Abstract

Security method of data transmission process has been growing rapidly with the science of cryptography. Cryptography can provide security services that includes security aspects like confidentiality, data integrity, authentication and non-repudiation. Modern cryptography uses a key that must be kept secret to overcome the problem of cryptographic security. Problem in the use of the same key by two entities that communicate with each other in exchanging messages is a way to distribute the key. This problem can be overcome by using public-key cryptography, which allows users to communicate securely without a shared secret key. Digital signature is the application of public-key cryptography. When accessing important digital documents, it is necessary to verify the signature given. Implementation of digital signature always requires a hash function. Hash function used in this research namely SHA-256, SHA-384 and Tiger. Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) set the cryptographic standard for digital signatures is the Digital Signature Standard (DSS). Algorithms included in the DSS are the Digital Standard Algorithm (DSA), Ron Rives, Adi Shamir, and Leonard Adleman (RSA) and Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA). So it is necessary to test the best digital signature implementation strategy that can be used by optimizing the performance of the hash function. Performance testing of the three algorithms is done by making an application using a computer programming language C++. Implementation program using C++ class library for cryptographic scheme that is Crypto++ Library 5.6.0. Class libraries used in the classes functions for digital signatures. On the application of digital signatures generated, conducted tests is done by combining each hash function algorithm with each of the DSS in order to compare their performance in terms of time and memory usage. Against the test results are then analyzed using statistical tests. The result shows that pair of Tiger hash function and DSA algorithm is the best combination.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to provide a structured literature review on the constructs of Self-Ability, Self-Confidence, employee performance, and empirical evidence on the relationship between Self-Ability, Self-Confidence, employee performance, in Indonesia context. 30 (thirty) papers published during 2018-2022 that investigates Self-Ability, Self-Confidence, employee performance,, and the relationship between Self-Ability, Self-Confidence, employee performance, were reviewed. The results of the review show that Self-Ability and Self-Confidence From these results, it can be said that each variable instrument, namely Self-Ability and Self-Confidence, affects Employee Performance, but it is undeniable that these variables must run simultaneously and be accompanied by other variables that have not been researched in order to obtain optimal work performance towards better organizational performance.

Abstract

This study discussed the relevance of individual candidates in Indonesian democracy, which had regulated the requirements for candidates to advance in Pilkada through individuals. In the Pilkada of Bekasi, candidate of Obon Tabroni and Bambang Sumaryono accepted support from various elements of society, this was the background for the candidate Obon Tabroni and Bambang Sumaryono to advance as candidates in the Pilkada of Bekasi as individuals. NGOs and labor unions were a strong asset in Bekasi, considering that part of the area was an industrial area. Other than that, Obon Tabroni was also the Director of Serikat Pekerja Metal Indonesia (FSPMI) Bekasi. although they had sufficiently strong support, in fact this candidate lost in the regional elections. This was also the concern in this research. This research used the theory of democracy and local elections. This regulation was ratified by the Constitutional Court (MK) 2007, as well as in Constitution, Article 40 no. 10 in 2016 which regulated the requirements for candidates to advance through the independent. In Indonesia, the individual was less popular, considering that the regional head or presidential candidates mostly used political parties as a vehicle to win. The problems that was faced by individual candidates also still struggled around clichéd issues, namely financial and logistical limitations, the lack of second-class voter participation, as well as other problems that were also frequently encountered by candidate who run through the party. With the increasing number of candidates nominating individually and seeing the conditions put forward by the KPU, it seemed that the existence of these individual candidates needed to be appreciated. This could also be a benchmark, that there had been growing political awareness in our society. Even though the chances of winning the Pilkada through individual were still small.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to provide a structured literature review on the constructs of workload, work stress, employee performance, and empirical evidence on the relationship between workload, work stress, and employee performance in Indonesia context. 23 (twenty three) papers published during 2018-2022 that investigates workload, work stress, employee performance, and the relationship between workload, work stress, employee performance were reviewed. The results of the review show that workload and work stress have significant effect on employee performance, but the direction of effect varies. 84.61% of 13 (thirteen) empirical results show that workload has a positive effect on employee performance, while the remaining 15.39% has a negative effect. Likewise with work stress. 50.00% of the 10 (ten) empirical results show that work stress has a positive effect, while the remaining 50% has a negative effect. The variety of empirical results requires organizations to determine employee workload and analyze employee work stress carefully, with the hope that these two variables can have a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The realization of a healthy state is the desire of all parties. Not only by individuals, but also by families, groups and even communities. In order to realize optimal public health status, various efforts must be implemented, one of which is to provide health services. With the increasing level of education and the socio-economic condition of the community, the needs and demands of the community for health appear to be increasing as well. To be able to meet these needs and demands, there are no other efforts that can be made, except to provide the best possible health services. In accordance with the mandate of Article 6 Law 23 of 2011 concerning the management of Zakat, the National Zakat Amil Agency includes the functions of planning, collection, distribution and utilization, reporting and accountability. In carrying out the distribution of zakat, one of the areas that becomes one of the concentrations of BAZNAS is the health sector which is one of the basic needs of Mustahik. The role of BAZNAS in facilitating health needs and supporting the government's obligation to provide health services is carried out by carrying out a distribution process in the health sector.

Abstract

The current pattern of city development is influenced by various aspects, one of which greatly influences the development is the development of the economic sector. The financial services sector, which is one of the pillars of people's lives, has given rise to very rapid development and of course this is what also ends up causing many problems in the financial sector, especially fundamental problems. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and was descriptive with data collection tools, namely in-depth and gradual interviews. Without synergy between the government, law enforcement agencies, and the community, the potential for money laundering will continue to occur and even massive. Therefore, a short-term solution that can be presented to overcome money laundering in financial technology is the need to optimize regulations governing obligations and prohibitions related to financial Technology systems.
