Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang konsumen rumah makan hidayat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, Observasi dan angket. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan (X1) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kosumen. Harga (X2) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kosumen. Serta secara simultan kedua variabel bebas tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Kepuasan Konsumen This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. The number of samples used were 50 consumers of Hidayat restaurants. Data collection was done by using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS).The results of this study indicate that service quality (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And simultaneously the two independent variables have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak. This research was aimed at examining the correlation among compensation, commitment and motivation toward employee performance at PT Pegadaian (Persero) VI Makassar region. The research problems were; 1) How does compensation affect employee performance? 2) How does commitment affect employee performance? 3) How does motivation affect employee performance? 4) How do compensation, commitment and motivation affect employee performance?. The analysis tools used in this research was multiple regression through aplication system, SPSS. The respondent of the research was employee of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Wilayah VI Makassar with the total number of employee was 63. The result showed whether partial and simultaneous compensation , commitment and work motivation have a positive influence significantly to employee performance. Kata Kunci: Compensation, Commitment, Work Motivation, Individual Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influenceentrepreneurshiplearning and individual commitment to achievement motivation and business desire of thevocational high school students in Makassar city, South Sulawesi Province. The kind of research used is explanatory research. The total sample determined through purposive sampling method As many as 200 students.This study using the equipment analysis structural equation modeling. The research results explained that: 1) entrepreneurship Learning and individuals commitment have a direct influence which significant, in partial and simultaneously to achievement motivationof the vocational high school students, 2) entrepreneurship learning, individuals commitment and achievement motivation have a direct influence which significant,in partial and simultaneously tobusiness desireof the vocational high school students, 3) entrepreneurship learning and individuals commitment have a indirect influence to business desire through achievement motivation students, 4) achievement motivation have a influence which significant to business desire student.
