<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas peranan penyidik dalam mengungkap kasus tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana. Penelitian ini adalah tipe yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Efektivitas fungsi penyidik dalam mengungkap tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana kurang efektiv atau belum dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini dikarenakan disebabkan karena kasus pembunuhan berencana secara signifikan tiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan jumlah kasus dan ada beberapa perkara yang tidak terproses dikarenakan beberapa faktor kendala sebagaimana digambarkan dalam tabel satu. 2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas fungsi penyidik dalam mengungkap tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana.yaitu, faktor substansi hukum, faktor struktur hukum, faktor sarana/prasarana, dan masyarakat. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the role of investigators in uncovering cases of premeditated murder. This research is a type used in empirical legal research. The results of the study show that 1) The effectiveness of the investigator's function in uncovering criminal acts of premeditated murder is less effective or has not been carried out properly. This is due to the fact that cases of premeditated murder have significantly increased the number of cases every year and there are several cases that are not processed due to several constraining factors as described in table one. 2) the factors that affect the effectiveness of the function of investigators in uncovering criminal acts of premeditated murder, namely, legal substance factors, legal structure factors, facilities/infrastructure factors, and society.]]>
