Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze: (1) The difference of students‟achievement between students studying at cooperative learning class and those studying at conventional learning class; (2) The difference of students‟ achievement between the introvers and the extroverts; (3) The interactive influence between learning method and students‟ personality type toward students‟ achievement in Arabic language. This research used experimentaldesign conducted at MAN 1 Semarang.. The result of this research shows that: (1) There is significant difference in students‟ achievement between students studying at the cooperative learning class and those studying at conventional learning class; (2) There is no significant difference in students‟ achievement between the introvers and the extrovers; (3) There is significant interactive influence between cooperative learning method andstudents‟ personality type toward students‟ achievement in Arabic language. Based on these results, the first and third research hypotheses are received, while the second research hypothesis is rejected.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Perbedaan prestasi siswa antara siswa yang belajar di kelas pembelajaran kooperatif dan mereka belajar di kelas pembelajaran konvensional; (2) Perbedaan prestasi siswa antara introvers dan ekstrovert; (3) Pengaruh interaktif antara metode pembelajaran dan 'tipe kepribadian terhadap siswa berprestasi dalam bahasaArab. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen yang dilakukan di MAN 1 Semarang Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam prestasi siswa antara siswa yang belajar di kelas pembelajaran kooperatif dan mereka belajar di kelas pembelajaran konvensional; (2) Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam prestasi siswa antara introvers dan extrovers; (3) Ada pengaruh interaktif yang signifikanantara metode pembelajaran kooperatif dan 'tipe kepribadian terhadap siswa siswa berprestasi dalam bahasa Arab. Berdasarkan hasil ini, hipotesis penelitian pertama dan ketiga diterima, sedangkan hipotesis penelitian kedua ditolak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan studi Islam dengan pendekatan psikologis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Dalam memperoleh data, penulis menggunakan metode literatur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi berbagai sumber tertulis seperti literatur pendidikan dan beberapa sumber yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pendeskripsian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: Studi Islam yang menggunakan ilmu, konsep, atau teori ilmu psikologi mempunyai dua karakteristik dasar yaitu : pertama, pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu pendekatan psikologis yang berusaha menyamai ketelitian ilmu-ilmu alam dalam kaitannya dengan pembentukan dan pengujian teori. Pendekatan ini berintikan eksperimen dan analisis matematis. Seperti psikologi fisiologis, psikologi behaviorisme, psikologi kognitif, psikologi sosial. Kedua, psikologi kualitatif, yaitu pendekatan yang menitikberatkan pada penelitian masyarakat dalam suatu latar ilmiah, di mana peneliti turut serta dalam berbagai objek penelitian. Seperti psikoanalisis, psikologi objek relasi, psikologi humanistik, psikologi transpersonal. Kedua pendekatan ini sama-sama menunjukkan minat pada penelitian agama dan selalu memberikan nilai-nilai positif terhadap agama. Kata Kunci: Studi Islam, Pendekatan Psikologis

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely as many as 45 employees. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis model uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. While the data analysis technique used the F statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the t statistical test which were processed using the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office. Partially, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of motivation, financial rewards, internship experience, and job market considerations on career interest at Islamic Financial Institutions on sharia banking students in Semarang City both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study were all students of the sharia banking study program in Semarang City. The sample used in the study 100 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model, while the analysis technique uses a statistical test F, a coefficient of determination test (R2), and a statistical test t that is processed using the SPSS 25.00 program. The result of proving the hypothesis and discussion show that motivation, financial rewards, internship experience, and job market considerations simultaneously have a significant effect on career interest in Islamic Financial Institutions on sharia banking students in Semarang City. Partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect, financial reward has a negative but significant effect, internship experience has a positive and significant effect, and job market considerations has a positive but not significant effect on career interest in Islamic Financial Institutions on sharia banking students in Semarang City.Keywords: Career Interest, Motivation, Financial Reward, Internship Experience, and Job Market Consideration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significant effect of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Work Productivity with Work Motivation as a Moderating Variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch Office of the Student Army Soldiers in Semarang City, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Semarang City Area Office, while the sample in this study were 34 respondents who became employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Semarang City Area Office who were selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The analysis model used in this study was the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model, while the data analysis technique used a simultaneous significance test (F test), coefficient of determination test (R2), and partial significance test (t-test) which were processed with the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of proving the hypothesis and discussion show that the variables of organizational culture, work discipline, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Semarang City Area Office. Partially, the organizational culture and work discipline variables each have a positive and significant effect, while the job satisfaction variable partially has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Semarang City Area Office.
