Abstract

Kejadian hipertensi pada dua tahun terakhir di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ampenan sebanyak 5402 kasus. Hasil survei awal yang dilakukan di Lingkungan Bugis Kelurahan Bintaro, didapatkan sebanyak 6 orang yang mengalami hipertensi, 5 diantaranya minum kopi, merokok dan dengan aktivitas fisik yang sedang, sedangkan 1 orang lainnya tidak minum kopi, tidak merokok dan dengan aktivitas fisik yang sedang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kejadian Hipertensi dengan Beberapa Faktor Kebiasaan Penduduk Laki-Laki Usia di atas 18 Tahun di Kelurahan Bintaro Kecamatan Ampenan pada Tahun 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Observasional Analitik dengan pendekatan case-control, dengan populasi sebanyak 58 orang, 29 orang sebagai kelompok kasus dan 29 orang lainnya sebagai kelompok kontrol. Teknik  pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel kebiasaan minum kopi tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi yakni dengan nilai (p = 0,070), kebiasaan merokok menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi yakni dengan (p = 0,070) demikian pula dengan variabel aktivitas fisik tidak memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi yakni (p = 0,717). Walaupun tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan antara hipertensi dengan beberap faktor kebiasan tersebut, patut di waspadi bahwa dari beberapa kejadian hipertensi sebagain besar penderita mengalami kejadian setelah melakukan kebiasan minum kopi, merokok dan dengan aktivitas fisik. Bagi tenaga kesehatan yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ampenan untuk terus melaksanakan upaya pengendalian hipertensi di wilayah kerjanya. The Relationship between Hypertension and Several Habit Factors of the Male Population Over the Age of 18 Abstract The incidence of hypertension in the last two years in the working area of the Ampenan Health Center was 5402 cases. The results of an initial survey conducted in the Bugis Neighborhood of Bintaro Village, found that 6 people had hypertension, 5 of them drank coffee, smoked and moderate physical activity, while 1 other person did not drink coffee, did not smoke and with moderate physical activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence of hypertension with several habitual factors of the male population aged over 18 years in the Bintaro Village, Ampenan District in 2022. The method used in this study was Analytical Observational with a case-control approach, with a population of 58 people , 29 people as the case group and 29 people as the control group. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling while the data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis. Statistical test results showed that the variable habit of drinking coffee was not related to the incidence of hypertension with a value of (p = 0.070), smoking habits showed no relationship with the incidence of hypertension namely with (p = 0.070) as well as the variable physical activity had no relationship with the incidence hypertension namely (p = 0.717). Although there is no significant relationship between hypertension and some of these habitual factors, it should be noted that from several incidents of hypertension, most sufferers experience the incident after doing the habit of drinking coffee, smoking and with physical activity. For health workers in the Work Area of the Ampenan Health Center to continue to carry out efforts to control hypertension in their working area.

Abstract

Pemberian layanan psikologi kepada keluarga ABK dan ABK sendiri tentunya akan sangat bermanfaat untuk perkembangan ABK yang sedang mendapatakan layanan tatalaksana baik berupa terapi perilaku maupun terapi remidial. Tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah untuk memberikan layanan psikologi bagi orangtua ABK dan ABK itu sendiri sebagai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan orangtua ABK terhadap penangan pertama ketika terjadi disintegrasi pada ABK. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi layanan psikologi ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA) untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai, mencari solusi, memfasilitasi, dan mengevaluasi perubahan sosial dalam pengaturan masyarakat. Untuk mendukung ketercapaian program terapi di Bimbel Buah Hati, maka dibutuhkan layanan psikologi baik untuk orangtua atau keluarga ABK maupun ABK sendiri. Untuk ABK membutuhkan layanan jasa berupa pengukuran psikologis, pre-edukasi, penelitian dan intervensi sosial. Sedangkan, untuk keluarga ABK membutuhkan layanan psikologi berupa praktik psikologi yaitu intervensi psikologi dan bantuan psikologi awal. Community Partnership Program: Psychological Services in Supporting the Development and First Handling of Children with Special Needs (ABK) at Bimbel Buah Hati Providing psychological services to families with ABK and ABK themselves will certainly be very beneficial for the development of ABK who are receiving management services in the form of both behavioral therapy and remedial therapy. The purpose of this socialization is to provide psychological services for parents of ABK and ABK themselves as an effort to increase the knowledge of ABK parents of first handlers when disintegration occurs in ABK. The method of implementing this psychology service socialization activity uses a Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA) approach to identify, assess, find solutions, facilitate, and evaluate social change in community settings. To support the achievement of the therapy program at the Fruits of the Heart Guidance, psychological services are needed for both the parents or families of ABK and ABK themselves. ABK requires services in the form of psychological measurements, pre-education, research and social intervention. Meanwhile, families with special needs need psychological services in the form of psychological practice, namely psychological intervention and initial psychological assistance

