Abstract

The objective of this research is to anlize and test the effect of organizational cultural, work enviroment, and job satisfaction on performance. Performance is assumed to be significantly effected by the organizational cultural, work enviroment, and job satisfaction that pertain in the organization. The causal study reported here aimed to examine the hypothesis. It was conducted through a survey in the Satya Negara Indonesia University a sample of 50 lecturer from the overall population of 50 lecturer employe. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondens’ filling in a questionnaire. The path technique was applied to analyze the data wich had been previously treated with the aggressive and coorelation procedure. The result proved that the employee performance was directly effected by the organizational cultural, the work envoroment, and job satisfaction was in turn, directly effected by organizational cultural and work enviroment. The findings suggest that the variation of performance of the lecturer might have been effected by the organizational cultural, the work enviroment, and the job satisfaction in the organization. This further implies the need take the variables of organizational cultural, job satisfaction, and performance into the consideration in the strategic planning of the human resources development in the Satya Negara Indonesia University

Abstract

The objective of this research is to anlize and test the effect of rewards, work enviroment, and job satisfaction on performance. Performance is assumed to be significantly effected by the rewards, work enviroment, and job satisfaction that pertain in the organization. The causal study reported here aimed to examine the hypothesis. It was conducted through a survey in the Apartemen Botanica Jakarta a sample of 111 people randomly selected from the overall population of 135 employe. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondens’ filling in a questionnaire. The path technique was applied to analyze the data wich had been previously treated with the aggressive and coorelation procedure. The result proved that the employee performance was directly effected by the rewards, the work envoroment and job satisfaction was in turn, directly effected by rewards and work enviroment. Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan menengah di Indonesia atau disingkat dengan UMKM merupakan salah satu nafas ekonomi masyarakat Indonesia, karena sektor UMKM ini paling menyedot tenaga kerja dan paling banyak digeluti masyarakat Indonesia. Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran penting dan strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Selain berperan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenagakerja, UMKM juga berperan dalam mendistribusikan hasil-hasil pembangunan. UMKM juga telah terbukti tidak terpengaruh terhadap krisis. Ketika krisis menerpa pada periode tahun 1997 – 1998, hanya UMKM yang mampu tetap berdiri kokoh.

Performance is assumed to be significantly effected by the leadership, job promotion, and job satisfaction that pertain in the organization. The causal study reported here aimed to examine the hypothesis. It was conducted through a survey in the PD Pasar Jaya a sample of 90 people randomly selected from the overall population of 135 employe. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondens’ filling in a questionnaire. The path technique was applied to analyze the data wich had been previously treated with the aggressive and coorelation procedure. The result proved that the employee performance was directly effected by the leadership, the jo promotion and the job satisfaction, and job satisfaction was in turn, directly effected by leadership and job promotion. The findings suggest that the variation of performance of the employee might have been effected by the leadership, the job promotion, and the job satisfaction in the organization. Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on profit growth. The population in this study were all basic and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 32 companies. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The type of data in this study uses secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on profit growth is 30%. Partially Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no significant effect on profit growth, while Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on profit growth in basic and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017 period. – 2020.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dewasa ini menjadi tumpuan harapan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara Indonesia, bagaimana tidak terbukti bahwa UMKM sebagai pilar utama perekonomian Indonesia dapat menyumbang kontribusi Prduk Domestik Bruto (PDB) sebesar 61,07% atau kurang-lebih sebesar 8.483,89 Triliun Rupiah. Sedangkan jika dilihat jumlah UMKM di seluruh Indonesia ada sebanyak 64,2 juta. Tentunya semua pihak harus berjuang lebih keras sehingga kontribusi UMKM terhadap peningkatan perekonomian Indonesia semakin besar, mampu menyerap tenaga kerja yang semakin tinggi. Keberhasilan bisnis ini harus didukung oleh kemampuan setiap pelaku bisnis atau pengusaha (entrepreuner) atau harus berpikir keras untuk memenangkan persaingan. Untuk memenangkan persaingan tersebut maka seorang pengusaha harus memiliki pola piker (entrepreneur mindset). Untuk perlu dilakukan penyuluhan Entrepreurship Mindset bagi pelaku UMKM di Lingkungan Suku Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Jakarta Selatan. Metode penyuluhan menggunakan metode ceramah sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Beda. Hasil penyuluhan Kemampuan terdapat perbedaan kemampuan rata-rata peserta penyuluhan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Sebelum mengikuti penyuluhan rata-rata kemampuan peserta sebesar 13.5556, sedangkan sesudah penyuluhan rata-rata kemampuan peserta naik menjadi 21.2963, artinya terjadi peningkatan kemampuan rata-rata peserta sebesar 5.7407. Pelaksanaan PkM dengan topik ”Penyuluhan Entrepreneurship Mindset di Lingkungan Suku Dinas Kebayoran Lama Utara, Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan” dapat dikatakan berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam memahami entrepreneurship mindset.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) juga mengalami dampak yang sangat besar, semua pengusaha UMKM mau tisak mau harus menyesuaikan pemasaran produknya dengan menggunakan teknologi yang sangat maju sekarang, misalnya pemasaran digital, pemasaran melalui media social, pemasaran online, dan sebagainya. pelaku UMKM dituntut agar lebih kreatif dan inovatif mulai dari menciptakan produk sampai dengan memasarkannya, untuk itulah dibutuhkan strategi pemasran yang efektif dan ampuh. Salah satu strategi yang bisa diterapkan adalah dengan menggunakan Pemasaran Online UMKM. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat berupa luaran (outcomes), yaitu Pedagang Kecil atau Mitra UMKM mampu memahami pentingnya Pemasaran Online UMKM. mampu memahami tujuan dan manfaat Pemasaran Online UMKM, mampu memahami kelebihan dan kekurangan Pemasaran Online, mampu memahami jenis dan perangkat Pemasaran Online, dan mampu memahami proses dan strategi Pemasaran Online. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dimana peserta diberikan penjelasan baik secara teori dan ilustrasi yang relevan dengan topik. Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan rata-rata peserta penyuluhan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Sebelum mengikuti penyuluhan rata-rata kemampuan peserta sebesar 26.6667, sedangkan sesudah penyuluhan rata-rata kemampuan peserta naik menjadi 39.5333, artinya terjadi peningkatan kemampuan rata-rata peserta sebesar 12.8666. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat (r=0,812) antara kemampuan peserta sebelum dengan sesudah penyuluhan,dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan terjadi hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara kemampuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan
