Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Bank Services, Gifts and Savings Culture to the interest of saving depositors Savings Account Students (simple) in PD. BPR Sarimadu Headquarters Bangkinang. The sample in this research is partial nasaba using savings product of student saving which amounted to 98 respondents from 6134 PD customer saving customer population. BPR Sarimadu Headquarters Bangkinang. The sampling technique uses the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression test. From result of this research indicate that variable of Bank Service, Gifts, and Culture Barhemat have significant influence simultaneously to interest of saving Student Savings Savings Account of PD. BPR Sarimadu Headquarters Bangkinang. The partial test result from the variable of Bank Service (X1) and Culture Frugal Variable (X3) has significant effect, while the Reward Variable (X2) has no significant effect to the interest of saving customers' savings deposits in PD. BPR Sarimadu Headquarters Bangkinang. Saving Variation of interest variables of 61.20% determined the Culture of Conserving, Service Bank, and Gifts, while the remaining 38.8% again determined by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the environment and working discipline toward the nurses’ performance at RSUD Bangkinang. This research is included in the type of quantitative research, using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this research is all nurses’ of RSUD Bangkinang. While the sample is taken by using purposive sampling method.it is the technique of determining the sample with some specific considerations. So that, in this study is used as a sample of nurses who are civil servants as much as 120 respondents. The results of the calculation with the analysis shows the environmental variables and working discipline variables affect the nurses’ performance in RSUD Bangkinang. And simultaneously have a significant effect on nurses’ performance of RSUD Bangkinang. Large Contribution of variables bound to independent variables. Amounted to 0.493 or 49.3%. The remaining 50.7% is determined byotherfactors outside the research model.

Abstract

This research was conducted at teachers of SMPN 2 Bangkinang Kota. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education and training on teachers’ performance at SMPN 2 Bangkinang Kota. The population in this study is all teachers of SMPN 2 Bangkinang City, with a sample of 64 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis test. Partial research results obtained t count the education variable (X1) of 7603 with a significance of 0.000, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of education variables on teachers’ performance at SMPN 2 Bangkinang Kota. Obtained t arithmetic training variables of 4.906 with a significance of 0.000, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of training variables on teachers’ performance at SMPN 2 Bangkinang Kota. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and motivation on employee performance in the Kampar District Regional Disaster Management Agency. Job stress is a feeling experienced by employees in dealing with work. This work stress, among others, unstable emotions, feelings of displeasure, can not relax, anxiety, tension, nervousness, increased blood pressure, and experiencing indigestion. Motivation is the encouragement of the individual to carry out certain activities in order to meet their needs so that the goal is finally achieved. While the performance is the level of success achieved by an employee in his work, which looks inside how the quality and quantity of an employee in doing a job. The analysis in this study uses multiple analysis with 65 respondents. Sampling uses the census method, while the hypothesis testing in this study uses the f test and t test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially, work stress and motivation significantly influence performance.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of Customer Reationship Management (CRM) which consist of competence, service, knowledge, procedures and technology with simulthan and partial on the customer loyality at the RSIA Bunda Anisyah in Airtiris. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this study were all consumers who carry out pregnancy control at the RSIA Bunda Anisyah in Airtiris in 2019, amounting to 583 consumers and based on the Slovin formula it is know that the number of samples in this study is 85 consumers who carry out pregnancy control at the RSIA Bunda Anisyah in Airtiris. The sample collection technique is using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan and partial test results, the variable of competence, service, knowledge, procedures and technology have a significant effect on the customer loyality at the RSIA Bunda Anisyah in Airtiris. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness competence, service, knowledge, procedures and technology on the customer loyality at the RSIA Bunda Anisyah in Airtiris is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 86,0%. While contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is equual to 72,9% while the remaining 27,1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work facilities, safety and health on the job satisfaction of the harvest foreman at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei. Galuh, Sei. Garo and Tandun. The samples in this study were all harvest foremen at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei. Galuh, Sei Garo and Tandun, totaling 30 harvest foremen. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. Simultaneously compensation, work facilities, occupational safety and health have an effect on job satisfaction, based on the partial test results compensation and work facilities have an effect on job satisfaction, while occupational safety and health have no effect on job satisfaction of the harvest foreman. The closeness of the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the fixed variable which is 90,6%.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of skill and knowledge on the performance employee with simulthan and partial at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this study were all employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang in 2019, amounting to 94 employee and al employees were sampled so that the sampling technique in this research used a saturated census technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models.Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of skill and knowledge have a significant effect with together on the performance employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang, while based on the partial test results, the variable of skill and knowledge have a significant effect with individual on the performance employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of skill and knowledge on the performance employee at the PT. Virajaya Putra Tambang is strong with a correlation coefficient R of 79,6%. Contribution of skill and knowledge on the performance employee variables is equual to 63.3% while the remaining 36,7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and skills on employee performance at PKS PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan Bangkinang District. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan Bangkinang District. The sample of this study used the Slovin formula technique so that the sample in this study was 56 employees of PKS PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan, Bangkinang District. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study concluded that skills have a significant partial effect on performance, with a significant value greater than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that financial compensation and skills simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan, Bangkinang District. There is a very strong relationship between financial compensation and skill variables on employee performance at PKS PT. Mitra Bumi Bukit Sembilan Bangkinang District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the discipline and work environment on employee performance at the New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The population in this research is all 42 employees at New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. This is called the census technique. The data collection technique used is the method of observation, questionnaires and file research. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the F test and t test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously discipline and work environment on employee performance, while the partial test of discipline and work environment has an effect on employee performance, the close relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 80.1%. The results of this analysis indicate that discipline and work environment have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance at the New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PKS PT. Peputra Materindo, Tapung District in 2021. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity. The population in this study were all PKS PT. Peputra Materindo, Tapung District, which amounted to 148 people, and the sample used the slovin method so that the sample used was 62 people using multiple linear regression analysis. In discussing this research, the writer uses quantitative descriptive analysis, namely tabulating data from questionnaires and drawing conclusions quantitatively. The results of this study conclude that there is a simultaneous significant effect of the variables of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity at PKS PT. Peputra Materindo Tapung District, There is a partially significant effect of the safety and work environment variables on work productivity at PKS PT. Peputra Materindo, Tapung District, The relationship between the variables of the influence of occupational health, work safety and work environment on work productivity is 67.0% with a very high contribution level relationship while the remaining 33.0% is influenced by other variables.
