Abstract

Da'wah Islam is a communication effort aimed at influencing individuals or societies by making them aware of and convinced of the truth of Islam, as well as by making them willing to adhere to it and deepening its teachings. With the mass media (mass communication), it is hoped that they are willing to believe that Islam will guide them to the straight and true path of Allah. Dakwah can be done face-to-face or indirectly. In order to achieve the goal of da'wah, it is necessary to adapt the language and culture or customs adopted by the community. Islamic communication is a way of communicating that is Islamic in nature and that aims to convey a message or information based on the Qur'an and hadith and has the functions of information, convincing, reminding, motivating, entertainment, socializing, and being spiritual. Cartoon media is a form of graphic communication, namely an interpretive image that uses symbols to convey a message quickly and concisely. This research is carried out descriptively and qualitatively using a pragmatic approach. Research data was collected through library research. Nussa, an animated da'wah film packaged with the goal of teaching Islamic values without boring children, is one of the domestic animated films. Nussa is an animated web series that aims to help parents and children develop morality and character. Through fun stories with Muslim themes in the foundation of Islamic animation, Nussa applies Islamic communication functions so that the Islamic messages broadcast reach the audience. Stories in Nussa animation can provide information that is easily captured by children. This information becomes motivation for the audience, and besides that, it can spark discussion among the audience. Nussa's animation entertains children because the story's contents are felt to be not too heavy, but it still provides good spiritual education due to its amusing visual appearance rather than focusing solely on the message's content Keywords: Cartoon Media, Da'wah, Nussa Animation

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pola Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah Deli Serdang Dalam Meminimalisir Efek Negatif Tik-Tok Dikalangan Remaja Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam Kabupaten Deli Serdang, untuk mengetahui media serta hambatan yang dialami oleh Pimpinan Daerah Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Dengan teknik analisis data reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian adalah menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pimpinan Daerah Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah Deli Serdang menggunakan beberapa bentuk-bentuk Pola Komunikasi dalam Meminimalisir Efek Negatif Tik-Tok Dikalangan Remaja Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam Kabupaten Deli Serdang. (2) Dalam hal ini Pimpinan Daerah Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah Deli Serdang memanfaatkan media komunikasi untuk melaksanakan program kegiatan yang positif serta bermanfaat bertujuan memotivasi kalangan remaja dalam memanfaatkan penggunaan aplikasi Tik-Tok dengan baik serta mengisi kesehariannya dengan hal yang bermanfaat. (3) Setiap pergerakan tidak luput dari beberapa hambatan yang alami. (4) Tindakan ini salah satu bentuk upaya Pimpinan Daerah Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah Deli Serdang dalam menjaga regenerasi bangsa dikalangan remaja agar tidak terpengaruh dengan efek negatif Tik-Tok dan budaya-budaya asing yang menjadikan generasi bermental lemah tidak memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan untuk menyiapkan diri menjadi pemimpin dimasa yang akan mendatang.

Abstract

The role of parents is a form of obligation and duty that should be carried out by every parent, and where taking each of these roles has an influence on the level of independence of adolescent children for the next life. And the role of parents is not only seen as the foundation of teachers, but can also act as mentors and models for each of their children. In the process carried out by each parent, various problems often arise. Be it in terms of the child's social environment, parents' mistakes in pampering their children, and there are even some parents who have succeeded in forming children's independence so that they become good teenagers in the future. However, it is known that teenagers who commit crimes or delinquencies are generally due to a lack of self-control and actually abuse their way of controlling themselves, and even like to make their own rules without paying attention to the existence of other people around them. And in the Huta I area of Bandar Malela, researchers see and do very rarely, even a small incidence of juvenile delinquency in this village, because parents are smart in educating and supervising every child from childhood to adolescence. And this research aims to describe the role of parents in Huta I Bandar Malela in preventing juvenile delinquency. This research is also descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were 6 parents who had teenage children aged 14 to 21 years, who lived in Huta I Bandar Malela, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. The object of this research includes the role of parents in preventing juvenile delinquency. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that parents in Huta I Bandar Malela have been able to carry out their roles as educators, encouragers, supervisors, communicators and friends of their children so as to avoid juvenile delinquency
