Many efforts have been made to form a strong commitment when undergoing family relationships, to achieve true harmony, the role of premarital guidance in realizing family harmony has a special place for couples who want to get married. This article offers the role of premarital guidance as a new approach to Christian family harmony, specifically the introduction of Christian values regarding marriage and experiencing the implementation of premarital teaching in Christian families at Bethel Church of Indonesia Tabgha Batam. This approach provides an understanding as well as explains the tasks and challenges of couples who are planning to get married and also encourages them to prepare themselves optimally to carry out their family as husband and wife in the future. This research was conducted in natural conditions (natural setting). Specifically discussing the role of premarital guidance in realizing family harmony. The role of premarital guidance in realizing family harmony at the Bethel Indonesia Tabgha Batam Church is very evident. This method can be said to have succeeded in realizing them that a marriage becomes a strong marriage, if both the bride and groom make careful and thorough preparations. Careful means both have the ability to anticipate various things that will arise from the marriage. Mature in the sense that both of them are willing to work together in growing enthusiasm, comfortable, willing and without coercion at all in entering the gates of Christian marriage.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted almost all aspect of human life, not just in Indonesia, but the entire world. Expecially in Batam, the impact of the pandemic has greatly affected the people of Batam physically, mentally, and financially. It was during the lockdown that the effect was strongly felt. The Pandemic which took place in early 2020 until the end of 2021 (almost 2 years) had hit Batam severely to the point of the local government had to carry out the distribution of basic necessities to people who were in need. It was not just the basic needs, there were many other things that were carried out. The lecturers at the Tabgha Theological Seminary saw this as an opportunity to get involved and surely would not want to pass up this chance. By collaborating with the Indonesia Bethel Church of Tabgha Batam Center (GBI Tabgha Batam Centre), they gather the basic needs and distributed them to the local community who were in need. They collected data to determine who was entitled to receive the aid. They have requested the GBI Tabgha Batam Centre and the Local Community facilitator Leader (RT/RW) to provide with the church’s member and the local people data who were badly affected by the pandemic. It was very necessary to be able to help each other. The strong should help the weak, those who live in abundant should help to those who are in need. Such help were carried out by the the Tabgha Theological Seminary Lecturers.

The problem of parent and child relations has hit Christian families which has an impact on the mentality of children who no longer respect their parents, also has an impact on not fearing God and of course affecting the spiritual cycle in the Christian family's journey today. Bethel Indonesia Bride Of Christ Batam Church sees that strengthening parent-child relationships in terms of Christian family values which contain ethics, morals and faith education, needs to be considered and improved by finding effective ways to achieve these goals. The purpose of carrying out this community service is to provide counseling on strengthening parent-child relationships through re-education of Christian family values. This activity was carried out in 2022 at Bethel Indonesia Bride Of Christ Batam Church. The method used is counseling to strengthen parent-child relations through re-education of Christian family values, monitoring through re-education of Christian family values. All stages have been carried out properly supported by high congregational participation.

Marriage is the first institution God creted on this earth. Communication is a very vital factor in a healthy marriage between man and woman as they together build a Christian family. Communication after a couple has just gotten married gives them many challenges as they try to fit their lives together, with each coming from different background and having different expectations for how they will live and work together. Even after several years of marriage they still need to have open communication between them. They need to learn about healthy ways of communicating with each other. A harmonious marriage is usually marked by good communication between husband and wife, because through good communication a husband and wife can know and understand their partner. This study uses quantitative methods based on quantification in data collection and analysis to test the established hypotheses. Conducted at the Indonesia Tabgha. Church is very evident This method can be said to have succeeded in realizing them that a marriage becomes a strong marriage, if both the bride and groom make careful and thorough preparations. Careful means both have the ability to anticipate various things that will arise from the marriage. Mature in the sense that both of them are willing to work together in growing enthusiasm, comfortable, willing and without coercion at all in entering the gates of Christian marriage.Following up on the results of the study, the researcher proposes several programs and it is hoped that these proposed programs can be a solution in improve marital harmony at Bethel Church of Indonesia Tabgha Batam.

After Covid-19 Pandemic impacted almost every aspect of human life both globally and Indonesia, including Batam city. The economic impact of the pandemic has greatly affected Batam residents, as seen from the increasing unemployment rate in the city of Batam and the difficulty in finding work in the city. After the end of the Pandemic, the economy in the city of Batam did not recover immediately, but it needed a process, especially in the economic sector. During difficult times like this, the Cahaya Obor Berkat Foundation distributes food groceries to people in need. Not only basic food assistance, but also other types of assistance, such as the form of health counseling and educational assistance. Tabgha Theological Seminary Lecturers also worked closely with the Cahaya Obor Berkat Foundation to collect basic necessities for food groceries and distribute them to the people in Baloi Village who needed assistance. To obtain data on who is entitled to assistance, the lecturers requested data from the RT/RW in the Baloi Village Complex who needed assistance. As followers of Christ we should live peacefully with others who do not share our values or accept teachings above them. It is based on 1 John 4:19-21 : “We love because he first loved us. Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister.”

Pre-marital counseling is an activity held for unmarried parties, in connection with their wedding plans. These parties come to the counselor to make their decisions so that they are more stable and can make better adjustments in the future. Marriage counseling or what is commonly called marriage counseling is an effort to help the prospective bride and groom. Marriage counseling is carried out by professional counselors. The goal is that they can develop and be able to solve the problems they face through ways of mutual respect, tolerance, and communication, in order to achieve family motivation, development, independence, and the welfare of all family members. The purpose of personal counseling specifically has the main and foremost goal in mentoring, namely introducing the counselee to Jesus Christ with the power of the Holy Spirit and the grace of God and helping the counselee to become like Christ. This counseling is a service process so that the counselee has a life change and experiences recovery from the intervention of the Holy Spirit and accepts the Lord Jesus as a personal Savior so that the counselee lives and grows in a better spirituality. This service can be done by a counselor or a servant of God to help church members free from dark powers. Through this counseling service, the counselor will check the personal acceptance of Jesus; confession to God; ask forgiveness from God; deliverance prayer service; convinced of a new identity in Christ. Discipleship ministry (follow up) is very important for people who have just been released from the bonds of dark power. The strategy that the church must do is to make disciples or guide personally so that the counselee knows more about Jesus and grows more in Jesus Christ. Holiness is a state or quality of being holy. Holiness is a sign of a believer's spiritual life that must be continuously strived for, including ethical behavior. The Christian life and holiness are an inseparable unity in the believer. God's holiness has a lot to do with the people He chooses. Election/covenant is a unique expression of God's holiness. Because God is holy, God also requires His people to live holy lives (Leviticus 11:44). God shows His holiness in His actions for the salvation of the people He has chosen (Num. 20:13).
