Abstract

Trisakti University, in planning the resources needed, including plans for the procurement of goods and services, needs to make analytical calculations regarding these procurements with a comprehensive tool. This study aims to simulate the process of planning the procurement of goods/services by also considering various procurement options for goods/services, especially the required building. The Life Cycle Cost (LCC) method is used to evaluate the costs that must be incurred in the Trisakti University procurement plan. From the simulation results for the procurement of a new 8-story building with a building area of 14,216 m2, it can be concluded that the most efficient procurement alternative is the procurement of a building with a budgeted value of IDR 152,063,123,498.

Abstract

In order to prepare corporate income tax at one of East Bandung's Accounting Services Offices, this research will look at the income tax article 21 computation using three ways (net, gross, and gross up). The study's focus is a business that offers services like bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial advice, and other related ones in Bandung. This study uses a qualitative approach method with additional quantitative information. The company's Article 21 PPh computation, salary information for permanent employees in 2022, and PPh regulations were all employed. The Gross Up method is the best and most effective method for business tax planning, according to the study's conclusions. The Gross Up strategy allows companies to offer tax incentives to their employees and can be used as a deduction from gross income, lowering the amount of corporate income tax owed. This study is only applicable to one company, and it can be developed by distributing questionnaires related to the article 21 income tax calculation calculation.

Abstract

This study explores the funding issue of PT. N usa BPR Cianjur in anticipation of a financial disaster. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative research style and relies on interviews and other primary and secondary data sources. The results of the analysis show that problematic financing at PT. N usa BPR Cianjur includes incorrect or money-shortening financing. Every financial organisation that offers funding aspires to keep problems at bay, but they frequently arise. In order to avoid losses when dealing with problematic financing, a financing settlement strategy must be established. Financing issues can be resolved by rearranging, rescheduling, and upgrading.

Abstract

Limitations officer in records civil koya bandung and population data analysis. The majority of issues are brought on by a lack of knowledge and competence in equipment as well as resource constraints in computers. Office information district no items were well-stored, and no Technology exists for both data management and aided data presentation. Training and coaching will be provided for method implementation. The instruction gave form Smart PLS is used to portray population data in districts based on skills. In Kelurahan Cipadung, the activities consist of training and mentorship in data display and processing utilizing the Smart PLS tool. Implementation dedication completed questionnaire and award In order to comprehend participant training for Smart PLS software. The customer service team provides clear and simple data explanations. Using this Smart PLS program, the employee ward assisted in understanding and processing the data. Officers feel more supported in their work after learning new techniques.
