Abstract

Abstract. This study explains how the correlation between honest attitudes and student discipline, how to foster honest attitudes and student discipline on ithe results of measuring behaviorism, and how much influence behaviorism has on honest attitudes and student discipline. The identification in this study the lack of honesty and discipline of student was caused by various factors including sosial factors, environment, lack of attetion from parent, and lack teachers of in using a method or approach in educating students. This can be seen from the many students who are often late to iclass, do not pay monthly fees to school are difficult to regulate. This study uses quantitative approach to the descriptive method to find out how the correlation between fostering honest and disciplined attitudes towards measuring behaviorism. The samples in this study i60 students and two teachers. The data analysis tecnique used the likert scale and iregression. Results this study indicate that honesty and discipline are quite good with an average score of 72% honest attitude, 78% average student discipline, an 80,86% teachers assessment of istudent. The value of the correlation coeficient final results of fostering attitudes of istudent has an R ivalue of 0,447 with significance number of X1 Sig= 0.010 igreater than> i0,05, iand X2 Sig. 0.001<0.05 and X2 Sig. 0.001<0.05, which means that it can be said that the dependent variables X1, X2, and Y. Have significant relationship or influence of 44,7%. Abstrak. Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai bagaimana korelasi antara sikap jujur dan disiplin siswa, bagaimana pembinaan sikap jujur dan disiplin siswa terhadap hasil pengukuran behaviorisme, serta seberapa besar pengaruh behaviorisme terhadap sikap jujur dan disiplin siswa. Identifikasi masalah dalam penelitian ini kurangnya sikap jujur dan disiplin siswa disebabkan berbagai faktor diantaranya fakror pergaulan, lingkungan, kurang nya perhatian orang tua, dan kurangnya guru dalam menggunakan metode atau pendekatan dalam mendidik siswa. Fenomena tersebut dapat di lihat dari banyak nya siswa yang sering terlambat masuk kelas, tidak membayarkan uang bulanan ke sekolah, sulit di atur terhadap tata tertib dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode deskriptif untuk mengetahui bagaimana korelasi antara pembinaan sikap jujur dan disiplin terhadap pengukuran ibehaviorisme. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X berjumlah 60 siswa. Sedangkan teknik analisis data peneliti menggunakan skala likert dengan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat sikap jujur dan disiplin terbilang cukup baik dengan nilai rata-rata sikap jujur 72%, nilai rata-rata disiplin isiswa i78%, dan penilaian guru terhadap siswa 80,86%. Nilai koefisiansi korelasi mempunyai nilai R sebesar= 0,447 dengan angka signifikansi X1 Sig. 0,010>0,05, dan X2 Sig. 0,001<0,05 maka dapat dikatakan antara variabel terikat X1, X2, dan Y memiliki hubungan atau pengaruh cukup signifikan sebesar 44,7%.

Abstract

Abstract. A professional teacher must have several competencies needed by a teacher. Competence is a form of work that is responsible for achieving a goal. These competencies include Pedagogic competencies, Professional competencies, personality competencies, and social competencies. Therefore, the formulation of the essence of Trustworthiness, Fairness and Competence according to experts emerged. (3) What are the educational values in QS An-Nisa verse 58 regarding teacher competence. This research used a descriptive-analytical collection technique, namely literature (Study Literature) with a study of interpretations, books, literature, notes, reports related to the subject matter of the research. From this study, it was concluded that educational values according to An-Nisa verse 58 concerning teacher competence. namely, (1) Trustworthy values regarding Teacher Competence, namely the teacher is obliged to have the ability, understanding, management, understanding, development, design, implementation and evaluation and understand competency standards and subject content standards and teaching materials in the curriculum, understand the structure , concepts, and scientific methods that cover teaching materials, understand the relationship between concepts related subjects. As well as applying scientific concepts in everyday life (2) Fair values regarding teacher competencies, namely teachers are obliged to have attitudes and treatments that are applied to their students and provide examples of good behavior in everyday life. Abstrak. Seorang guru profesional harus memiliki beberapa kompetensi yang dibutuhkan seorang guru. Kompetensi adalah bentuk pekerjaan yang bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai suatu tujuan. Kompetensi tersebut meliputi kompetensi Pedagogik, kompetensi Profesional, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi sosial.. Maka dari itu, munculah rumusan hakikat Amanah, adil dan Kompetensi menurut para ahli. (3) Bagaimana nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam QS An-Nisa ayat 58 tentang kompetensi Guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis teknik pengumpulan yaitu kepustakaan (Study Literature) dengan penelahan study terhadap tafsir, buku, literatur, catatan, laporan yang berhubungan dengan pokok masalah penelitian. Dari penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa Nilai-nilai pendidikan menurut An-Nisa ayat 58 tentang kompetensi guru. yaitu, (1) Nilai-nilai Amanah tentang Kompetensi Guru yaitu Guru berkewajiban mempunyai kemampuan, pemahaman, pengelolaan, pemahaman, pengembangan, perancangan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dan memahami standar kompetensi dan standar isi mata pelajaran serta bahan ajar yang ada dalam kurikulum, memahami struktur, konsep, dan metode keilmuan yang menaungi materi ajar, memahami hubungan konsep antar mata pelajaran terkait. Serta menerapkan konsep-konsep keilmuan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari (2) Nilai-nilai Adil tentang kompetensi Guru yaitu Guru berkewajiban mempunyai sikap dan perlakuan yang diaplikasikan kepada anak didiknya dan memberikan contoh prilaku baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
