergolong defisit berat. Aktivitas fisik subjek selama pandemi tergolong sedang. Mayoritas subjek memiliki persepsi tubuh positif. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan gizi dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi, begitu pula antara status gizi dengan persepsi tubuh (p>0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan riwayat mendapat ASI eksklusif terhadap status gizi dan status anemia balita di kecamatan Gegesik kabupaten Cirebon. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan jumlah subjek 119 balita. Sebagian besar balita berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan berusia 12-23 bulan. Hanya sedikit balita yang mengonsumsi ASI secara eksklusif, karena mengonsumsi makanan prelakteal, dan mengomsumsi MP-ASI terlalu dini. Sebagian besar balita memiliki status gizi normal berdasarkan indikator BB/U, TB/U, BB/TB, akan tetapi masih terdapat balita dengan berat badan kurang (34,5%) dan berat badan sangat kurang (8,4%), balita stunting (39,5%), serta balita dengan gizi kurang (16%) dan gizi buruk (4,2%). Sebagian besar (89,1%) balita berstatus anemia dan paling banyak memiliki anemia kategori sedang. Hasil uji hubungan Spearman menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan status gizi dan status anemia balita (p-value >0,05).

Abstract

The increasing intensity of online delivery and low physical activity during the Covid-19 pandemic can harm health. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the intensity of using online food delivery applications, physical activity, pocket money, and family income with nutritional status during the Covid-19 pandemic. The design of this study was cross-sectional with a sample of 94 subjects from IPB University students who were selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through interviews and self-administrated online. There was no significant difference between nutritional status and the low and high intensity of using online food delivery applications (p>0.05). There was no significant difference between nutritional status and low and high levels of physical activity (p>0.05). There is no significant difference between nutritional status with pocket money ≤Rp750,000.00 and >Rp750,000.00 (p> 0.05). There is no significant difference between nutritional status and family income ≤Rp5,000,000.00 and >Rp5,000,000 (p> 0.05). Based on the correlation test, there was no significant relationship between nutritional status and the intensity of using online food delivery applications, physical activity, pocket money, and family income (p>0.05). Users of online food delivery applications can control food orders and increase physical activity even if only at home to have a healthier lifestyle.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused restrictions on activities outside the home including online learning which affects academic stress and food consumption. This study aims to analyze the correlation factors of stress levels and food consumption quality of high school adolescents with overweight and normal nutritional status during a pandemic. The design of this study was comparative cross sectional study of 41 adolescents with normal nutritional status and 41 overweight adolescents selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney difference test and Independent Sample T-test, there were significant differences (p<0.05) in the online activity time variable (p=0.41), energy adequacy level (p=0.040), frequency of consumption of staple food (p=0.004), protein vegetable (p=0.021), and drinks (p=0,003) between normal and overweight subjects. The results of the Spearman correlation test showed that there was a significant positive relationship (p<0.05) between the level of adequacy of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrates, and vitamin C with the quality of food consumption. Gender variable has a significant relationship (p<0.05) with stress levels. Based on the Spearman correlation test, there is no significant relationship (p>0.05) between stress levels and the quality of food consumption with nutritional status.
