Abstract

Every Indonesian child has the right to education, including children with special needs which are stated in RI Law no. 20 of 2003. Equal learning and educational opportunities for all children is a need that is considered very important for all human beings without any views that discriminate against children with special needs and normal children in general. However, the handling of children with special needs and normal children is clearly different. So it is necessary to study learning strategies for children with special needs in terms of instilling religious values. The method used is library research. Important principles in the learning of children with special needs are the principle of compassion, the principle of individual service, the principle of readiness, the principle of modeling. The learning models are psychodynamic models, biogenetic models, and behavioral models.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the acceleration of educational innovation programs and evaluation monitoring in educational innovation. This research is qualitative using the library research method. The process of monitoring the implementation of the work of subordinates is carried out to obtain facts, data and information in the process of achieving goals, whether they are in accordance with predetermined standards and there are no deviations. Monitoring requires leaders to directly see the processes that occur, also with the support of documents and opinions from those being monitored, this is done as validation and legitimacy of the monitoring process. The evaluation process will record and compile the results of monitoring with a certain systematic so that they can be easily understood. The results will be analyzed and studied in order to produce new knowledge which can later be used as a basis for supporting decisions to be taken in the future.
