Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover and gross profit margin simultaneously or partially on the remaining business results of KP-RI GKK Airtiris. The population in this study were all financial reports of the KP-RI GKK Airtiris. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is the financial statements of the KP-RI GKK Airtiris during the study period. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, file research, and interviews from cooperatives. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS V.23.00 for windows. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variable Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover and Gross Profit Margin simultaneously affect the Remaining Operating Results. While partially, namely the variable Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover and Gross Profit Margin which affect the Remaining Operating Results, while the Current Ratio variable has no effect on the Remaining Operating Results.

Abstract

This study aims to interpret or interpret financial performance based on the ratio of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, and Capital (Case Study of Bank Muammalat Indonesia Tbk). Analysis of the data used in this study using descriptive data methods. The results showed that the performance appraisal using the RGEC method in outline could be stated that PT. Bank Muammalat Indonesia Tbk is a fairly healthy bank. The assessment of bank performance at PT. Bank Muammalat Indonesia Tbk in 2014-2019 is viewed from the aspect of assessment by the RGEC method for Capital, namely the CAR ratio is classified as very adequate, which means that the level of capital is significantly higher than the applicable regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and skills on employee performance at PKS PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan Bangkinang District. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan Bangkinang District. The sample of this study used the Slovin formula technique so that the sample in this study was 56 employees of PKS PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan, Bangkinang District. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study concluded that skills have a significant partial effect on performance, with a significant value greater than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that financial compensation and skills simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan, Bangkinang District. There is a very strong relationship between financial compensation and skill variables on employee performance at PKS PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan Bangkinang District.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of the number of members, own capital and the volume of savings and loan businesses on the remaining business results of the employee cooperatives of the Republic of Indonesia in Bangkinang Kota and Kuok districts in 2010-2019. The population in this study were all employee cooperatives of the republic of Indonesia in Bangkinang sub-district and Kuok sub-district in 2010-2019, as many as 24 cooperatives. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method, the sample in this study was selected as many as 4 cooperatives. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneously the number of members, own capital and the volume of savings and loan businesses had a joint effect on the residual income. Partially the variables of own capital and business volume had an effect on the residual income while the variable number of members had no effect on the residual results of the business. The closeness of the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is classified as strong. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variation is 55.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of cash flows from investment activities, size of firm and Return On Assets on stock price. The sample in this study were 19 LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that size of firm has an influence on stock price. While the cash flows from investment activities and return on assets has no effect on stock price. The close relationship that occurs between the variables cash flows from investment activities, size of firm and return on assets is strong with a correlation coefficient of 58.6% while the contribution of independent variables to the related variables is 36.1% while 63.9% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Employees as human resources who are the main component for an organization or agency, are required to provide the best performance results. Employees who have good performance can assist the agency in achieving the goals set by the agency. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and motivation simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at Penitentiary Class IIA Pekanbaru. The population in this study was the warden at the Class II A Pekanbaru Correctional Institution (Lapas) in 2020, amounting to 56 people. The sampling technique used was the census technique, where the entire population was sampled, so the number of samples in this study was 56 samples. Data collection techniques using file research methods, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method. The result shows that based on partial analysis the independent variables (workload and motivation) have a significant effect on dependent variable (performance) of the Pekanbaru Class II A Correctional Institution employees. Based on simultant analysis (workload and motivation) have a significant effect on dependent variable (performance) of the Pekanbaru Class II A Correctional Institution employees. Based on the contribution of independent variables (workload and motivation) and the independent variable (performance) of the Pekanbaru Class II A Correctional Institution employees it is categorized as medium.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PKS PT. Peputra Materindo, Tapung District in 2021. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity. The population in this study were all PKS PT. Peputra Materindo, Tapung District, which amounted to 148 people, and the sample used the slovin method so that the sample used was 62 people using multiple linear regression analysis. In discussing this research, the writer uses quantitative descriptive analysis, namely tabulating data from questionnaires and drawing conclusions quantitatively. The results of this study conclude that there is a simultaneous significant effect of the variables of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity at PKS PT. Peputra Materindo Tapung District, There is a partially significant effect of the safety and work environment variables on work productivity at PKS PT. Peputra Materindo, Tapung District, The relationship between the variables of the influence of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity is 67.0% with a very high contribution level relationship while the remaining 33.0% is influenced by other variables.
