Abstract

The development of small and micro enterprises (SMEs) in indonesia is one of the priorities in national economic development. This is because the business is the backbone of the people’s economic system which is not only aimed at reducing the problem of inequality between income and between business actors, or to alleviate proverty and create jobs. Home industry is one the business units/companies on a small scale which is engaged in a certain industry. This business is usually produced by associations of housewives. The role of the home industry is very meaningful in empowering the community to have independence in the economic field. Tanjung Anom Village, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency has an extensive guava cultivation farm, this is an alternative opportunity for community economic development. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. The data collected is based on the results of interviews, observations, and documentation from the place and the relevant sources. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that qualitatively business actors gain additional knowledge, understanding, and insight as well as basic skills about online product marketing.

Abstract

Pengembangan usaha kecil dan mikro (UKM) di indonesia merupakan salah satu prioritas dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Hal ini selain karena usaha tersebut merupakan tulang punggung sistem ekonomi kerakyatan yang tidak hanya ditujukan mengurangi masalah kesenjangan antara pendapatan dan antar pelaku usaha, ataupun untuk mengentas kemiskinan dan membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Home industri adalah salah satu unit usaha/perusahaan dalam skala kecil yang bergerak dalam bidang industri tertentu. Usaha ini biasanya diproduksi oleh perkumpulan ibu rumah tangga. Peran home industri sangat berarti dalam memberdayakan masyarakat agar memiliki kemandirian dalam bidang ekonomi. Desa Tanjung Anom, Kecamatan Pancur Batu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang memiliki usaha tani pembudidayaan jambu biji yang luas, ini merupakan peluang alternatif pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari tempat dan narasumber yang bersangkutan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara kualitatif pelaku usaha mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan, pemahaman,dan wawasan serta keterampilan dasar tentang pemasaran produk secara online

Abstract

Education is the process of influencing learnes to adapt to the environment and can bring about changes in borth within and within the community. However, the scarcity of economics precludes schooling and even dropouts because they help families make ends meet. The study aims to know the implementation of policies and obstacles in the hope family program The study employs qualitative methods in which it is descriptive that give a clear picture of the problem at hand. Data collection techniques through interviews to informants who know information about the implementation of PKH policy, literature studies, observation, and documentation to support the results of the interview. The study shows tha the implementation of executive policy PKH has been seen from the few factors which are standard and target policy, human reseources and money reseources, executive agent PKH characteristics assist the recipient well, executive organization communication is well established, the social, economic, and political environment supports PKH. The study is based on the fact that the economic growth in the country will be affected mainly by education, with the existence of so- called debtors, it is possible to send their children to school even if there is a problem.
