Abstract

Madrasah-Based Management (MBM) is the autonomy given to schools to regulate all existing policies in the school environment in order to achieve school performance achievements that have been set by the Ministry of Religion. In practice, schools are given full authority to regulate learning-curriculum management, student management, infrastructure management, personnel management, financial management; public relations management, special services management and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of supervision in the process of monitoring and evaluating MBM activities at the Pandeglang State Madrasah Aliyah. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data is generated through interviews, observation and document analysis. Based on the results of the study it was found that there were still many obstacles faced by schools in implementing MBM. So it is difficult for schools to achieve the desired performance achievements.

Abstract

Education is a very important level for every individual, especially at the golden age, early childhood education is the first education for children before they enter a higher level of education such as elementary school. To prepare things and various intelligences possessed by children, especially cognitive intelligence, effective and interesting learning methods are held, one method that is suitable for early childhood learning is the repetitive or repetition method. This method is applied to early childhood in Citeureup Village, precisely in the Sumurjaya Village, for early childhood to be provisioned when they enter elementary school education. The purpose of applying this repetitive method is so that pre-school children in the Sumur Jaya village are more mature and ready to go to elementary school. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The result after this research was carried out, there was a significant change in the introduction of learning for early childhood

Abstract

To solve this problem requires a lot of involvement between parents, family and the school. Do not let this bullying become a habit and get used to it. It must be addressed and accompanied by many parties and all involved must immediately resolve this bullying problem. There needs to be a knowledge base so that students in Pandeglang feel safe when reporting and feel protected when they become victims. Seeing the many things that have happened, cases in Indonesia, especially in the character education school environment, need to be implemented and implemented, why is this it can happen either because of family factors, environmental factors or peer factors that can cause bullying to occur. an observation showing a research or education that is carried out in a planned, planned, sequential manner, and the objectives to be achieved in an observation are recorded all events and phenomena which are expressed in the results of observations, which are explained in detail, accurately, precisely, accurately, useful and objective matched the experimental observations. Implementation is the existence of an activity, action, action, or system mechanism that leads to the existence of not only an activity, but an activity planned and an activity carried out to achieve a goal.
