Abstract

The problem in this study is knowing how the teacher teaches in the teaching and learning process by looking at the teacher's personality and the student's condition during the teaching and learning process, in the learning process students sometimes cannot respond to good teacher behavior, so there are still many students who behave less well, the low emotional intelligence of students and teachers has not been maximal in giving a good influence on students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of PAI teacher personality competence on the emotional intelligence of students at SMP Negeri 06 Palembang.This research uses a descriptive quantitative method while the type of approach used in this research is correlational, that is, to find the relationship between the two variables. While the data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to students and the answers were calculated using the percentage formula then processed and explained descriptively, and calculating the two variables using the product-moment formula.Based on the research results, it is known that the product-moment correlation value is that the teacher's personality competence is high with a percentage of 35 (65%) while the emotional intelligence of students is high with a percentage of 30 (60%) in the significance calculation obtained at r count =. 0.243 In the table r table 5% = 0.254 and 1% =. 0.330 with this then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so that it is concluded that there is an influence of PAI teacher's personality competence on the emotional intelligence of students at SMP Negeri 06 Palembang. Therefore, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so the hypothesis that says there is an influence of PAI teacher's personality competence on the emotional intelligence of students at SMP Negeri 06 Palembang.

Abstract

Teacher strategies in the learning process that are less precise can cause students to be inactive and focused in learning, students are less enthusiastic and some students are noisy in the classroom. This is because teachers pay more attention to students 'intellectual intelligence and pay less attention to students' emotional intelligence in learning activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the emotional intelligence of Grade VI students in Palembang 214 Public Elementary School and to find out the PAI teacher's strategy in developing the emotional intelligence of Grade VI students in Palembang 214 Public Elementary School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis that discusses the PAI teacher's strategy in developing emotional intelligence of grade VI students in 214 Negeri SD Palembang. The type of approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. Analysis of data qualitatively through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion stages. The results of this study that the PAI Teacher Strategy in Developing Emotional Intelligence of Class VI Students at 214 Public Elementary Schools in Palembang. First, learning includes interactive activities, namely the existence of good lead in learning. Inspirational, which is to let students act and think according to their inspiration. The fun that can be created from a neat and attractive room arrangement. Challenging, namely learning must develop students' curiosity. Motivation, which is to give appreciation and encourage students' interest in learning. Second, emotional intelligence possessed by students includes self-awareness, ie students can recognize their emotions. Self control, which is able to express feelings. Motivation, which has a desire to achieve goals. Empathy, namely students can understand the feelings of others. And social abilities, which are able to interact well.

Abstract

Education has an important role in improving the quality of a nation, quality education will create a quality generation as well. This century requires students to have the skills to be ready to face existing challenges. Education is directed at preparing students who have skills, especially the ability to think critical thinking or critical thinking. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing cooperative learning model lerning, greeting techniques and questions on critical thinking skills. This research uses quantitative research, with samples using saturated sampling techniques. The data obtained in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Further analyzed with the collected data then recapitulated after the data was collected from various sources, then the data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis techniques.After analyzing the effect of the application of the cooperative learning model learning the technique of sending greetings and questions on the skills of students at the Pondok Pesentren Putri Azzahro Palembang using the product moment correlation formula, it can be stated that there is a significant effect between the two variables, namely the application of the cooperative learning model, the technique of sending greetings and questions and Skills. This is indicated by ttable = 2.23 and tcount = 2.36, then tcount> ttable. Then the coefficient of determination / destermination is 12%. This shows the effect of the application of the Cooperative Learning Technique Learning Model on the Skills of Students at Pondok Pesentren Putri Azzahro Palembang. While the remaining 88% critical thinking skills at Pondok Pesentren Putri Azzahro Palembang are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

