<![CDATA[Abstrak Wiwanda Agrow merupakan salah satu agrowisata stroberi di Bali yang belum menggunakan teori penilaian manajemen rantai pasok dalam melakukan penilaian kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok Wiwanda Agrow dengan menggunakan teori SCOR dengan pendekatan AHP. SCOR merupakan satuan acuan dari rantai pasok yang mengintrgasikan tiga elemen dalam manajemen yaitu bussiness reengineering procces, benchmarking, dan measurement procces. Metode AHP merupakan proses pembobotan pada masing masing kriteria, atribut, dan sub kriteria. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner konstruk berbasis SCOR memperoleh 5 proses inti atau kriteria, 10 atribut, dan 22 key performance indicator untuk selanjutnya dianalisis mengggunakan metode AHP. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan software expert choice. Nilai terendah pada proses return terdapat pada key indicator performance (RRE 1) tingkat penanganan keluhan konsumen dengan nilai 0,003 dan nilai kinerja tertinggi terdapat pada kriteria plan dengan key indicator performance (PRE 1) perencanaan bibit stroberi dengan nilai 0,252. Hasil penilaian keselurahan kinerja Wiwanda Agrow sebesar 89,3. Nilai tersebut dikategorikan kinerja “good” berdasarkan teori normalisasi. Abstract Wiwanda Agrow is one of the strawberry agritourism in Bali that has not used the assessment theory of supply chain management to assess its performance. This study aims to analyze the performance of Wiwanda Agrow's supply chain using the SCOR theory with the AHP approach. SCOR is a supply chain reference unit that integrates elements in management, namely business process reengineering, benchmarking, and measurement processes. The AHP method is a weighting process for each criterion, attribute, and sub-criteria. The results of distributing SCOR-based construct questionnaires obtained 5 core processes or criteria, 10 attributes, and 22 key performance indicators for further analysis using the AHP method.
