Abstract

Abstract Many countries have established implementation strategies for the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in construction projects. To catch up, the Ministry of PUPR has launched the Indonesia Digital Construction Roadmap 2017-2024 through 4 stages, including the Adoption, Digitization, Collaboration, and Integration stages. The problem in the adoption stage was the lack of BIM from both users and service providers. Based on this problem, it’s necessary to introduce BIM to the community to carry out Community Service. The community service program is a forum for lecturers to provide information and solutions to any problems that occur in the community. In this program, the target community is the teachers of SMK Nurul Huda Islamic Education Foundation (Yapinuh), Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency. This study aims to review the damage at SMK Yapinuh with the BIM application. The implementation method is preparation, carrying out BIM training with Autodesk Viewer, and evaluation of filling out a questionnaire. The result of this study is damaged building at SMK Yapinuh can be visualized with Autodesk Revit. This research is expected to provide solutions related to the damage and maintenance of buildings at SMK Yapinuh. Abstrak Banyak negara telah menetapkan strategi implementasi untuk penggunaan Building Information Modeling (BIM) pada proyek konstruksi. Untuk mengejar ketertinggalan Kementerian PUPR telah meluncurkan Roadmap Konstruksi Digital Indonesia 2017-2024 melalui 4 tahap, yaitu tahap Adopsi, Digitalisasi, Kolaborasi, dan Integrasi. Namun pada tahap Adopsi dari Roadmap tersebut masih terdapat permasalahan di antaranya masih kurangnya penguasaan BIM baik dari Pengguna, maupun Penyedia Jasa. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan adanya upaya pengenalan BIM kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam bentuk Pengabdian Masyarakat. Program pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan wadah bagi dosen untuk memberikan informasi dan solusi dari setiap masalah yang terjadi di masyarakat. Pada program ini masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran adalah guru-guru SMK Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Nurul Huda (Yapinuh), Kecamatan Muara Gembong, Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau kerusakan bangunan yang ada di SMK Yapinuh dengan aplikasi BIM. Metode Pelaksanaan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan BIM dengan Autodesk Viewer, dan evaluasi berupa pengisian kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kerusakan gedung yang ada di SMK Yapinuh dapat divisualisasikan dengan Autodesk Revit. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terkait kerusakan dan pemeliharaan gedung di SMK Yapinuh.

Abstract

Building maintenance must also be carried out on campus buildings, because every day they are used by the academic community in their activities in large numbers. For that we need buildings that are safe, comfortable, and decent. Building maintenance in Indonesia is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No.24/PRT/M/2008 concerning Building Maintenance. This arrangement was updated with the passing of Law number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. Based on this, it is also necessary to know the best building maintenance methods that must be applied based on the right approach. This study aims to plan a maintenance method for the L5 building on the UNJ Campus based on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using Building Information Modeling (BIM). Based on a series of studies on the UNJ Campus L5 building that is integrated with BIM, it will improve the process of maintaining and repairing buildings. The results of this early stage research are expected to provide an overview and recommendations on how to maintain the UNJ Campus building.

Abstract

Industrial revolution 4.0 has an impact, namely the demand for the labor market has changed, where the automation revolution replaces work that is usually capable of being done by humans and poses the risk of termination of employment. The purpose of this study is to identify the competencies that must be possessed by graduates based on aspects of organizational activity according to the needs of the industry. The data in this study are in the form of literacy studies, data from direct interviews with the industry and questionnaires to a number of respondents. Testing the validity of the questionnaire using the product moment correlation formula, followed by reliability testing using the Cronbach alpha. Meanwhile, to determine the sample size in this study using the purposive sampling technique with a total of 75 respondents consisting of practitioners and graduates of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FT-UNJ), Indonesia. The research method is carried out with a qualitative descriptive method which is intended to obtain results that describe in detail the competencies that must be possessed by graduates based on aspects of organizational activity according to the needs of the industry. The results of the research related to the competence of graduates needed by industry 4.0 based on aspects of organizational activity, namely open minded, decision making abilities, emotional intelligence, cognitive flexibility, service orientation, coordinating with others, leadership skills, critical thinking and creativity skills, skills in technology, and complex problem solving.
