Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of job stress, organizational commitment and organization climate has an effect to job satisfaction of employee in the office PT. Agrindo Prima Lestari. The sampling technique of this research is using census sampling, where the sampling is the all population of employees in PT. Agrindo Prima Lestari. Statistical analysis method in this research used the multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS 22 software. Based on the result of the analysis conclude that 1) job stress has no effect to job satisfaction, 2) organizational commitment has significant effect to job satisfaction, 3) organization climate has significant effect on job satisfaction 4) job stress, organizational commitment and organization climate is jointly significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation, work discipline and compensation to work productivity. The analytical method used descriptive analysis. The sample of this research is 55 people by using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The result of this research show that partially motivation have significant effect to employee work productivity with t count > t table that is 2,027 > 2,008, work discipline has no significant effect on employee productivity with tcount < t table is -0.657 < 2,008, and compensation has significant effect on productivity work with a value of t count > t table that is 4,075 > 2,008. While simultaneously show that motivation, work discipline and compensation effect simultaneously to work productivity of employees of PT. BCA General Insurance with F count > F table is 13,334 > 2,786.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of leadership, compensation on performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. The object of this research is the SMA/SMK Yadika Tanjung Duren Jakarta with 85 of respondents. data analysis is the analysis of the path and processed with SPSS program Version 22. Sampling method using quota Sampling is by examining the census or the population. The results of this study showed that there was no direct influence leadership against the discipline of work, there is a direct positive influence compensation against a work discipline, and there is the influence of the leadership and work discipline against compensation, there is a direct influence on the discipline of work on performance of teachers, teachers, performance against the leadership and direct influence negative compensation on performance of teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, career development, and allowance variables partially or simultaneously on employee performance. The population or samples in this study were employees of Planet Sport in the South Jakarta area. Data collection used in this study was taken using random sampling. Data collection methods used in this study is observation and questionnaire data, and the type of data used in this study is primary data. In addition there are several methods of data analysis in this study, namely the validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on predetermined criteria, sample data that has been used is 60 out of a total of 210 questionnaires. From the results of the test simultaneously and partially prove that the variables of work disclipine, career development, and allowance together - the same influence on the performance of employees of the planet sport senayan city

Abstract

The research objective is to design learning model with orientation capability increase student soft skills. The data collection method used observation, tests and self-assessment. While data analysis using bar charts, check sheets and line charts. Based on the results of data analysis there are several important findings include that the implementation of practice learning through project-based learning approach based industrial culture Gemba Kaizen model of the first cycle and cycle II and III provide a positive response to the formation of students soft skills evidenced by the increase in soft skills mastery significantly with the result that more dominant on communication skills and report writing skills then successively on professional and problem solving skills, personal quality and teamwork skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of personality, self-efficacy and locus of control on employee performance. Data collected from distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents who are part of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kebayoran Lama Branch Office. The research methodology used is quantitative processing of questionnaire data and observations with multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the results of the study, it is known that simultaneously personality, self-efficacy and locus of control have a significant influence on employee performance. Personality and self-efficacy partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Locus of control partially has no effect on employee performance. The percentage of the influence of personality, self-efficacy and locus of control on employee performance is 18.9%, the remaining 81.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

The research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of competence, commitment and compensation on employee performance. This study used a survey method with a questionnaire as the main instrument. The populations of this study were 89 employees, with a census method where all members of the population were sampled. Data analysis was performed using regression analysis, hypothesis testing through f test and t test. The results of the analysis found that there is a significant relationship and influence both partially and simultaneously between competence, commitment and compensation with employee performance