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a communicable disease which is caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. This study aimed to know the relationship between home physical environment and windows opening behavior toward tuberculosis disease. Type of the study was analytic observational with case control approach. Univariate analysis used frequency distribution formula and bivariate analysis used Coefficient Contingency C formula with significance level α<0.05. Determination sample by using total sampling (saturated sample), with a total sample of 122 samples, namely 61 case samples and 61 control samples. The variables studied are humidity, lighting, ventilation area, and window opening behavior. The result of univariate analysis on case sample, frequency distribution did not meet humidity requirements, was 33 (54.1%), lighting 29 (47.5%), ventilation area 39 (63.9%), windows opening behavior 44 (72.1%). In sample control frequency distribution did not meet humidity requirements, was 13 (21.3%), lighting 22 (36.1%), ventilation area 29 (47.5%), windows opening behavior 20 (32.8%). The result of bivariate analysis on humidity variable value of C=0.252, p=0.004<0.05; lighting value of C= 0.116, p= 199>0.05, ventilation area value of C=0.163, p=0.068>0.05, windows opening behavior value of C=0.367, p=0.000<0.05. The conclusion of the study is that variables associated with tuberculosis are humidity, the value of C=0.252, p=0.004<0.05 and windows opening variable, the value of C 0.36, p=0.000<0.05. The variables of lighting, ventilation area did not have any relationship to tuberculosis at Sakra Public Health Center. It is suggested to the Head of UPT BLUD of Sakra Public Health Center to make policies to prevent transmission of tuberculosis through effort to improve home physical environment and counseling on windows opening behavior.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan  pendidikan  wajib  belajar  9  tahun  yang telah  diatur  dalam  Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem  Pendidikan Nasional, Pemenuhan  hak  anak  atas pendidikan dasar berdasarkan persepektif hukum merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah, dimana hak-hak anak tersebut dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak dan Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 1979 Tentang Kesejahteraan Anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui kewajiban negara dalam memberikan pendidikan dasar yang wajib dan cuma-cuma bagi anak dan pelaksanaan pemenuhan hak anak atas pendidikan dasar di pemerintah daerah. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa  data primer dan data skunder. Data Primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari lapangan yang bersumber dari hasil wawancara dan kuisioner yakni berupa daftar pertanyaan yang berkaitan langsung dengan substansi penelitian ini. Data sekunder, adalah data yang diperoleh dari kepustakaan melalui penelusuran literature, hasil-hasil penelitian dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan dengan masalah atau substansi penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa negara yang diwakili pemerintah sebagai pihak pertama yang bertanggungjawab dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, memiliki kewajiban dalam pemenuhan hak anak atas Pendidikan Dasar. Pelaksanaan pendidikan dasar yang seharusnya bersisifat wajib dan cuma-cuma masih kurang berhasil, serta adanya sarana dan prasarana yang tidak lengkap menyebabkan kurang efektifnya pelaksanaan pendidikan dasar, sehingga berdampak pada pemenuhan hak anak atas pendidikan dasar. Dalam proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana belum tepat sasaran dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, sehingga menyebabkan kurang efektifnya pelaksanaan pendidikan dasar di Kota Mataram, dan berdampak pada pemenuhan hak anak atas pendidikan dasar yang belum optimal. Fulfillment of Children’s Rights to Basic Education Based on Legal Perspective Abstract The implementation of the 9-year compulsory education that has been regulated in Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Fulfilling children's rights to basic education based on a legal perspective is something that must be done by local governments, where the rights of these children are protected by law Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and Law Number 4 of 1979 concerning Child Welfare. The purpose of this study is to find out the state's obligation to provide compulsory and free basic education for children and the implementation of fulfilling children's rights to basic education in local governments. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data, namely data obtained directly from the field which is sourced from interviews and questionnaires, namely in the form of a list of questions that are directly related to the substance of this research. Secondary data, is data obtained from the literature through literature searches, research results and laws and regulations that are relevant to the problem or substance of this research. The results of the study show that the state, which is represented by the government as the first party responsible for administering education, has an obligation to fulfill children's rights to basic education. The implementation of basic education which should be compulsory and free of charge is still not successful, and the existence of incomplete facilities and infrastructure has resulted in the ineffectiveness of the implementation of basic education, which has an impact on fulfilling children's rights to basic education. In the process of organizing education and developing facilities and infrastructure it has not been on target and can be accounted for, resulting in less effective implementation of basic education in the City of Mataram, and an impact on fulfilling children's rights to basic education which has not been optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila values in learning activities at MTs Darunnajah Al-Falah. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The research subjects were school principals, teachers and students. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Data was analyzed by means of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation techniques. The research results show that the implementation of Pancasila values in the learning process is quite good. Teachers implement Pancasila values by including them in teaching methods, attitudes towards students, and routine school activities. Teachers always remind students who violate Pancasila values. Supporting factors for implementing Pancasila values are awareness and support from school principals, teachers and a supportive school environment. The obstacles faced by schools are that there are several children who are difficult to advise and the habits of children outside of school are not good. Schools overcome these obstacles by continuing to familiarize, guide and coach children. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di MTs Darunnajah Al-Falah. Jenis Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam proses pembelajaran sudah cukup baik. Guru mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan memasukkannya dalam metode mengajar, sikap terhadap siswa, dan kegiatan rutin sekolah. Guru selalu mengingatkan siswa yang melanggar nilai-nilai Pancasila. Faktor pendukung dari implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila yaitu adanya kesadaran, dan dukungan dari kepala sekolah, guru, serta lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung. Hambatan yang dihadapi sekolah yaitu adanya beberapa anak yang sulit dinasehati dan kebiasaan anak di luar sekolah yang kurang baik. Sekolah mengatasi hambatan tersebut dengan terus melakukan pembiasaan, bimbingan, dan pembinaan kepada anak.
