Abstract

Based on the Minangkabau aphorism, the marriage system in society must refer to the guidance of the Quran and Sunnah, but there are some researchers who say that matrilineal culture, including the marriage system practiced in Minangkabau, is not in line with the values contained in the Quran and Sunnah. The aim of this research is to prove the relationship between the concept of culture in the Quran and the culture of marriage in Minangkabau by asking two questions. First, is the marriage system and culture in Minangkabau in line with the values of marriage in the Quran? Second, what is the relevance of marriage in Minangkabau to the cultural values carried by the Quran? This research is library research using a qualitative approach in the field of interpretation studies, while data analysis uses a comparative method. The results of the study show that there is no fundamental difference between the marriage system adhered to in the Quran and the marriage system practiced by the Minangkabau people and the values promoted by the Quran have been well-cultivated in the marriage process in Minangkabau which has a pivotal to monotheism, in line with human nature, and, produce Islam rahmatan lil alamin.

Abstract

A person or group of people is generally free to enjoy, spend and/or use their property/wealth without anyone to prevent it as long as the funds obtained are halal. However, private property cannot be absolute, because according to the principles of Islamic law, "the property of a Muslim belongs to others". Spending money on things sometimes puts wants above needs. The resources used are things that can be consumed rather than productive values that lead to charity and habit. Islamic consumerism is a human activity that is beneficial for the benefit of the Ummah, related to the purchase and use of goods and services, which embodies the tenets of Islamic teachings. In Islamic economics, the purpose of consumption is to meet physical and spiritual needs so as to maximize the role of humans as servants of Allah SWT to achieve prosperity or happiness in the world and in the Hereafter (falah). Based on previous researchers' information, the management of student property (consumption) is not in accordance with Islamic consumption law. in relation to purchases. Online store goods, students often do not pay attention to consumption rules according to Islamic teachings.  To reason the study, a type of library research is used with a normative approach method and content analysis whose focal point is the study of manuscripts and texts related to research problems

Abstract

Etika berdagang dalam jual beli sangat diperlukan guna untuk menjaga amanah Nabi Muhammad SAW salah satunya jujur dan amanah, tujuan penelittian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Jual Beli dalam Islam Terhadap Etika Berdagang di Pasar Lasi Kecamatan Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data responden sejumlah 28 orang pedagang pasar lasi kabupaten Agam. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa Tingkat Pengaruh Variabel Jual Beli dalam Islam Terhadap Etika Berdagang di Pasar Lasi Kabupaten Agam sebesar 0,385 atau sebesar 38,5% sedangkan 61,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, Pembiayaan syariah mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan di Indonesia, yang ditandai oleh adanya respons yang positip dari masyarakat. Pembiayaan Syariah di Indonesia telah berlangsung dalam jangka waktu yang lama seiring dengan datangnya Islam ke Indonesia. Sampai memasuki dua pertiga abad ke-20 banyak diwacanakan dan sejak 1990-an ekonomi Syariah mulai diimplementasikan. Implementasi Produk Pembiayaan Syariah di Indonesia dihadapkan pada beberapa tantangan, yaitu kondisi politik, kondisi sosiologis, dan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat. Inisiasi yang bisa diambil dalam upaya mengimplementasikan di Indonesia adalah pertama, perlu ada penguatan bahwa ekonomi Syariah itu dapat dikatagorikan sebagai sistem ekonomi. Kedua, perlu ada penguatan dalam aspek ilmu ekonomi Syariah. Ketiga, sosialisasi ekonomi Syariah dilakukan dengan akselerasi yang tinggi. Keempat, ekonomi Syariah diwujudkan dalam segala perilaku ekonomi masyarakat. Kelima, dilakukan reformasi politik dengan cara memilih politisi yang memiliki komitmen untuk mengembangkan ekonomi Syariah di Indonesia.
