Abstract

Technological progress will have an impact on social changes in society. Along with these advances, the challenges of leadership has also changed in the face of these technological changes. This study tried to examine various literatures related to leadership, politics and technological challenges in an effort to find the problems of the study to be discussed. Then the findings were as follows; First, leadership from a sociological perspective is leadership that faces challenges in accordance with technological developments. To deal with it, then as a leader it is necessary to implement the AGIL system by holding principles in Islam. Second, leadership from a political perspective is a leader who has challenges with individuals, institutions, organizations, parties and other institutions so that in facing these challenges, all leaders need to prepare themselves to face the challenges of these requirements and compete in a healthy manner without expecting outside help or political money.

Abstract

This research is intended to identify the quality of employee activities. This research uses qualitative methods. Information gathering was attempted through monitoring, questioning and documentation. Sourced from questions and answers with administrative employee informants, employees also have self-ability, maximum activity results, activities and enthusiasm in working. The research procedure used in this research is a qualitative descriptive procedure where each information is combined, analyzed and then concluded that the type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The results of this research conclude that the system and rules of the method of removal of state -owned property are in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 83. or PMK. 06 Deed of 2016 on the rules of the method of destruction and destruction of state property as well as the release of elements of the internal regulation system of the ruler in accordance with the Regulation of the Internal Regulation System of the ruler No. 60 of 2008.

Abstract

Abstract: In Lombok island, Lelakaq Sasak is one of the important culture use to give suggestion to people. Nowdays Lelakaq Sasak use as campaign median to attract constituent like in head village election, legislative, governor and regency election. The goal of this research is to know the segment of how Lelakaq Sasak types, function and Lelakaq Sasak mean in Mataram regency campaign. The method of collecting data in this research are observation, quotation, document and in analysis data use structural analysis and Semiotic for type analysis. Analysis function use approach hermeniutik. The research result that we know the type of Lelakaq Sasak in Mataram regency campaign. Based on structural analysis including theme; advice. Linguistic; Metaphor, perbandingan, Hyperbola. Sounds; Aliterasi and Asonasi Diksi or rau and rimba. Lelakaq Sasak’s function as entertaint, stimulus and advice. The purpose of Lelakaq Sasak is about describe event and feeling. The final result of this research: type, function and purpose of Lelakaq Sasak in Mataram candidate regency election campaign and to give moral value, material, spiritual and people’s  visualisation.Key words: type, function and meaning of Lelakaq Sasak in Mataram candidate regency election campaign.

Abstract

In Lombok Island, Lelakaq Sasak is one of the important cultures used to give suggestion to people. Nowdays Lelakaq Sasak are used as campaign media e.g. elections for head village, legislative, regency and governor to attract constituent. The goal of this research is to know how Lelakaq  types and function used in Mataram regency campaign. Data were collected using observation, quotation, document, and were analyzed using structural analysis, semiotic and hermeneutic. The results showed some types of Lelakaq used for campaing in Mataram regency election existed. Structural analysis found Lelakaq was used in terms of theme and advice. In semiotic, Lelakaq was presented in terms of metaphor, hyperbola. In hermeneutic Lelakaq apperead in terms of sounds, aliteration, association, diction. Lelakaq functioned as entertaint, stimulus and advice. The purpose of Lelakaq is about to describe event and feeling and in the campaign lelakaq was represented to give moral value, material, spiritual and people’s  visualisation.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 adalah kejutan besar bagi ekonomi global termasuk Indonesia. Kegiatan ekonomi mengalami penurunan karena berbagai kebijakan yang dilakukan untuk menghambat penyebaran covid. Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan gangguan pada rantai pasok global, dalam negeri, pasar keuangan, guncangan permintaan konsumen dan dampak negatif di sektor-sektor utama seperti perjalanan dan pariwisata. Dampak wabah Covid-19 tidak diragukan terasa di seluruh rantai nilai pariwisata. Perusahaan kecil dan menengah diperkirakan akan sangat terpengaruh. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang literasi saham pada pekerja hotel berbintang di Destinasi Wisata Sanur. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dilakukan dengan menganalisis jurnal-jurnal yang inline dan relevan dengan topik penelitian. berinvestasi saham di masa pandemi COVID-19 sebaiknya investor melakukan 2 hal yaitu: (1) analisis fundamental terhadap saham-saham yang akan dibeli dimana analisis fundamental membuat investor dapat mengetahui prospek perusahaan dan memprediksi return saham di masa mendatang; (2) diversifikasi saham dimana diversifikasi saham akan meminimalisir risiko yang akan terjadi pada investor.

