Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of preferences, perceptions, and behavior of TVone employees to sharia banking. Based on the variables studied then this research type is survey research with descriptive approach, quantitative. The data used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and literature study. The research method used multiple linear regression, where the research is done by taking samples from a population. The population of this research is employees of PT Lativi Media Karya. Sampling technique using probability sampling technique with Simple Random Sampling method. The results showed that the three independent variables of only employee behavior that have significant effect on sharia banking in terms of products and sharia principles. Meanwhile, it is known that R value of 0.429 indicates that the value describes the moderate level of relationship between the variables of preference, perception and behavior toward sharia banking. As for the coefficient of determination seen from the figure on Adjusted R Square of 0.116, it shows that the percentage of contribution of independent variables of preference, perception and behavior can contribute influence of 11.6% to the dependent variable of syariah banking, and the remaining 88.4% influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of cash flow, profitability and leverage on financial distress, either partially or simultaneously. Secondary data collected from food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period and journals from previous researchers. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, as many as 65 samples of financial statements. The data used in this research is panel data (pooled data) which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. The data analysis method used in this study is the random effect model processed using Eviews 10. The results of this partial study indicate that Cash Flow (AK) has a positive and significant effect on financial distress (FD), Profitability (ROA) has a negative effect and significant to financial distress (FD), Leverage (DAR) has a negative and significant effect on financial distress (FD), Cash Flow (AK), Profit (ROA), and Leverage (DAR) simultaneously have a significant effect on financial distress (FD). This is because the value of Prob. (F-statistic) 0.000022 is smaller than 0.05, and Fstatistic is greater than Ftable (22.24587> 2.76), with an effect value of 49.8973% while the remaining 50.1027% can be explained using other variables which were not examined in this study. Keywords: Cash Flow, Profitability, Leverage, and Financial Distress

Abstract

Food and beverage companies are included in the consumer goods producer sub-sector whose business is to produce healthy and diverse food and beverages for consumers. Food and beverage companies face a lot of competition in maximizing their performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of sales growth, company size, and accounting profit on company stock returns (empirical study on food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020). The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method. The number of samples taken in this study were 14 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the Eviews 10 program, which includes the classical assumption test, as well as the partial test (t) with a significance level (α) = 5 percent. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that company size had a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns, sales growth had a positive effect on stock returns, and accounting profit had a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Keywords: Sales Growth, Company Size, Accounting Profit, Stock Return