In the 21st century, with the rapid development of technology and science, the world seems to be challenged to improve quality in various aspects of life, one of which is education. Education is directed at preparing students who have thinking abilities and skills, especially higher-order thinking skills (HOTS), namely critical thinking. This study aims to determine the provision of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based questions as a form of learning evaluation in order to determine the extent of students' critical thinking abilities. This research uses quantitative research, with samples taken by random sampling. The data obtained in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Further analyzed with the collected data then recapitulated after the data was collected from various sources, then the data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis techniques. After analyzing the effect of giving Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based questions on the critical thinking skills of students at MAN 2 Palembang using the product moment correlation formula, it can be stated that there is a significant effect between the two variables, namely giving questions based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and ability. critical thinking. This is indicated by ttable = 2.02 and tcount = 3.17, then tcount> ttable. Then the coefficient of determination / destermination is 33%. This shows the effect of giving Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based questions on students' critical thinking skills at MAN 2 Palembang. While the remaining 67% of students' critical thinking skills at MAN 2 Palembang are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research discusses the problem that occurs in the implementation of 2 ways of lessons. namely online learning and offline learning at the 09 Muaradua Elementary School, South OKU Regency.This research uses a qualitative research approach with a type of case study. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method used consists of three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, and concluding the final result of the study.The application of online and offline learning collaborations is carried out by dividing the time between online and offline learning. The problems during online learning, namely signal constraints, many students do not have cellphones, teachers and students are still a little technologically illiterate. The problem when learning offline is that students are sometimes reluctant to follow health protocols such as wearing masks and keeping clean their hands. With various problems from each of these lessons, it causes less conducive collaboration between these two lessons. Solutions from various parties in the school environment to overcome all problems by helping each other in the learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses penerimaan, penempatan, pembinaan, dan penilaian kinerja sumber daya manusia di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Yaqin Ambung Kapur. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah field research dengan mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif interaktif yang berupa studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melaluikegiatan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, proses penerimaan sumber daya manusia melalui empat tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, analisis sasaran, menetukan tempat seleksi, dan menetapkan. Kedua, penempatan sumber daya manusia dilakukan dengan rapat bersama untuk menetukan siapa-siapa yang akan menjadi wali kelas, pembina asrama, staf dikantor, dan karyawan lain dengan mempertimbangkan kemampuan dari masing-masing guru dan memperhatikan kondisi individu. Ketiga, pembinaan sumber daya manusia dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihaan baik didalam maupun diluar pondokpesantren. Keempat, kinerja sumber daya manusia alhamdulillah baik karena semua tugas yang diberikan dilaksanakan dengan baik dan lulusan pondok pesantren disegani dan diperhitungkan.   Kata Kunci: pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia, produktivitas pondok pesantren.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana problem yang dihadapi oleh guru pada K-13 dalam pembelajaran PAI dari sisi proses dan penilaiannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis problematika guru dalam mengimplementasikan K-13 melalui pendekatan saintifik dan penilaian autentik pada pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dan untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang baik serta menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum dan guru PAI. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi dan triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) guru PAI sulit untuk mengubah mindset atau kebiasaan lama dalam mengajar, rendahnya pemahaman guru terhadap pendekatan saintifik dalam K-13, kurang maksimalnya pelatihan atau pembimbingan, tidak lengkapnya buku pegangan guru maupun siswa, kondisi siswa yang kurang mendukung dan terbatasnya waktu belajar. 2) sulitnya menyusun instrumen penilaian, banyaknya aspek yang harus dinilai, terbatasnya waktu, jumlah siswa yang tidak sedikit, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana, guru tidak kompeten dalam pengoperasian komputer, guru mengalami kejenuhan dengan banyak kesibukkan, dan banyaknya tuntutan penilaian yang tidak diimbangi dengan kesejahteraan guru. 3) perlunya koordinasi antara guru, kepala sekolah, pengawas sekolah dan personil sekolah lainnya, perlunya komunikasi dalam imlpementasi K13 baik secara internal maupun eksternal, perlunya dilaksakan supervisi dalam implementasi K-13 baik pada level kelas, sekolah, dinas pendidikan dan kementrian Pendidikan.

Abstract

Guru sebagai fasilitator harus mampu menggunakan dan memilih bahan ajar yang baik. Salah satu bahan ajar yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran yaitu LKPD. Dalam menyusun LKPD guru harus memiliki kompetensi khusus. sehingga persepsi peserta didik akan terbentuk dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi peserta didik terhadap Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada pembelajaran Fisika kelas XI di SMA Negeri 8 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan dalam penelitian dipilih melalui purposive sampling yang berdasarkan kriteria interaksi tertinggi dalam pembelajaran Fisika di kelas XI MIPA 1 tahun 2019/2020 dengan jumlah 36 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian bahwa persepsi peserta didik terhadap kriteria kualitas LKPD pada pembelajaran Fisika mengenai kriteria kualitas LKPD terdapat tiga syarat yaitu syarat didaktik meliputi LKPD yang mengikuti asas belajar mengajar yang efektif telah terlaksana dengan sangat baik yang menunjukkan persentasi sebesar 84,72%, syarat konstruksi meliputi LKPD yang mempunyai cara penulisan menurut aturan baku telah terlaksana dengan sangat baik yang menunjukkan persentasi sebesar 86,11%, dan syarat teknis meliputi LKPD yang mempunyai penampilan menarik telah terlaksana dengan sangat baik yang menunjukkan persentasi sebesar 89,81%.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Knowing the learning outcomes of grade VII students applied murder learning strategies (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) in Islamic subjects. (2) Knowing the learning outcomes of grade VII students who are not applied murder learning strategies (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review). (3) To find out the difference in student learning outcomes between the classes applied and not applied MURDER learning strategies (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review). The type of research used is experimental research. Experimental research is research that is planned in such a way that the phenomenon can be isolated from other influences. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis using test t. The results of the study stated that the learning results of grade VII 1 student of SMP Patra Mandiri 01 Palembang who use murder strategy (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) is classified as higher than the learning outcomes of grade VII 2 students who do not use murder strategy (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review). This can be seen from the hypothetical test results using the calculation of the test "t" namely (t0 = 4,893) the magnitude of the "t" listed in the table of values t (table5%= 2.04 and table1%= 2.74) then can be known that t0 is greater than tt which is 2.04<4,893>2.74. So the proposed nil hypothesis is rejected, this means a significant improvement in learning outcomes after the MURDER strategy is implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan, Untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan soal yangdilakukan oleh guru di SMP Negeri 8 Palembang. Untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripisikanvaliditas dan reliabilitas tes butir soal guru dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) diSMP Negeri 8 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian mixed method dengan modelsequential sedangkan pendekatan nya menggunakan explanatory, Kemudian untuk populasi dalampenelitian ini siswa kelas VIII dan guru Agama, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari22 siswa perwakilan dari setiap kelas VIII dan guru agama kelas VIII. Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatifdengan model miles huberman, sedangkan analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan uji validitas. Hasildari penelitian ini adalah penyusunan soal yang dilakukan di SMP N 8 Palembang sudah baik tetapibelum termasuk kriteria K13 yang digunakan saat ini. Butir soal instrumen pada mata pelajaranPendidikan Agama Islam yang dibuat oleh guru di SMP Negeri 8 Palembang telah memenuhi kriteriavalid yaitu dengan indeks aiken 0,86 dengan kategori mediacore (sedang). Reliabillitas pada soal tesmata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam sebesar 0,67 dalam kategori tinggi.
