Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about gold and silver vessels. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about gold and silver vessels in Muslim history No. 3849. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the status of quality hadith is shahih that meets the qualifications of maqbul ma'mul bih for the practice of Islam. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Muslim No. 3849 is relevant to be used as knowledge and evidence to be used as a reference regarding the prohibition of the use of gold and silver vessels.

Abstract

Asbabul wurud-related works are still being developed and published in a variety of scholarly discourses. This study aims to discuss the keyword "Asbabul Wurud" in database dimensions using bibliometric techniques. The method in this study uses bibliometric analysis using data from international publications sourced from database dimensions. Data collection through searches with the keywords "Asbabul Wurud". In this study, there are five processes that are completed: choosing keywords, data search, choosing articles for data validation, and data analysis. In the research category, asbabul wurud is mainly studied in the fields of philosophy and religious studies. The development trend of asbabul wurud research tends to increase every year with most of the research in 2020. There is no dominant researcher and the number of publications is evenly distributed, namely no more than 4 publications, such as Eko Nopriyansa. Asbabul Wurud's research publishers are dominated by journals in the fields of theology and Islamic studies, namely the Living Hadith Journal. This research is useful for knowing the development of asbabul wurud studies related to program coordination.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study more broadly related to This study aims to discuss contemporary issues of democracy that are relevant to the Qur'an. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method and maudhu'i interpretation. The formal object of this research is the science of the Al-Qur’an and contemporary issues, while the material object is verses in the Al-Qur’an about democracy. Democracy in the Al-Qur’an is something that is important and principled, because democracy is a form of deliberation that will produce an agreement, namely consensus. The Al-Qur’an has also explained what principles must exist in a democracy, namely in surat ash-Syuara', an-Nahl, al Hujurat, an-Nisa'. This is also in line with the principles of democracy in Indonesian state law, namely direct, responsible, honest and fair which is abbreviated as "luberjurdil". This type of qualitative approach is based on secondary data sources which are literature related to this research topic originating from journal articles, books, and others.
