<![CDATA[Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan di bidang manufaktur yang memproduksi sparepart tower dan sparepart mesin industri. Perusahaan ini masih dapat dikembangkan karena sistem yang sudah ada belum berjalan secara maksimal, sehingga harus dilakukan perbaikan proses bisnis. Proses bisnis kritis yang diperbaiki adalah proses penangan order, proses produksi dan evalusi & seleksi supplier. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah berupa proses bisnis usulan, yang dibuatkan prosedur pelaksanaan terstandarisasi dan ditunjang oleh form, instruksi kerja serta perancangan prototype khusus untuk proses bisnis penanganan order. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Improvement dapat membantu dalam perbaikan proses bisnis di perusahaan ini. The company was still able to be developed because the existing system has not run optimally, so it should be business process improvement. The results of this research is the business process proposals, which made the implementation of standardized procedures and supported by forms, work instructions and prototype design for business process of handling orders.
