Abstract

Transportasi ialah urat nadi kehidupan yang kedudukannya sangat besar dalam mendukung roda pembangunan nasional. Salah satu fasilitas transportasi laut merupakan angkutan laut yang berbentuk kapal yang ialah sesuatu perlengkapan angkut transportasi yang sangat vital untuk membawa penumpang, barang-barang ataupun kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Sistem Komunikasi, Sarana Keselamatan, Pengecekan Teknis, Pengawakan Kapal secara parsial terhadap Keselamatan Pelayaran di Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang. Populasi pada penelitian ini diambil dari crew kapal Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang serta sample yang digunakan dalam riset ini sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sample yang digunakan merupakan Non probability sampling dengan tipe sampling ialah Simple Insidental. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada riset ini merupakan analisis deskriptif serta analisis kuantitatif, kemudian informasi tersebut dianalisis dengan memakai regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan (software) Statistic Package For Social Science (SPSS). Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Sistem Komunikasi, Sarana Keselamatan, Pengecekan Teknis, serta Pengawakan Kapal mempengaruhi secara parsial terhadap Keselamatan Pelayaran di Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh Y=- 1,398 + 0,218X1 + 0,278X2 + 0,350X3+ 0, 302X4+µ. Dari persamaan tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa variabel yang sangat dominan mempengaruhi terhadap Keselamatan Pelayaran merupakan variabel Sistem Komunikasi dengan koefisien regresi 0,079. Uji R2( R square) didapatkan hasil sebesar 0, 724 ataupun 72,4% yang berarti bahwa Keselamatan Pelayaran pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang dipengaruhi oleh variabel Sistem Komunikasi, Sarana Keselamatan, Pengecekan Teknis, Pengawakan Kapal ialah sebesar 72, 4% serta aspek lain yang pengaruhi Keselamatan Pelayaran pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang ialah sebesar 27, 6%.

Abstract

Keselamatan adalah suatu keadaan aman, secara fisik, spiritual, finansial, emosional, pekerjaan, psikologis, ataupun pendidikan dan terhindar dari ancaman terhadap  faktor-faktor tersebut.  Dalam suatu kegiatan pelayaran keselamatan adalah faktor yang sangat penting agar terciptanya keselamatan alur pelayaran. Penelitian ini  untuk mengetahui   pengaruh   pengawasan, tanggung jawab KSOP, kelaiklautan kapal dan kenavigasian secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keselamatan pelayaran pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap. Populasi penelitian ini adalah crew kapal dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling berjenis  sensus/sampling total. Metode analisisnya   adalah  analisis   kuanitatif deskriptif, yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda pada  Softwar Statistic Package For Social Science (SPSS). Hasil uji hipotesis adalah bahwa variabel Pengawasan, Tanggung Jawab KSOP, Kelaiklautan Kapal dan Kenavigasian berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keselamatan Pelayaran pada Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh Y = -2,260 + 0,279X1 + 0,356X2 + 0,208X3 + 0,332X4 + µ. Y adalah Keselamatan pelayaran, X1 adalah pengawasan, X2 adalah Tanggung Jawab KSOP, X3 adalah kelaikan kapal, X4 adalah kenavigasian dan µ  adalah faktor lain di luar regresi.  Dari persamaan tersebut diketahui yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Keselamatan Pelayaran adalah variabel Tanggung Jawab KSOP dengan koefisien regresi 0,356.

Abstract

In 2019 PT.PELNI (Persero) with ships to and from Semarang experienced an increase in passengers. The need for companies to continue to innovate through aspects of the company in terms of comfort, service, and brand image to balance the costs or prices incurred by service users. One of the strategies carried out by PT PELNI (Persero) is to make a number of ship service adjustments amid the Covid-19 outbreak. One of them is preparing a policy to apply the portstay scheme in turn for all ships.This research uses data collection methods in the form of observations made directly in the field, literature study, and documentation and questionnaire methods. In this study, the authors used qualitative and quantitative data analysis, where the statistics found in the study were described or described as they are, then presented in the form of numbers which were then represented in a description.It shows that, based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regressions, it shows that the convenience variable (X1) has a positive effect on the attractiveness of service users, where the value of tcount 2.781> ttable 1.984. Service variable (X2) has a positive influence on the attractiveness of service users where the value of tcount is 3.328> t table is 1.984. Variable Brand Image (X3) also has a positive influence on the attractiveness of service users has a tcount of 2.813> t table of 1.984. Thus the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Comfort, Service and Brand Image on Service User Interest.

Abstract

Ship waiting time is one issue that is always getting serious attention in every country. Marine transportation became the main made of transportation in trade. Nearly 90% of foreign trade is done by sea. Freight carried by sea to be very efficient due to large carring capacity and this the role of the port as a place where ships can carry out loading and unloading of goods becomes an important means of supporting adequate facilities and infrastructure. If the performance of the port is not optimal, it will have a direct impact on the service so that it will cause new problems, namely the ship’s waiting time gets higher, so that it willlead to high costs, which have a direct impact on the price of goods on the market. This research has objective to know analysis the influence of factor ship scheduling, pilotage, and loading and unloading productivity to the waiting time. This research was conducted at the Port of Sei Kolak Kijang as a sample. The data collection done was through a method of observation, the literature study, interview, documentatuion and the questionnaires. Techique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assitance SPSS V.20. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation: Y = 15.326 - 0,220 X1 - 0,178 X2 – 0,308 X3 + µ. Where the decision variable of waiting time (Y), ship scheduling (X1), pilotage (X2), loading and unloading productivity (X3) tested using t test show that the three independent variables significantly influence passenger decision as dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square number of 0,665 indicates that 66,5 percent of waiting time variables can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 33,5 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.

Abstract

The waiting time for ships is one of the problems that must be a concern at Tanjung Intan Port Cilacap and which is very influential for the smooth process of unloading coal from coal carriers to Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the ship's docking schedule, pilotage services, loading and unloading productivity on the waiting time of the ship. This research was conducted at Tanjung Intan Port, Cilacap. Data was collected through observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.26 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated:Y = 0.254 +0.297X1+0.585X2+0.177X3+µ. Based on empirical facts and the results of multiple linear regression equations, it is shown that the Ship docking schedule variable (X1) has t count (3.409) > t table (1.98373), pilotage service variable (X2) has t count (5.809) > t table (1.98373), and loading and unloading productivity (X3) has t count (2.967) > t table (1.98373). As for the value of the adjuster R2 = 0.582. This means that 58.2% of the dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the independent variables, namely Ship docking schedules, guidance services, and loading and unloading productivity. While the rest (100% - 58.2%) = 41.8% is explained by other reasons outside the variables studied. Thus, the results of the study show that the availability of docks, guidance services, and loading and unloading productivity has a positive and significant effect on waiting time for ships at Tanjung Inttan port, Cilacap.
