Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the management of the Mangunan protected forest has been effective based on its function by applicable laws and regulations and to determine what factors influence the effectiveness of Mangunan protection forest management by the Yogyakarta Forest Management Unit. This research is prescriptive normative research with a statue approach. Types of legal materials used in this thesis are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Legal material collection techniques used are document study or literature study (literature research) and interviews (interview). Then the analysis technique of this research is the deductive syllogism method which draws the major premise and then draws the minor premise so that conclusions can be drawn to answer the problems that exist in writing this law. The results showed that the function of the Mangunan protection forest based on the prevailing laws and regulations has not been effective. The economic and ecological functions have not been balance, due to weaknesses in the law, lack of human resources and infrastructure, as well as factors from people who are still less aware of the law and a high tourism culture that has the potential to increase the negative impact of tourism.

Abstract

This Research Aims To Determine The Implementation Of The Collection Of Type C Terminal Levies In Sukoharjo Regency As Well As The Supporting And Inhibiting Factors In The Implementation Of Type C Terminal Levies Collection In Sukoharjo Regency. This Research Was A Normative Or Doctrinal Legal Research With A Statutory Approach And A Conceptual Approach. The Type Of Data Used Is Primary Data And Secondary Data. The Techniques Used In Gathering Legal Materials In This Research Was Interviews And Literature Studies Or Documents. This Research Uses Analytic Syllogism Method Of Deductive Thinking. The Results Of This Reasearch That The Implementation Of Terminal Cost Collection Is In Accordance With Existing Regulations, But There Are Some Obstacles That Cause Terminal Costs Do Not Match The Expected Target.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of sustainable food agriculture land protection in Sleman Regency based on Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2012 concerning the Sleman Regency Regional Spatial Plan 2011-2031, as well as the obstacles of the Sleman Regency Government in establishing Sustainable Food Agricultural Land Protection Areas. This research is an empirical study. The data source used in this study came from primary data, which were the results of interviews with Civil Servants in the Agriculture and Fisheries Office of the Sleman Regency and the Sleman Regency Regional Development Planning Agency. Supported by secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The results of research related to the implementation of sustainable food agriculture land protection in Sleman Regency shows that the spatial regulation of the Sleman Regency is only limited to efforts to control land conversion as a protection effort, there has been no determination of sustainable food agriculture areas due to various obstacles. In the implementation of the spatial planning policy is not enough to control the rate of conversion of agricultural land.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan mengkaji permasalahan, terbitnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko merupakan turunan dari Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. Peraturan ini mendukung penyederhanaan izin usaha, terutama penyederhanaan prosedur dengan pendekatan berbasis risiko. Namun terkait dengan izin prinsip, izin usaha harus diberikan dengan mempertimbangkan indikator risiko. Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Sukoharjo bagian dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukoharjo melakukan pengawasan berbasis risiko. Hal ini sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab atas pengelolaan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan agar pencemaran dapat diminimalkan, dikendalikan, dan ditangani secara cepat dan tepat agar lingkungan tetap lestari.
