Abstract

The concept of conventional found the form of M theory that almost able to unite the dimensions of time and space, but it still leaves unclear structure and systematics of the concept itself. Islam in the Qur’an Surah al-Hijr [15]: 87 was able to interpret the dimensions of time and space by tiered meaning of significance 7 and Qur’an. H’ Theory as a formula could be more better and more precisely, because it can synchronize with the symbols of root word of Islam. The Hahslm equation H=Ah (SLM) can be obtained by a single theory that is also based on values of Islam and derived from al-Qur’an the word of Allah. This God equation would be the answer for the conventional scientific development that based on empirical values together with science of Islam that based on the value of worship or intangible value. In the end, the human civilization is able to break through the impasse of united science that stagnates in order of different dimensions. And Islam will be recognized as a single formula in human thought

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien dan karyawan terhadap rumah sakit salah satu faktor yang penting karena dapat membentuk loyalitas karyawan terhadap rumah sakit dengan memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk pasien yang akhirnya akan dapat membentuk loyalitas pasien terhadap rumah sakit itu sendiri. RSI Mabarrot MWC NU Bungah Gresik merupakan salah satu rumah sakit swasta yang selalu mengutamakan kepuasan pasien dan karyawan yang professional dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pasien, yang mana pada periode januari sampai desember 2016 tingkat kepuasan pasien masih belum stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan karyawan dan pasien dengan human sigma serta perencanaan strategi dengan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai human sigma rumah sakit sebesar 34.89 %, yang berada pada kuadran 2 dan human sigma 3. Artinya, RSI Mabarrot MWC NU Bungah memiliki kinerja keuangan yang dikatakan menengah atau rata-rata dan hanya salah satu dari subjek (dalam hal ini adalah pasien) yang hubungannya terhadap rumah sakit bernilai optimal (partial optimized). Selain itu, diperoleh nilai kepuasan perawat dan pasien yang sudah cukup tinggi yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai employee engagement (EE) sebesar 51,7% dan nilai customer engagement (CE) sebesar 47,1%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat rancangan strategi menggunakan IFE, EFE dan SWOT bagi rumah sakit guna meningkatkan nilai Human Sigma yang nantinya akan meningkatkan kinerja keuangan rumah sakit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of Islamic Pawnshop together with four competitors and analyze the prospects for assets growth of the Islamic pawnshop in Indonesia. This study is quantitative analyze research with secondary data of annual financial statements from the Islamic Pawnshop and four competitors during 2008-2014. The sampling technique is the purposive sampling with sample of the Islamic Pawnshop and four competitors in Indonesia. This study uses analysis efficiency of the Data Envelopment Analysis method. Input variables are: the load bonus, deposit wadiah, general and administrative expenses, salaries and allowances, and other expenses, and the output variables are: murabaha margin revenue, other services revenues, and loan qardh. Then this study uses analyze prospects based on System Dynamics methods. The results showed efficiency of Islamic Pawnshop can reach value of 100 percent for 2008-2014 compared to its competitors that reach only 97.42 percent. And the prospect of an asset for Islamic Pawnshop can get optimistically in 2025 to reach Rp 116 trillion in the presence of inorganic action.