Abstract

The use of media can increase students' enthusiasm and interest in learning. This study shows that learning mathematics with the use of model media has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes. Based on data analysis, the learning outcomes of students in the teaching and learning process using Animation Video Media in each cycle have increased. This has a positive impact on student learning outcomes, which can be shown by increasing the average value of students in each cycle which continues to increase. Thus, it can be concluded that the animated video media is suitable to be applied to learning to recognize the elements of flat shapes for mentally retarded students.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of teacher ability in planning, compiling and presenting HOTS (High Order Thinking Skill) questions to students at Mataram 22 Public Elementary School. This certainly has an impact on the low ability of students in analyzing questions with high-level thinking skills or solving HOTS-level questions which results in low scores on student learning outcomes. Efforts to increase the ability to compose HOTS questions are carried out by completing 10 (ten) elements of HOTS item preparation including analyzing Basic Competencies and Indicators, making question level distributions, determining operational verbs, making question grids, creating questions, creating stimuli, determining variations of questions, make distribution of answer keys, make scoring guidelines, make a review of the questions and analyze the validity of the questions. The data collected is data in the form of planning documents for preparing HOTS questions as well as the activities of teachers and students in developing critical thinking skills. Based on the analysis of the data obtained into 77 HOTS questions preparation documents and HOTS-based teaching and learning activities that have been carried out, the result is that there has been an increase in the teacher's HOTS questions preparation ability from pre-cycle activities 63% to 72% in cycle I and increased again to 85 % in cycle II. In addition, the increase in teaching and learning activities according to the level of high-level thinking (HOTS) compiled by the teacher also increased from an average of 71.00 to 77.00 in cycle I and increased to 84.00 in cycle II. Abstract

This study aims to find out about leadership management and its influence, in order to create in Islamic educational institutions. Leadership has a very strategic and important role in creating good quality education. Therefore, education and training are needed for leaders to strengthen their leadership management in each agency. This study uses a survey type quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaire was tested to test the validity, reliability and objectivity of the instrument, using the total item correlation technique which is the basis of the Pearson correlation. From the survey results, seven interval classes were obtained with the highest significant gain in class 4 (32.50%) and the lowest in class 7 (2.50%). The survey instrument includes 4 aspects of implementation, 1) guidance, 2) supervision, 3) assessment, and 4) monitoring. The results of the study indicate that it is very important to carry out education and training in order to improve the quality of leadership management in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Working capital is the amount of cash and current assets available to cover the day-to-day operating expenses of a company. In the context of Unilever, working capital includes inventories, receivables and debts used to maintain smooth operations, meet financial obligations and maintain adequate liquidity. Unilever uses working capital to finance the purchase of raw materials, manage inventory, and fulfill payment obligations from customers. Good working capital management enables Unilever to control liquidity risk, improve operational efficiency, and maintain adequate funds available to carry out daily activities. In practice, Unilever must carry out efficient inventory management, manage receivables properly, and use debt wisely to meet working capital needs. With good working capital management, Unilever can maintain healthy financial performance, minimize liquidity risk, and take advantage of growth opportunities. Effective working capital plays an important role in maintaining the smooth operation of the company and achieving short- and long-term goals. In Unilever's case, well-managed working capital enables the company to meet market demands, maintain high levels of service, and gain a competitive advantage in the consumer product industry. In order to maintain sustainability and growth, Unilever must continue to carefully monitor and manage working capital, optimize its use, and take appropriate measures to ensure adequate liquidity in carrying out its business operations in Indonesia and around the world. Overall, Unilever generates significant profits from its businesses around the world. Despite a decline in net profit in 2020, the company has recorded strong profit growth in recent years, particularly from markets in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. Unilever's well-known brands also remain important contributors to the company's revenue and profit growth.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam memahami isi wacana berimplikasi pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam menemukan kalimat utama. Begitu juga halnya dengan kenyataan yang terjadi pada siswa kelas IV SDN 22 Mataram tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi terhadap guru dan siswa kelas IV SDN 22 Mataram tahun ajaran 2020/2021, diperoleh data hasil belajar siswa pada subpokok bahasan ”menemukan kalimat utama dalam paragraf” yaitu 37,84% atau 14 siswa yang mencapai KKM, sedangkan 23 siswa belum mencapai KKM dan dinyatakan tidak tuntas. Selama observasi ditemukan fakta bahwa kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang dapat menarik minat siswa menyebabkan kurangnya motivasi, konsentrasi dan interaksi siswa dalam belajar, sehingga hasil belajar yang diperoleh kurang memuaskan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, salah satu pemecahan masalah yang ditawarkan penulis untuk diteliti adalah penerapan metode pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) pada kelas IV SDN 22 Mataram tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Adapun masalah yang ingin dikaji penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah peningkatan aktivitas siswa melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) serta bagaimanakah peningkatan hasil belajar dalam menemukan kalimat utama melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) pada siswa kelas IV SDN 22 Mataram tahun ajaran 2020/2021? Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (Action Research).Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Sementara itu metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data aktivitas guru dan siswa serta hasil belajar siswa adalah menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) yaitu pada siklus I diperoleh kriteria aktivitas siswa “cukup aktif” kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi “sangat aktif”. Sementara itu dari segi hasil belajar siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan pada setiap siklus, pada siklus I hanya 52,77% siswa yang mencapai KKM kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 91,89% siswa yang mencapai KKM yang ditetapkan sekolah. Sehingga dapat ditelaah bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 39,12%, ini menandakan bahwa penggunaaan metode pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menemukan kalimat utama pada siswa kelas IV SDN 22 Mataram tahun ajaran 2020/2021.
